They really have an excellent and enormous selection of home goods/ personal care items! Window treatments galore! Mgr told me they have made to order bli ds too, fyi.

I went to buy a vacuum that was on a special sale. They were sold out but willing to order and have it delivered to my home.The only issues were 1. I was told it would come in 2 to 3 days. It was delivered in 7 or 8 when I was out of town. I dont know where that issue came from - the store or the delivery company. 2. I was charged the regular price but getting the refund was so quick and easy. It took about 2 minutes.All in all Id shop there again but make sure I was going to be available

This store is loaded to the brim with lots of home goods and nifty gadgets. They have so many various brands and product types that you can spend a lot of money quickly. Fun store and good values available if you shop with coupons.

Casey at your Fairmount location was simply amaziing. She went above and beyond to help me. This young lady is definitely an asset to Bed, Bath and Beyond. You better treat her right!!

I bought drapes there and they were very difficult to hang them. The manager of the store said bring them down and Ill fix them for you..What a blessing, and she help saving my dinner party.

Found what I was looking for right off the bat, no problem. Then waiting to check out, I dont like they have their checkout set up, there is no clear line for where to stand to check out. It was pretty crowded because the store I was at was close to a college and its move in weekend, so it was a little confusing.

I bought the same color paint for my car to touch up some spots and scratches a good place to go if you want to get the perfect color paint for your car

I dont know what how much more I can explain that you are a great place to go to to experience great shopping experience with people and even customers are so polite to each other thank you and thats because you make it feel that way.

We ended up leaving there without any product. Stood in line for 15 minutes. Wasnt going to wait any longer.

They have a good selection, and the kinds of things I buy at the store I would prefer to see and examine before purchasing (as opposed to purchasing online). I also like the coupons.

I purchased some sheets online and did not like them at all. For the price I paid they were pretty horrible. Lots of wrinkles and the texture felt like paper and they were very noisy to sleep in! I returned them and they took them back no questions asked.
