Delivery service, with set up, is available, (for a small price), and you can get same day delivery, if it is not to late in the evening. We needed a twin mattress and box springs in a hurry for my daughter in law who fell down her stairs. Her bedroom was upstairs and she wasnt allowed to climb stairs. I emailed them on a Thursday evening after closing and they responded the next morning before they even opened. They took the order over the phone and delivered the mattress and box springs promptly the next morning. The price was very reasonable as well.Thank-you for helping this young mother to go home to be with her young son.

Wish we could rate them higher then 5 stars. Needing a bed for last minute guests arriving for Thanksgiving we tried a few stores in the area but they rubbed us the wrong way with over the top sales pitches, we then made our way to Syracuse Mattress on Erie Blvd. After finding a very affordable memory foam set that we liked we inquired about delivery before the holiday. Fast answer was NO PROBLEM, not only was it in stock but the owner (Dan) delivered the mattress to us himself that same evening.We really appreciated the simple sales approach and great pricing. Dan was wonderful to work with when I needed to purchase a new mattress. I was quoted double the price at Raymour and Flanigan down the road. I know I wasnt comparing apples to apples, but for a nice quality twin mattress set....I didnt see the need to spend twice as much. Im very pleased with the quality of the mattress I bought from Syracuse Mattress. Great to work with a local business owned by a nice family man.

I have been doing business with Syracuse Mattress for 19 years and felt it was time to let everyone know what a pleasure it has been to work with such professional, knowledgeable, friendly staff. Recently, I replaced my Queen memory foam mattress and love the new one so much (nothing better than a good nights sleep) that I went ahead and purchased the same for my guest bedrooms. I just bought a home here in Syracuse, and needed a bed to start my furniture collection. Most of the beds were too soft for me, I am a country boy, I can sleep on rocks. LOL I saw the reasonably-priced futons, and thought, gee, Ive been sleeping on one for the past few years, why not get another? They carry many types of futons, from the basic, to the luxury, just like regular beds. Of course, if you want to pay for the luxury futon, you may be better off with a regular bed. I plan to use mine as a starter bed, I plan to buy a queen-size bed soon, and have the futon for guests. Bill was more than helpful to me, and the prices were the icing on the cake. As for the futon covers, what is not in stock can take several weeks to arrive.

Went there and the guy was very polite and down to earth, he didnt drill us about money and or financing. He let us try beds, we found one we loved and talked a bit longer and he answered all the questions i had. We told him we wanted to go look more places before we decide and he was perfectly ok with it and didnt get rude or try to throw us out. He gave us a card with the name of the mattress and let us go very politely. We went to metro mattress after and had the worst experience ever, they were rude, judgmental on our budget and very pushy aggressive and snotty, when we didnt want to buy ASAP they basically pushed us out of the door with how cold and rude they became. Anyways were going to go back either tomorrow or next weekend and buy that mattress we loved from you guys at a great price too.
