This place is nice, clean and the staff who works here are very helpful.I must say that some of the best customer service people on the Island works here..Keep it up guys youre doing great..

THANK YOU DOM AND KELLYI collect early English ceramics and American textiles purchased from auction houses in many parts of the world so shipping is very important part of the transaction.They saved a part of history from being ruined by separating an Amish quilt dated 1879 from a frame for hanging.They could have refused to help because of liability but the customer came first.Communication,packing and shipping with tracking and insurance was great.Thank you

Dom and Kelly who are at the UPS in Syosset were great! They packed up and shipped a huge rug that I had purchased from the Echoes Auction House (also wonderful place with accommodating services) for us. There was a mix up in the address but they immediately arranged for it to be picked up and sent on to my new address. Given all the extenuating global health issues at present, I was amazed at how quickly I received the rug at a price that was cheaper than a competing freight company.

Earlier this month, I was coordinating a time-sensitive large freight shipment from my location near Syosset between a buyer and a seller in time zones practically on opposite ends of the world. The customer service I received from Domenic and his supervisor was outstanding. Domenic even gave me his personal cell phone number to reach him on a Sunday when the store was closed. He also followed up often, yet without being pushy. Although, as savvy businessmen, they wanted to make the sale, they also recognized the importance of giving the customer space. I highly recommend this UPS store.

Monica the designer at the store helped create a poster in less than 10 minutes. George and Monica worked seamlessly together to help make sure we got the product printed how we wanted it and that it was sent speedily. It turned out to be a quick and painless process accompanied by friendly customer service.

I’m working on online business. I come to this store to drop off the packages every week. One day,I forget to bring my return items so that I asked for pre-scan because it’s the last day to drop off. The white girl is so rude. Will not go this place anymore.

At the begin, I was shocked when I received over $130 invoice, only 30 lbs and 10 miles away delivery! After we talk about the UPS manager, they gave me a big discount! When I received the box, wow the packing is good enough for NASA rocket! Yea, This is worth for every penny!

Very disappointed and shocked by the way I was treated here. Store hours changed due to COVID Pandemic and NY being on pause. The store now closes at 6pm. Today I arrived at 6:02pm, the door was locked but there was a customer still being helped inside. All I needed was for them to scan the package because it had its shipping label and all was ready to go. I held up the package to show the woman it had everything just needed to be scanned. She shakes her head “no” and holds up 6 fingers “letting me know they close at 6. Who does that, especially during a pandemic?! She had no compassion or care. I would understand if I got there at 6:10 and they were completely closed. But there was someone still inside and I had a tiny little package. She should be ashamed of herself. I will never go back there ever again!

They are usually very accommodating. The service is now horrible. Three people doing 5 things each. They made a mistake and asked me to pay for the mistake. So rude. When I asked for the managers name, he ran away from me. Get your act together. Dont go to have something notarized - The guy is a fraud!! Should not have a license!

Bad service

Just came out form the store. Being help immediately which is great. But was given an unnecessarily big bubble bag, and the rep failed to tell me how much for each one and let me decide if I still wanna go back home to get my own box given I mentioned I could go back and get my own. He just took it instead and and the end charged my $13 . He should know people go there all live locally. It won’t cost me $13 gas to get my boxes. And I told him I have them at home. Also I checked on the way out and there is smaller ones can be used for this shipping.( All three packages were double folded) so overall, service is fast, but. I feel the rep is too profit driven. Maybe next time he could disclose how much it is ( especially when it is $4 dollar per envelope) before he just went and get them.( not professional) also when there is a smaller one can do the job, not over sell. Probably will not go back. Jericho one is so much better.

Easy to see right off of Jericho Turnpike servicing Syosset and the adjoining areas of Nassau County. Small parking lot. Moderately clean facilities. Reasonably priced for large packages. I was surprised they charge a fee to accept UPS deliveries. I wish they had told me ahead of time and I would have delivered to my home. This is like a scam. BEWARE!!

Wont get back to you for days, and then, it will be an invoice. arrogant, bureaucratic, and will rip you off. not a good idea.

Packing was not adequate and a fragile irreplaceable antique item arrived broken. The recipient said the outside of the box showed no damaged but the box itself was too small and there was not a lot of packing material inside. Altho this was shipped USPS, I asked to be compensated for the value of this $700 item. I was offered the refund of the cost of the packing. Whats the point of paying for professional packing if it doesnt withstand shipping - by any carrier?
