Good service, knowledgeable employees. Its nice going someplace with the intention of fixing something, & getting some tips and tricks from an employee to help you figure out the details. Plus, if theres something you need thats not there, they can order it online for you (or you can order it online, and have it delivered there for free). Overall, a very good experience with people who know how to take care of their customers.

Came to pick up and order placed over the phone. The staff was very helpful with both placing the order and pick up. They also did their best to find anything else we needed while we were there. One employee continually pestered myself and my friend, asked us if we needed help when we repeatedly did not, misgendered us, we did not want to engage with him and he continued to pester. People: recognize when others want to be left alone!

Great old fashioned hardware store with service!

I’m surprised by the low reviews. Staff is really helpful & always available. It’s sometimes spendier than Lowe’s or whatever, but I’ll pay slightly more for better advice & assistance w/r/t home repair.

Customer service horrible . I had to wait a month for my windows screen to get done while they have a sign wait time 14 days . In the end they give wrong size . Phil took the order as I brought him screen old one I have to measure and order few of them. 3 weeks later still waiting for my screens to get done no call . So I decide to call them to find out is is done or not, no where my order to be found, so I drop after 5 day to the store . after 15 min looking for my order was in sticker note hidding in pille of paper . So again ask me for 1 week to get done . After one week no call whatsoever. So I decide to go to store i found they are ready . So I spoke nicely to the manager about the situation and unprofessional way they running . So I picked my screen . After getting home they were to big so I return them back with my old screen to show them . Oh boy Phil lie about me giving him wrong measure which he took measure not me from the start also he was upset he when lam talking to him he left while I am talking . Its like f you . God like he is the only one having bad day . The manager was. Asking us both to call down which I have not rise my voice or cursed . but still that no way to treat customer . I cannot deal with that kind of behavior .insulting . Its horrible experience and never coming back to that store no matter what. Stay away .
