First guy I spoke to was excellent, very helpful and ordered my replacement part. It was due to arrive to will call in a month. A week after expecting it in I hadnt been notified it had arrived so I called. They had canceled my order before it ever shipped! No explanation other than nonsensical babbling about card fund hold times. I ended up getting the part elsewhere.By the way, if you know the part you need, ebay may have it for much less than msrp.

They had the part I needed but they r in the worst side of town and I will b bombarded by homeless. Very sad.

They had me run an hour and a half each way to get a part that they assured me was in stock. Even after I asked her to confirm before I drove to so far to get it. THEY DIDNT HAVE THE PART WHEN I GOT THERE!!!. The drive, tolls, time and lost wages for nothing was VERY FRUSTRATING to say the least.

I sent one of my employees over on Saturday afternoon to purchase a heater relay. A common item that should of been an easy purchase. The person at the counter didnt want to help him and told him they couldnt help him. It was closing time in a few min but still could it of been because he was Hispanic ? I do find it interesting that I have purchased items there with no problem and good service. Today was not one of those. They are a good company and have been on the spot until this incident.

I dont give out five stars very often. I was in Federal Way, so it was either Tukwila or Tacoma and Im glad I chose Tacoma. It was an excellent experience, Chris was very helpful. I could have got out there without spending a penny and only bought something as insurance in case I needed it.Small appliance repair, washers and dryers, etc are fairly easy. You can YouTube how to do it, but dont order the parts online, go into a parts store talk to the people there, save yourself trouble and money and keep a brick-and-mortar business up and running.

My dad has used this store for years. This weekend when my oven baking element broke, he suggested I try them for a replacement. I called Reliable & the guy on the phone was very quick & polite, quoted me a price, gave me a part number, & told me it was their most selling & cheapest element. After calling several other stores who wanted twice the price & were not as polite or quick, I headed to the store. It takes me an hour to get to their location but it was worth the drive even with all the babies in the car. The older gentleman very pleasantly asked how he could make my day better as soon as I walked through the door. I was back out the door in 10-15 minuets part in hand. They have an extensive knowledge & wide range of brands & replacement products. I’m going to need a water filter for my fridge as well as a new lightbulb for my microwave & oven. I will be using them in the future for all my appliance part needs🤗 They just earned another customer for life. Thank you, Reliable Parts!!

Been in twice to get replacement elements for my large appliances. Both times I got fast, friendly customer service beyond expectation. Not only are they stocked with all the parts I could need, it seems, but when it comes to friendly service, I cant say Ive had better. I would recommend them to anyone with a furnace or oven on the fritz, like we had.

Unfortunately the part I ordered wasnt the correct one when I showed up. The in store employees are awesome and really know their stuff. If you can get over yourself and spend a few minutes being polite this local business is a great asset. Twice now they have saved me a week of down time for a simple part. Great fast yet in a old school way. Got in they looked up the parts I needed even checked to see if I was actually ordering the right part. I was out the door with in 10 minutes. They even recommend other competitors store if they couldnt get a part.Who does that anymore. I will definitely be going back for all future appliance needs.

You need to wait through 800# service to check availability but if it’s not at your nearest location they can get it there quickly. Prices are fair.

Good people. While I was purchasing a part I over heard an employee explaining how the customer could order a part via warranty and not from reliable in this situation and save $30 if they wanted. I have bought parts there for decades and they have always been helpful and of course Reliable.

Needed a direct drive coupler for my Kenmore washer and sears said it would take a week and a half to get. Decided to take a chance and drove to Reliable Parts to see if they might have it and Alex knew exactly what I needed and had me out the door in minutes

As a landlord I seriously dont know what Id do without them. About half the time they have what I need right there in there store. Twice I had to wait about 10 days for a part. Every other time in a day or two they had me all taken care of. Me and my tenants are so lucky to have you.

I am a Do-It Yourselfer. I came in needing a part but described it wrong. The gentleman at the counter pulled up the diagram of the microwave I was working on and found the correct part (a fuse). He then pulled an alternative part which was half the cost but was the same thing just made by a different manufacturer. He also printed the diagram of the microwave parts and showed me exactly where the fuse was located. Wow! Then he gave me a discount which reduced the cost of the fuse! I am one happy camper and was able to fix my microwave thanks to the knowledge and help from the friendly gentleman at the counter. You folks are awesome!

Appliance parts. Everything. I go in with random model #s and they decifer why Im there. Plus, they entice you with odd things you never knew you needed! Impulse buy dryer vent brushes, lit magnifying glasses, BBQ accessories, pocket foldable screwdrivers etc. while you wait...I do! The staff is witty, helpful, sarcastic and make you feel like they are your brothers. Go here for parts. No. Really. VISIT THIS PLACE. I highly recommend the Impulse buy section.
