I first worked with Laura at CC in 2015 with great success. Laura was professional and efficient. Together we made the perfect choice within my budget. Fast forward 2021, it was time for a change, so I walked in the store and asked for Laura. We chose a few samples, I brought them home, and ordered by the next day. It was really seamless, my stair runner and area rugs were installed 3 weeks later. My project was easy and as you can see, beautiful. Thanks Laura!

I got all the information I needed without feeling pushed into buying anything. I came for the luxury vinyl flooring, which is great-looking, but also fell in love with gorgeous tile for the bathroom. Both are beautiful and low-maintenance---just what I was looking for! The crew laying the floor was also polite and all business. Overall a great experience.

I urgently needed a new staircase runner for my home. This store was recommended by my neighbor. The sales staff that I interacted with was not very friendly but their superior knowledge for carpet was truly outstanding. In merely 10 minutes I was expertly guided to an excellent choice of carpet. The store has a gigantic selection of beautiful products all wonderfully arranged for display. It was quite a relief that a sales person could expertly assist me. This person had a deep understanding for carpet and also had an incredible sense for style and beauty. And hence I selected a gorgeous carpet that works for my family needs. The carpet measurement and installation was done dutifully and expertly. I would like to highlight the carpet installation aspect, which was outstanding. Three highly polite and communicative gentlemen came to my home for installation. The most senior member did the carpet cutting and stitching. He did an outstanding job. This person was a top notch craftsman for the art of properly cutting and installing a carpet. And it shows on how well the new carpet runner looks especially on the angled steps. Moreover, the old carpet removal and new installation was done with zero mess. They worked cleanly and efficiently. And again, these polite gentlemen were very considerate of my home cleanliness. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone that wants to have a top notch product and installation. Really worth it. I am very happy with my new carpet.

I just had new carpet ordered and installed by Country Carpet and I could not be more pleased! My sales associate Anthony helped me select the best carpet fiber for the room in question and offered a wide array of styles and patterns. Above all he was knowledgeable and patient and never pressured me to make a decision before I was ready. Having shopped around, I found their price to be fair and competitive. When my order was ready for installation, the installers arrived on time, were neat both during and after the installation even vacuuming all scraps before leaving. The job they did was impeccable where the pattern was perfectly matched and you cannot see a seam where the carpet was pieced together. Service from the showroom to sales to installation was of the highest caliber and I will definitely be returning in the future!

I just just purchased wall to wall and rugs from them. They selection of both is amazing. Alyson in the showroom is creative and knows the products inside and out which made selection do much easier.
