Never have I been more satisfied with customer service. Everyone was so knowledgeable and respectful, and happy to help. I am completely restoring a pontoon boat and have lots of questions/needed advice on what to use. These guys answered everything completely and gave me an awesome price on stainless steel bolts, nylock nuts, washers etc. I paid the same price yesterday at Home Depot for 20 bolts as I did for over 300pcs of stainless bolts, nuts, washers, and anti-seize. I will never go anywhere else other than Hiawatha fasteners! Fantastic job guys!

This is in response to Joey Jones below. I wish that these google reviews would post the date. That Monday you drove to our store was July 3rd, the day before the July 4th Holiday. And yes we were closed for that Monday and Tuesday in observance of the Holiday. We are sorry that we disappointed you, we hope you will give us a second opportunity.
