Amazing service. I bought my screen protectors there for both my phone and my ipad. They just take care of you. Cleaned my devices and replaced my screens when they cracked. I love their screen protectors and would highly recommend them.

SCAMM!!!!Warranty is fraud. I ordered 2 cases under same invoice both are broke now. They are asking me to pay for double shipping for 2 cases. Sender and delivery address is same.So basically as shipping cost they are charging shipping cost + production cost. Thats why they cant send 2 cases under one shipping cost.

Manager was rude and refused to replace my screen saver. Wanted me to use zaggs online.I would not purchase anything from this location. I doubt the many 5 star reviews are real.

This is the worst brand of screen protector ever. The screens all break within a month or so of using them. But I give two stars instead of one because at least they have a lifetime warranty. However, you have to pay for shipping, which stinks. I do not recommend this brand.

This location is extremely helpful and friendly. I come back each time I get a new device to purchase front and back screen protectors. Salesperson is very friendly and helped replace my front screen protector within one minute. I would definitely recommend👍

The guy literally was the rudest retail worker I’ve ever met. He also lied to me and told me $4.99 to do my warranty replacement and then charged my card $11.99. He then had the audacity to get loud when I asked why I got charged that amount. Could have saved myself $5 by just doing my replacement on Zagg.com. Definitely do not recommend this place to anyone!!!! Go to Zagg.com, save yourself money, and save yourself a poor experience!!!

Went in to have my screen replaced. Online it said $0 but I wanted to have it done sooner so I went to the closest location. This man that runs that kiosk is the most condescending, rude and arrogant person I think I’ve come in contact with to date... which is impressive in a messed up way. He charged me $12.99 and then proceeded to tell me to back up even further passed the red tape line. Man handled my new iPhone 11 max pro (wasn’t happy with that) and installed the screen protecter. He then slapped it back in the pink plastic Petri dish of a container he was using and told me I couldn’t pick it up for 30 seconds as he walked away. Not only was this a horrendous experience but you think someone with such arrogance about him could at least apply screen protectors straight. Crazy.

I bought my Zagg screen protector about 18 months ago with my Pixel XL. I dont remember when it got its first crack, but it was a reasonable amount of time. I bought the protector at ATT, but I had no trouble getting it replaced at the Zagg kiosk for $12. Super quick and easy, and the guys were great.

Zagg protective shields are awesome! They last a really long time and are easy to replace, you just take the broken or pealed shield back to them and they replace it for a lower fee than the original cost. The staff there are wonderful and helpful and point you in the right direction towards the shield that would suite your needs. They also make custom screen protectors. I’ve had a protector on my iPad for almost four years and it’s just now starting to peal.

ZAGG Destiny USA location has friendly employees and the wait time is reasonable when getting your screen protector applied to your phone. They also offer phone cases that protect your phone when dropping. I have a two-years-old and drop my phone daily... if it wasn’t for the shield I would have to pay a lot of money to constantly get my phone fixed!!

I drove to this store upon learning that this option was available. I just needed to get the screens for my daughters and couldn’t wait for snail mail, I was Extremely impressed with the service, both Rana and his co worker were very professional and honest!!!! I recommend using the ZAGG store in Destiny USA Mall if you can!!!!

If I could give this place 0 stars I definitely would. Had a bad experience about 6 months ago, but figured I would give it another go as I just got my screen replaced and dont want to go with out a screen protector. The owner is a complete scam artist and told me that they dont have my exact screen protector in stock. He stated that he could upgrade to the next level screen protector and pay $30. (On top of the $16 install charge) I explained that I could go online and upgrade for free and they should be able to at least comp the install charge if I upgrade. He told me he is the owner and can not do that because it is a different product. I told him that he should be better about keeping stock of common products and he told me that he has the right to not keep certain products in stock if he doesnt want to. Seems as though he just wants to keep the more superior products in stock so he can charge upgrade fees because he knows some people will just pay it. Terrible customer service and I will never return. Love Zagg products, but this franchise location needs some revamping.

Great deal with the screen protectors. If you crack or damage your screen theyll replace it for you for $12. Not to mention their screen protectors have saved my phone on many many occasions putting me driving over it screen down on the pavement! A little pricey on the front end but well worth it.

I only buy my iPhone products from here. They have great service. Treated my phone well their cases are durable. I buy a good glass protector for my phone it is performing excellent. The guy working there is good with helping me and knows what he was doing.

They installed my screen protector and because it wasnt perfect before I left they gave me another one and installed it seamlessly to make sure it was to my approval. 100% install. Im skeptical of who installs these on my phones. This was a good experience.

Seller at the Zagg store at destiny is an atrocious man with poor costumer service. He accused me of not having a zagg cover when I first arrived, when I’d purchased from him countless times. I asked for a receipt as I was handing him my money to pay for my screen replacement (so I’d have proof the next time to avoid making the same mistake) and in a condescending manner he said “you have to pay first before printing a receipt” I stated I understood that, hence why I had my cash out clearly understanding the process. He proceeded to say receipts are customary at businesses, in an extremely condescending manner again. I’ve never had a pleasant experience with this seller.Update: Protectors crack very easily. Better to invest in a better case with a stronger built in screen protector and spare yourself from having to go to this seller.

The man at the counter was rude and would not listen. My son tried to help explain and he told him to let the grownups talk. He tried to sell us a new products that I already had warranties for. We were just at the apple store getting our devices repaired. We live over an hour away. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Love the products; but I will take my business to a different location.

If I could give less than one star, I would. I went here after looking on the Zagg website to replace my screen protector through the warranty. First, the guy working there accuses me of removing the screen protector from another phone. Then he tells me itll cost $11 to replace it at his store. Its $6 for shipping on the Zagg website. I like to give my business to brick and mortar stores but not when Im treated like a liar and charged twice as much. Very disappointed.

Bought a new zagg lux screen protector for my Apple Watch 4. Person installing it did a great job. Looks perfect. About a week later I hit the corner of the watch and cracked the zagg screen protector. Went back to Destiny USA zagg kiosk and within 5 mins he replaced it like new. I was told As long as it is on the original device it is a lifetime warranty minus a $10 install/replacement fee of which if going through zagg direct makes you pay for return shipping plus living with a cracked screen protector. I would rather pay the $10 and get a professional job without any hassles. Hopefully I don’t crack the new one anytime soon lol.

Let me first say I was appalled by a Service he tried telling me that my zag vision guard screen protector for my 10 S max What is not genuine was not genuine yet on march 25 2019 at 3:13 pm he replaced the vision guard screen protector and on June 8th 2019 I had to have it replaced again and he told me that it was not a Zagg screen protector so either he does not have genuine Zagg products (fake) screen protectors or he just wanted to change me 60 dollars for a new one witch only cost me 44 dollars at Best Buy’s I would not lie about that especially when the vision guard has a blue tint to the screen protector when you hold it up to the Y so he’s Questioning my integrity he’s the one That has an integrity issue by telling people that they don’t have real Zagg screen protector so I went in to Best Buy’s and bought a armor edge screen protector witch has the same great warranty like Zagg and best buys will replace it for for free including installation after paying only one time of paying 7 dollars. Best Buy’s and Verizon said the Zagg guy has been turning away people with Zagg screen protector for replacement and saying their not real I wish armor edge would come out with a vision Guard screen protector

This guy is a scam artist. I went to him for years. I actually spoke fondly of his store, so when I got my new phone I went straight to him for a case needless to say he put it on terribly. it didnt feel right and wasnt pressed on properly, there was a gap . It came off within 2 weeks . I ended up contacting zagg and I got another screen protector. When I asked him if he could put it on he wanted to charge me another $16. Like I sais I used him in the past and the reason he claimed for the charge was the return fee . Since there was no return to zagg since I got it from them directly he still wanted to charge me because the mall is expensive to bbe in what a hack. My bf did it for me at home and it worked out fine.

I used to have a cheap glass protector for my phone and the edges would break every couple of week. Since I put on the zagg protector over six months ago I didn’t replace my protector and it’s still in perfect condition.Mach cheeper in the long run!!!

They say free lifetime warranty but they make you pay shipping every time. Screen protector scratched numerous times and cracked as a result of the scratches within a month. Terrible product, do not buy.
