Initially was upset by the time it took to install the windows. The factory is behind and my install date kept getting pushed out. However, voiced my concern to the installation department and they accommodated the installation sooner then originally I was told. The installation team (Andy) was GREAT, very professional, quick, and personable. Will definitely order more from window world when I need more work done, and highly recommend the installers we had!

Kevin was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions and make sure I had a good understanding of what the plan was. He kept me in the loop. I had absolutely no issues with this company and everyone I came into contact with. I would highly recommend Window World to friends/family and look forward to working with them (and Kevin) again in the future!

I own an 1860 Home and Window World replaced 68 windows in my home. They were so easy to work with, price competitive, high quality and excellent service. I had one window crack and they replaced it quickly. If I could give them more than five stars I would. They say they stand behind their windows and they did exactly that.

No one ever got back to me with an ETA on my order. The lady said she would call. I would have liked them in but now. Where are they? I was told 4-6 weeks

Never again..we have been getting the run around for two months now..we had 6 windows replaced and the salesman screwed up our order..we ordered windows with grid work and they came plain..we let them install the windows with the promise of getting the right ones..now they dont call you..they have to talk to the manager..we will have to pay for the new ones..never again will I recommend or use them.

Just got new windows installed from window world and highly recommend to anyone. Great job all around and seem to be of very high quality. After getting several quotes and doing my own research I felt Window world offered the best bang for your dollar. I went with the Energy Star Lifetime warranty Windows. Salesman Nick was knowledgeable and helpful with all questions, Installers were great and cleaned up after job and even swept and moped floors. 5 stars all around.

We just had 15 windows installed in our home by Window World and we couldnt be happier. From the initial estimate (Joe) to the completion of the job, it was a professional operation every step of the way. The two-man crew (Brett & Andy) who installed our windows arrived promptly at 8:30 AM and, including removal of all old windows, installing new windows, sealing, caulking, exterior wrapping, and then a thorough cleanup, they drove away at 3:30 PM. Amazing! The windows look great, operate flawlessly and were an instant improvement to the overall appearance of our house.If you are considering replacement windows, do yourself a favor and get an estimate from Window World. Estimators from some other companies basically talked trash about Window World, but its all nonsense. These double pane vinyl windows (double hung, sliders, and a large picture window) are the exact same as any other out there, same quality, same functionality, but at a much lower price. And their price includes everything mentioned above, no hidden add-ons or additional cost whatsoever. Our total cost was almost 50% less then the next lowest bid! You can certainly pay a lot more for vinyl, double pane replacement windows, but you wont get any better product or service than we received from Window World.

I ordered a sliding glass door 3/2019 - during this process there were problems for which I was not notified of. Only discovering by calling to check status and office personal could not give me an answer. 1 month later they called stating they had to remeasure my door. did so. waited another month called for status. Was told my door was on hold. Apparently the salesman did not forward the signed document to the office to place the order. waited another month only to find out the office new nothing of the status of my door. constant messages with no return phone call. As of August 12th, my door still was not in. I in turn filed a small claim for my money back. I am a senior, retired citizen and they have refused to give me my 1790.00 back. Not good business practice.

We were happy with our windows until they started opening crooked. Called several times for service over past 2 months and STILL havent received a callback. Their recording states to go to DIY to watch video of repair?? Who does business that way?? I paid $1,000s for you to make repairs! Not happy and wouldnt recommend Window World!

Its worth spending a few extra dollars to not have people lie to you.Window World never finished the work but thats not the worst part. They broke windows on install and also didnt finish off the wraps on any of the windows. When I emailed, a woman named Selena told me the windows on order, and theyd reschedule to finish. I emailed multiple times and got the same response... just waiting for the factory. But I finally call months later theres NO RECORD OF MY ORDER. Months later and nothing is moving forward. I dont know why Selena was lying to me the entire time. Maybe Window World is too blame, maybe she lives her life like that. Either way 1 star to all of them...Beware

So glad to see they hired someone to replace Selena very bad manager the new girl Matty is such a great person willing to help in every way Hope window world appreciates her had a problem getting ahold of my salesman guess he never got messages left since July and just heard from him this week but with new manager office should run a lot smoother give the girl a raise she deserves it.

Was told they would take care of removing all old windows and debris. Also was told the new windows would not have condensation on the inside, as the old ones did. Guess what? They left a pile of trash behind my house - a PILE. Also trash along the house where they were working. Come winter time, which was just a few months past installation, yup, condensation. Relative humidity in the room with most condensation was 37 - 42%. Still much better windows than we had originally. I do like the look of the grids that were chosen in the front portion of the house. All new windows for the entire house were installed. Took them 1 full day. Stickers for all of them are loose, so they all hang from the bottom of the sash. Their solution - use scotch tape. Really? Shouldnt that be THEIR job? I also told them about the trash left, they never came back to get it. Never received a follow up call to check on satisfaction either. Get your entire house redone for new windows and this is the service level. Not impressed. Any new houses we get will NOT be through them.

I was disappointed with the installation of the 3 windows that I purchased. The windows themselves seems fine. However, the workmen left dirty finger marks on the window frames and the quarter round surrounding the windows. In addition, I was not told that caulking was to be put on the areas between the quarter rounds and the frames which will prevent me from painting the woodwork surrounding the windows. Paint will not adhere to the caulk.I was pressured to sign the final acceptance without first looking at the finished job. All the particular areas of the installation (i.e. area vacuumed, workmen polite, etc) was checked as done by the computer software and not by me. I did not have any opportunity to review it.

This is true this guys never finish a job, brand new Utica boiler was installed in May 2017 wasnt start. Call this guys to come back and start the boiler and they just ignore my calls. I spend $667 with other contractors to make the boiler work. Be careful!

We recently had two windows installed in our house. The old ones were over 30 years old! From the initial contact right up to install day we were met with knowledgeable, friendly and timely staff. Every single person we dealt with treated us great. The windows were installed in under 2 hours and done very well. They picked up every piece of debris (even swept stuff that was already there like leaves). I would highly recommend this company.I should also mention that they were the only company that did not try to scam or talk down to me because I am a woman. All other companies assumed I knew nothing and one even said so.

We have had the absolute worst experience with this companys customer service. They were slow to respond during the quote and ordering process. They ordered 2 wrong windows and one came in cracked. They installed the cracked window and we are waiting for replacements. So until then, I have to worry about my two small children staying away from it. We have been trying to speak with a Manager of the company who refuses to call us back to rectify this experience. We would never recommend this company to anyone. Go with anyone else.

Great windows at an awesome price.

I bought a house 5 years ago. They had installed comfort world windows from window world. This week a coil breaks and the window will not stay open.I call window world. The lady tells me that I do not have a warranty because it wasnt transferred when I bought the house (50$ each window, I was never given the option). She said they dont repair windows unless they are under warranty. I asked if I could pay to have them repair it. She said no, they do not repair windows. I then asked where I could buy the parts to fix it myself. She said, You cant but they parts. So I asked, what am I to do with a window that you will not fix or sell me the parts to fix. She just said, sorry I cant help you. and hung up.I was going to use them for a bigger job, but now I will find someone else!

. We ordered 13 windows in June 2018 totaling about $5800.Windows were installed August 7th 2018. 3 of the windows were either damaged or incorrect. We ordered windows with grids for the front of the house, including two eye dormer windows. One eye dormer window was installed with grids, while the other was installed without. A random window with grids was installed in our living room, and our kitchen window slider was damaged. Not a big deal, mistakes happen. Window World reordered the windows to replace the mistakes and damaged, which took about two weeks.Window World shows up Aug 16th 2018 to install the newly corrected windows....installed the window with grids in the upstairs eye dormer correctly, however the window sash has a very large indentation in it, a very clear defect. The downstairs random grid window was replaced....with another window with grids. This window wasnt supposed to have grids. They replaced the damaged kitchen slider window correctly. Here is where my problem lies....I call and speak to a manager, who told me he was actually the person to install the windows today. I told him about the problems and he said they would be ordered again and would be taken care of. I expressed my frustration that we paid for a product and service with expectations that those products would be true and correct. He then began to tell me that the mistakes werent a big deal, and that they were just window sashes and mistakes happen. Mind you this manager was the person who installed a window with a very clear and obvious defect today. I asked him, as a manager doing the install, do you not inspect the windows before they are installed?? His response to me was that they dont inspect their windows prior to installation, they just install them. I asked if their training program for installers actually doesnt cover inspecting the product they are installing prior to installation and he told me installers just install the windows. I agreed mistakes happen but that this was now the third time including the original order being incorrect and we would have to wait yet another 2-3 weeks to complete a job that was already paid in full after the initial installation. He continued to be condescending and deflect the problem and blame it on the factory that makes the windows. I was then asked so what do you want?! I said some sort of compensation for a job that was paid for and the expectations were not met after numerous mistakes. The manager then proceeded to tell me again that he doesnt get why i dont understand that its not a big deal and they are just window sashes. He then offered us a $30 window disposal fee refund. I personally took this as a back handed way to tell me to F myself. they made the first mistake, fine....second mistake and then treat me like im the problem?????They just lost our future business, and i will tell this story to anyone i know who mentions Window WorldIf you read this, please take this into consideration if you are potentially going to do business with Window World. We are not hard people to please, and come from a customer service background, so i am very disappointed in how i was treated today. I just hope the correct and undamaged windows will be installed at some point.Share this if you see any value in spreading my families experience with Window World

I had my windows installed in May of 2017, with a lifetime warranty. I have had to call twice for service in the 1.5 years since I have had the windows and customer service was very responsive. Problems fixed both times. Great value for the price.
