Worst Customer service ever. The guy i talked with on the phone was very rude. Did not answer any questions and cut my call. I would not recommend! Get service on your own risk!
Customer service is the best. Casey is so helpful and even numbered all the containers so we knew what sequence to put them in the pool. If you’re looking for a reputable team to service your pool, Cool Waters is the best.
The guy in there is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about everything pool related. If he doesnt have what you need in stock, he will get it and quickly. Prices are reasonable too.
Quick helpful and reasonably priced
Called to see pricing then offered me if I pre pay a 15 percent discount . I said do you have a Veterans discount the person who answered the phone said they would call me back with an answer when they called back they said we do veterans discount of 10 percent but we can’t do the other discount that we offered you already as well . So they offered me a discount then took it away and gave me a smaller one for being a veteran?? Thanks but no thanks
Great customer service, very friendly and knowledgeable looking forward too getting my new pool
Had a inground pool installed was done within budget and a very timely fashion ..could have not been more pleased with the professional experience we received
I received lots of bad technical information from these guys. I ended up buying a pump and motor on their advice. Assured it would fit. It did not. I called them back, left a message for Mike which he did not return. That was the fourth time I had called Mike and he did not call back. I have been in their storefront twice and witnessed the dodging of customer calls. They seem very unorganized. I would not recommend dealing with this company.
Horrible company to do business with. Find another company. I paid in full for an above ground pool installation. They had me sign a contract and pay in full and said the install would be done in 10 to 14 days. They ended up schedualing the install for 20 days after that. Then cancelled and move the date out another 4 days. Then didnt show up. Then the excavator team showed up a day after that and I was told the install would would follow the next day or two. They finally schedualed for 7 days after that. I took the day off from work and they never showed up. After 2 days of trying to figure out when they were coming I finally asked for a refund which they gave me and I went with someone else. They never even told me there guy wasnt coming, even though the install guy had told them that he wasnt doing it because of the excavation not being done properly. And now the new guy doing the installation is complaining about the excavation job also
This is the first time I have ever hired a company to clean my pool! I do not recommend this company, three times they were suppose to be there to start my pool the fourth time they showed up to tell me it was going to be more money because I was supposedly scheduled for an opening! I told the man no I was very clear in what I needed done!! They dumped chemicals in then left and told me to call them back when it was clear! Also leaving all there trash in my yard! After many attempts of calling them back I finally got ahold of mike he was sending someone out again a no show!! So finally got ahold of someone they did come out to vacuum my pool I come home to a pool pump NOT working so I call the office AGAIN and a lady answers I explain my situation and she tells me I am not even in there system!! After she calls mike and Scott she finds out they flooded my pump! I am told to leave it over night and try in the am so I do and my pump is working I leave to go to work and come home to a hose that has come off and lost 1500 gallons of water! So me hiring a pool company to help me has cost me so much !!
I brought the rails in from my Olhausen Pool Table which is a brand they sell and service. I wanted the bottom of the line rail rubber that came with the rails replaced with Olhausen accu-fast rubber and also shims added to the rails in order to make the pockets on the table tighter. They said the best option for me was to just trade my old rails in for new ones which I could purchase from Olhausen. They said they would use the rails I gave them from my new table on another table they would sell to a future customer.I left my rails with the Coolwaters folks and was told when to expect them. I called when I was told they would be ready and they werent. I had to make a number of calls over the weeks time following the date they said they would be ready, since they werent ready on time. When I finally received my rails a number of the shims were protruding beyond the line of the rail where pool balls would roll down the rail and into a pocket. Obviously, this was unacceptable since a ball shot down the rail would deflect out of the pocket, so I asked them to redo them.Again, I was given a time frame of when to expect them and again I had to go through the same waiting game. When I finally got them I still wasnt convinced that they were in good shape so I hired some professionals from another outfit with decades of experience and long story short the rubber was pulling away from the rail, and the shim job was amateur to say the least. I then hired some professional table repairmen/installers who have been doing table repairs for many decades to come and finish my table install and asked them to peel back the felt on the rails to see how well the job was done. They did this in front of me and the first thing they noticed was that the shims werent installed correctly. The second thing they noticed was that the rail rubber had already come away from the rail and that the glue used was hardly sufficient for the task. It was obvious to me that with only a little use, the rail rubber would have come free of the rail itself. To top this off, these rails were different rails than what I had gotten the first time around. We noticed that there were only one set of staple holes on these rails so it made me wonder did these rails really come from Olhausen as they said they would or did they actually do the work themselves to save some money and in the process have to give me my old rails back or some other rails when they screwed it up the first time?I called them with this information on (03 August 2012) and was told that I would be called back today (07 August 2012) I assume due to a manager or owner not being there on the 3rd with whether or not they would do the right thing and refund me my money. Well, I received no phone call so I write this review which you will likely find on here and as many other sites that review Coolwaters as is humanly possible. They should not have offered to do work they were not qualified to do in my opinion and it has cost me some time delaying by over two months the installation of my pool table and the money I paid them. H*** will freeze offer before I do business with these swindlers again.
Very friendly and gave me a ton of information without pressure on selling as we decided on the parts of our new pool. Thank you
I went in looking for a new pool and they saved me thousands by suggestion a few new uprights and liner. Can’t thank you enough.
Great Customer Service!!!!!
