Jared and Balloons Over Syracuse are the best. Needed a balloon arrangement as a congratulations to my daughter on very short notice. Called him at 4pm in Syracuse and he has the arrangement to a dorm at Syracuse University by 6pm. He and his company had already made all of their deliveries for the day, but he took the time to go back to the warehouse, make the arrangement and delivery it just because he is that kind of person and businessman. So appreciate him for doing it. I highly recommend Balloons Over Syracuse for large and small events/occasions. And by the way, the arrangement was just that an arrangement. It was not just a bunch of balloons stuck together. It was a work of art.

Cannot day enough about Jared and his business! He is the nicest guy and really went above and beyond to make our day special. We ordered a huge balloon structure and it lasted through a day of heavy wind and scattered rain without a problem. Would/Will recommend them to everyone!

Absolutely cannot say enough wonderful things about Balloons Over Syracuse! They delivered an amazing Beer and Casino bouquet to the hospital for my grandfather and it brightened up his room! They were so prompt, patient, reasonably priced, and friendly. I called from Tennessee and was immediately treated like their number one customer. They prepped the bouquet and delivered on the same day! Thank you for making an extremely stressful time easier.

I ordered baby announcement balloons for my son and daughter-in-law for their front lawn when they came home with their first baby. The balloons looked great, I received more balloons then were actually ordered and my children were thrilled. Neighbors go by and honk their owns in congratulations. They were well worth the money.

The Burton St PTA has used Balloons Over Syracuse for many of our school events and each time, they have done a fabulous job. They go above and beyond and are reasonably priced. Im going to be calling them for my dads 90th birthday party in August! The BEST!

We came home to find our yard beautifully decorated for our party -- color scheme exactly as requested. Festive, playful, fun. The mylar balloons wrote our group name in a way that was easy to see from quite a distance... truly impressive and eye catching. We would not have thought about doing this before, but COUNTLESS neighbors asked who had done this... and asked for Joes card. Joe made it easy and was reasonably priced for the value.
