Our family has relied on CNY Medical for years. While Tim G is kind and helpful the billing department is rude and nasty. Our wheelchair was held hostage by his rude woman for nearly 6 months with a “Irefuse to apologize for your insurance company” comment. Cindy was not at all understanding towards our predicament while trying to get my daughter’s wheelchair before school starts. We are taking our business elsewhere
