I have been trying to get seals for a pump from this company for over 4 months and still have not gotten them. I have made several calls to the sales and asked to talk to the manager. I am not getting calls back any more and got the run around. I am a small motor repair shop in southern oregon and because of their lack of taking care of their customer, I have got a very upset customer at me for trying to help them. My customer happens to be with the school district and these pumps are for a heating system. Now I have to tell them to buy a new heating system for thousands of dollars when the system could have been repaired for less than 200 dollars
