Destiny USA AT&T store is the best and Ralph Dennis is my go to sales rep.This last time Ralph got me straightened out with my iPhone 12 Pro Max early trade up. A combination of poor mailed instructions on AT&T’s part and a less than stellar team at the AT&T store in Geneva left me with a new phone without 5G.Ralph got everything set up and also went over several options for modifying my current plan. He is great a breaking down the cost/benefits so they are easy to understand. It’s well worth the almost 100 mile round trip to have Ralph do it right the first time for me.
No manager on.site for days. If the manager is at work spends time at panera bread getting free coffee refills.
I have been a loyal AT&T customer since the company was known as Cingular. Pretty much haven’t had a problem with them. Today, 05/15/2021, at the Destiny USA location, I purchased a brand new Samsung phone for my daughter. I asked for the full price of the phone in order to purchase it outright. I left my daughter with my credit card to run to the mall’s facilities down the hall. When I came back, she was done, standing outside the store. I looked at my receipt to see how much I was charged. I was only charged the low “first time” phone price. When I turned to go back to the store to pay the rest, I was met by the long sleeve, blue shirt female (manager(?)) that saw the entire transaction that took place with a regular floor worker. She met us at the door and asked how she could help. I stated that I wasn’t charged the full price of the phone. She proceeded to say that “we don’t charge the full price in the store. You will have to wait for a month after a full billing cycle has gone through. Call customer service and someone should be able to help then”. This struck me as being wrong as she was saying it. I left and proceeded to dial *611. The remaining balance of the phone was paid off in less than 7 minutes after leaving. The customer service representative stated that she did not know why the store was unable to help me because the stores have the same exact computer as she did. In my opinion, it is because of shoddy service like this that is going to be the downfall of brick and mortar stores. Cut out the middle man and just purchase directly off the web. I also wish Ralph or the girl with the one really long braid was there. Between those two they we’re always real helpful.
Just bought the flip 5, what an amazing device with amazing sound. The representative told me exactly what to expect and he was spot on. Thank you that sound is absolutely amazing.
LiLy at Destiny AT&T store helped me with my current bill and plan to resolve the issue I had when 2 new phones were added. AT&T has customer service reps that are caring and compassionate about making sure I am a satisfied consumer. I have been a Customer for over 10 years. Every time I have ever had an issue with service or my bill - it’s always been resolved the first time and with gratitude. If I call 611 I talk to real people and never bots. First rate 5 star service!!
Deb was unbelievable and so helpful that we experience was so enjoyable I will always come to her in the future. We also had a great conversation while waiting for the new phone to boot up. Such a great personality and a lot of fun.
I had the very best experience at the AT&T store @ the Destiny Mall. Ralph Dennis is such a knowledgeable salesperson! No lines, no waiting, lots of answers and zero frustration switching carriers, but keeping my cell number! Everything transferredseamlessly and I even got a lesson on tips and tricks with the latest iPhone! I think I actually had fun! Lol. Thank you soooooooo much! 5/5 all day long!
Deb at Destiny USA made shopping for a new plan and phone easy from start to finish. I usually find this process stressful but there was no wait time and when I had difficulty finalizing my transition from Verizon Deb took over and took care of it for me. I left Verizon because of their poor customer service and I am so glad I did; completely satisfied with Deb and the team at this store.

Went in on 2/23 at around 1:30 - 2:00 to turn my phone in. The man, Ralph, was clearly upset I got my phone from Apple and not there, but this situation is a great example why. I was at first told we dont do that here. After asking him more he then goes on to say that they do print labels for people... so you guys do help out in these situations? Ralph offered to help while being clearly disgruntled. Said he needed a couple bits of info... Ralph pulls it up on the computer and has ME GO BEHIND THE EMPLOYEE DESK TO FILL OUT A FORM!!! Never have I ever been treated like that. RALPH is the exact reason I go to Apple instead of At and T! Thanks again Ralph

If you like AT&T this is a good place to shop for Smart Phone. Their collaboration with the DISH network makes them a seamless wireless company. They offer some good deals
There’s a chubby dude whose attitude’s pretty bad I would say and saying that cannot activate my esim that is because of apple’s software issues which clearly isn’t and ask me to go for apple. Actually he didn’t connect my device to a network and that is why.Really bad experience.
Our sales consultant Kelsey went above and beyond the usual effort provided. We upgraded several lines and purchased several phones, and she made sure everything was all set for the five of us.

Ive been here in a couple occasions for help with my cell phone and my husbands. I never been blown away by the customer service. I feel like theyre locking and knowledge and a lot of the times they leave the store with a question not being answered and being told to contact Samsung. Every one is always super friendly however, cant say anything negative about that which is always great!

They deffintly arnt trying to scam you or get your money theyve helped me get my bill the lowest its been even after the other stores or customer service told me theres nothing they can do. 5 stars guys keep it up!!
Good customer service as soon as you walk into the store. They will usually direct you to the correct person to deal with you one on one. The store has a full lineup of phone products and accessories. The location can be busy at peak times so pack your patience if you see a lot of bodies inside the store.

Horrible customer service. Talked to Tyler who kept calling me “dude” like we were in ghetto. Almost hang up the phone on me without giving resolution. I then talked to his manager and mentioned that the customer experience was horrible and instead of acknowledging it he told me that I was wrong and that he was getting an award for customer care every year. Having this guy as a manager made it all make sense. Try the Verizon store down the road
Bought a brand new phone from them. I had problems with it within a weekI took it back to them to exchange it for another one and they wouldnt do it. I would have to pay a $ 99 security deposit to get one sent to me through the A T & T warranty exchange program because I am a prepaid customer. They could hold the deposit for up to 2 weeks until they got the defective phone back. The phone only cost me $ 65 and they want $ 99 to exchange it. I went back a third time to the store for help with my phone and a salesman acted as though he could care less about my problem. I recommend going to Wal-Mart for A T & T cell phones. They have cheaper prices and better staff and much more helpful.

⚠️This store is not located near Dunkin Donuts. Its actually #121 on the directory map, and located on the first floor near the atrium/elevators.I tried to call ahead to save time, but no one answered the phone. So I went in with the intent to just to grab an accessory really quick, as I has limited time. Unfortunately, the items are locked onto the pegs, and require an employee to get them. I asked a couple of different gentleman for help, but they just brushed me off. When someone had finally helped me and I was at the register to pay, the system wasnt functional (being in a rush, I ended up giving them exact cash and leaving.)Maybe this was just an anomoly, but I currently cant recommend this location to others. Im only giving it two stars because they had the exact item I needed, and I was able to get it.
In the past, I have used other ATT stores and had several regular customer service experiences. The kind that leave you thinking, No complaints!, and you carry on with your day and life. At this store, they exceeded every expectation I had.I was considering an upgrade for many weeks, and heckled the sales people multiple times trying to find a grea deal. Eventually, I did. An unbelievable deal. I upgraded my phone, and bought some expensive headphones, and saved a ton of money. There was a mishap along the way, which out of respect, I will keep private, it was likely nobodies fault, a simple accident. Regardless, it was handled seamlessly, with absolutely no headache. Everybody in the store was sociable and easy to talk to (which is amazing for the amount of ridiculous stuff they deal with), and overall, Id give the manager and all of the sales reps 5+ stars for being helpful, mindful, respectful, knowledgable, and whatever else.Good job, ATT Destiny!!! Thank you for a great day. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
I came in here with my boyfriend as he was having some issues about his service while he is out of the country. (Which he goes every 3-6 weeks) so this was resulting in massive bills even though he had set up a set price for all text talk, etc . Well something wasnt right and he had a $3000 bill - yikes!We had excellent help here. Everything was explained in terms us old folks can understand, lol. The girl who helped us was Chenae, she was so sweet and helpful and knew her s#^t. We never felt rushed or pressured into buying new phones or high tech watch phones that are out now,( and makes me feel like a technological dinosaur to be honest lol) she resolved the bill, his plan, gave him copies of any details, answered all our questions, and we had been thinking about getting smart tv service since my man decided to come home with the largest TV that would fit in our car one day, lol. She explained our options, we chose one, and the cool thing is the TV service could be used on our phones without using up our data! She set it up on my bf phone for him, and then asked if I wanted it on my phone too. I told her sheepishly, I am under contract with Verizon so I dont think I can. Well she didnt even try to convince me to switch, but she set up the TV on my phone too! We came in frustrated and confused, and left feeling happy and gratefull. Thank you Chenae!! You deserve a raise!

We went to the Apple store first and the service was horrible there so we ended up going to AT&T and we got the phone and I service and the man there was absolutely awesome was an amazing experience and we will definitely be sticking with them

The worst customer service I ever experienced !!! I had ATT for 7 years, and always was happy with their customer service until I went to this location. My cousin was under my contract for 4 years ans she just starts her job and she wanted to have her own contract since my 2 year contract was over. she had a great credit report and no problems to get the contract. Only one problem: this location treated like she was obligated to anything, didnt explain her anything or what plans they have available. They just try to give her some expensive plan without understanding her needs or caring about anything, not a single smile was giving. We end up just leaving the store and she went with version. There was this jacked guy with tattoos on his arm ( nothing wrong with tattoos just easier to identify), totally unprofessional and with attitude
