Angie is amazing! She reached out to our company and gave us bundles of boxes to take instead of being wasteful and just tossing them out due to a little water damage on them. We appreciated it so much.

Have always had an excellent experience at this location. Usually the same professional, cordial, helpful and friendly female staff member Angie. Although I did not receive any notification about a rate increase and tried to reach out to my home location...unfortunately, they direct you to Corporate. In the first instance, I waited 29 minutes for them to even pick up the phone, then some how...got disconnected (they hung up). The second call...32 minutes, only to be told, sorry, we are a month to month company and can do that (increase rates without notice) whenever we want...not really the best business mantra...However, after speaking with Angie, the clear voice of reason and class, quite frankly, and her offering to deal with corporate I was able to discuss my situation with her and work out an amicable resolution. Thank you to Angie and her team.

I rented 2 units back in 2012 for my mother who was moving out of her home, and temporarily living with me in Woodbury. She loved the ease of going there. Because of the location and cleanliness, I decided to go there for myself.I rented a unit for myself from Angie today. She was not there in 2012. Would have liked her to be there. Accolades galore!!Her personality is terrific. Her Customer Skills and Service was ideal as she showed me what was available, and answered any and all questions I had. All paperwork done perfectly!She is great and PS is lucky to have her running this location and employed by them She probably could run any one of them. !!!!!!!!!

This facility is clean, secure, and accessible. Weve had a space there for over two years, and weve only had one issue - the lock on the door is difficult to secure. I passed by two weeks ago and Angie was there - she immediately came up to the unit with me, and assessed the problem (which previous managers never did). She told me she would take care of it with her team, and would call me when it was completed. She followed through as promised, and with a smile. Angie is great, and we now have a unit that is even easier to use, thanks to her and the way she took responsibility for the problem and solved it !

Matt made my first experience with Public Storage one to remember. He made sure he knew exactly what I was storing and made sure my items and personal food were being protected while being stored at Public Storage. The building is always so clean and I never have to worry about my things getting damaged.

I rented a storage unit from them for 6 months, and then they raised the rent substantially. I moved my stuff to Men on The Move Self Storage in Woodbury, and got the same size unit for HALF THE PRICE that Public Storage was charging. I do not recommend renting from Public Storage as they usually offer an introductory rate and then raise the rent continuously over time. Public Storage also pushes hard to sell you insurance. I was also treated disrespectfully at another Public Storage location and would never do business with Public Storage again!
