I had a problem/question with a CB setup I installed in my truck. I stopped in and one of the employees talked through the possible problems, and in all of maybe 15 minutes he was able to figure out and correct the problem for me. Its worth noting, I had already spoke to the manufacturer of the radio, and even they were unable to figure out the problem. Very happy with my experience here.

I would not recommend having them do anything for you ... I brought in my CB to have fixed when I picked it up they said it was working ... put it back in my truck and all I could do was hear people talk I could not transmit and I could not control the volume it was loud all the time and the people I could hear talk were very close to me... charged me 60 bucks being on the road a lot have not had time to go back there ... I know there is not very many places that do service in CPs in Syracuse but do yourself a favor and go somewhere else if you can
