Good store that for me is a hit or a miss. I sometimes find the amazing shoes, and sometimes leave with nothing. But still a store you want to know and visit.

They almost never have any kicks I like. You have to go online.

Went for a pair of shoes for my 10 month old. I had originally gone to Famous Footwear, and they had infant shoes, however they didnt have any soft bottom ones for babies just learning to walk. Kids Foot Locker has about 9 different choices, 6 Nike/Jordan brand and 3 or 4 different Ralph Lauren Polo, which 2 of them were on Sale for $19.99. My son even picked out which pair he wanted, he went with the classic White with Navy Blue accent, instead of the opposite. The girl at Foot Locker even measured my sons little foot so we knew which size would be most comfortable for him. No more plain socks 🧦, my little man is a big guy wearing his 👟👟

Never have my size or type of sneakers I want.

Let me first start out by acknowledging the fact that the entire staff in the store greeted me when I walked in. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The Assistant Manager Jackie and another employee by the name of Chris went above and beyond to make sure my visit was an amazing one. They helped me find everything I needed and both of them had great personalities. This store also had a good variety of merchandise to choose from.

Has to be the WORST place to make a purchase online and pick up at the store, NOT only was there NO indication this item was not available for pick up or ordering but accepted payment and gave hope... To be told on the day you need to pick up..oh yeah NO LONGER AVAILABLE...HOW UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISAPPOINTING.. THANKS FOR NOTHING FOOTLOCKER.COM
