This was a great family weekend stop. Our son is 18 months and nieces are 6 & 8, and we all had so much fun. It was interesting to learn how maple syrup is made and the brunch was so good. Loved the little store and walking the trails. Everything is run smoothly and no long waits for anything. Social distanced and everyone wearing masks. Looking forward to coming back soon!

Cedarvale maple not only has amazingly delicious products, their customer service is top notch! I recommend any product this sweet business has to offer. Located in Upstate New York, just outside of Syracuse, Cedarvale Maple is run by a family of maple experts. Syrup comes right from the trees located on their property and maple products are made on the premises. These young and ambitious entrepreneurs will make sure you have a high quality product and experience each time! These make wonderful gifts for the person on your list who has everything AND corporate gifts!

We have been shopping here since I was born 35 years ago. We live right around the corner and this place is not only part of our life it is a part of our memories and a part of our family. Not only have the new owners made it the most spectacular place with the best products I have encountered anywhere, I would not Buy maple syrup anywhere else nor support any other business because they deserve it. Although they are a small operation somewhat I see them going bigger places. There’s nothing here that isn’t good everything is worth a try. Visited 3/6 for Maple Weekend, bought a bottle of the new bourbon maple syrup, tried the French toast casserole for breakfast- so good! Worked off breakfast by hiking Pleasant Valley Preserve trails across the street - great place to visit

Our family loves going here for everything maple: syrup, ice cream, cotton candy, spices, tea, etc. The scenery is beautiful and the service is friendly and professional. We go to the store year round, but it’s really interesting to visit when the syrup is being made in the early spring.

The only place I go for maple products! Their maple rounds are THE BEST! I also love their maple themed weekends with great food. Cant beat the view and Pleasant Valley Preserve trails are super close by

My friends and I attended the Crepes, Waffles and More event today and had so much fun. The store is amazing with great options for all things maple flavored. The owner Mike was so nice and helpful and answered all our questions. Definitely a place worth checking out. I know Ill be back again for sure!!!

Great customer service and maple products. An annual favorite

A new springtime tradition! The new owners are a big, enthusiastic family. On this last day of maple weekend, we met the dad who told us about sugaring and tapping and explained various equipment. The family members inside were polite and generous with samples of syrup, confections and coffee. We were pleased to find grade B dark amber syrup which is not usually sold in stores.

Cedarvale is awesome! We had such a great time at their open house celebration. The syrup is excellent and the new management has many new and fun things for the whole family to experience. We had a great time!

We were looking for some local maple cream and saw the sign on Rte 175. Took the drive through 13 turns (actual name) and then a right. Its a nice shop with a tasting bar to sample the flavors and also features other local goods.Highly recommended.

Just received my delivery from Cedarvale Maple. I am thrilled with their service and speedy delivery. I placed the order online at 130 today and received my items around 430. I live roughly 10 minutes from them so not a long drive at all. I called before placing my order to find out more details about how it worked. I spoke with a very nice guy who answered all of my questions and said hed be on the lookout for my order. I got the pancake buttermilk mix, some maple sugars, syrup (ofcourse) and there maple walnut ice cream. I meant to order just thr maple one but after reviewing my order it was my mistake, not theirs. Im still excited to try it. I dont know if they will continue to deliver after covid-19 is over but I hope they do. I will order from them again.

I went for the open maple day. Ive been to Westfield heritage village so Ive seen how maple was made the old way but this was a much more modern and definitely higher scale, though they are not a big business but a small scale local one. They were talking about how things were made and answered all my questions. The best part of the tour was opening the fire when i asked… wish i got a picture.The prices are reasonable considering its a small local business and the goods were tasty and high quality with quite a variety considering their size.All in all, going here was worth it for the ride through the scenic hillside. Just drive slow.
