Mario is very good at the demo . As well the sales pitch. Made it very interesting. We just hope that this purchase will live up to the standard of how great the value kirby equipment is. The only thing im concern is the timing of the sale. since its the holiday it kinda sucks getting in payment options but overall its impressive! i suggest to get one
Ricardo was amazing he knows the product and showed me all the gadgets that comes with it. Super chill guy and enjoyed the product showing, i would definitely buy one to clean the car and sofa, He did a great job 5 stars all around.
Shawn and Mario were great, we let them in to show us the vacuum and they were nothing but respectful and knowledgeable. Although we didnt buy they were understanding and kind about it. Great guys.
The salesperson ignored my no soliciting sign, then had the nerve to tell me it only applied to those trying to sell religion. They might want to read up on the law, as its up to a $250 fine to solicit when theres a sign clearly posted. If you want to take them to court or file a complaint, the law in Pierce County follows: 5.10.170 Violations Shall Constitute a Misdemeanor.ShareViolations of PCC 5.10.060, 5.10.080, 5.10.090, 5.10.100, 5.10.110, 5.10.120, 5.10.130, 5.10.150, and 5.10.160 shall constitute a misdemeanor and be punishable by a fine no greater than $250.00. (Res. 18429 § 2 (part), 1975; prior Code § 50.03.100)Looks like Im not the only one if you read the other reviews.
Ricardo was and is amazing, knows the product, isn’t pushy and showed me all the gadgets that comes with it. Down to earth seller that loves what he does.
Ricardo was great, he definitely knew how to use the machine. Very friendly and polite. Most sales people irritate me to no end but Ricardo was good about everything.
I would do zero stars if i could. they had someone knock at our door (with a no soliciting sign up) telling us they were going to wash our carpet in our apartment for free (“cause military”) and someone else ended up showing up, coming in taking a kirby out and saying they were doing a demonstration. long story short we gave in cause homeboy said he was trying to win a trip to vegas. next morning we realized $4,000 for a vacuum wasn’t it just so someone else could enjoy a trip. so we decided to return it and when doing so the guy there got mad. i could tell he was impatient and irritated (totally understand.) he tried giving us a better deal but we were sure we didn’t want it and that made him more mad. DONT LET THEM IN.
If you are willing to do the foot work and dedicate the large amount of the requested time, on top of first and foremost having full (110% knowledge of pay logistics and possible success potential) understanding of door-to-door sales business there are huge profit margins as well as corporate advancements up to but not limited to becoming your own regional distributor. If you found this post/photos fulfill the requirements for what you generally look for in a review, please be kind and let me with a 👍. Looking forward to have helped!
Look this is not SEATAC Distribution. Yes it says that because they are trying to hide their real name which is Kirby the Vacuum. I would know and the job sucks, because basically if you are anything like me where I will never be able to drive then you screwed because you have to lug the damn vacuum everywhere by yourself. They do not car pool and when talking to the boss to get you set up they leave you hanging. Also if you like getting guns pointed in your face then this is not the job for you. I recommend that any body that is wanting to do sales dont go through Kirby because you will get NOWHERE!!!!!!
I worked here in Fall of 2010. The employer does not monitor employees. We were placed on teams and not allowed to canvass on our own or set our own appointments, which made selling the vacuums more difficult because I could not use my own network of people after the first few days. I worked there only for a few weeks, just long enough to get my first paycheck and realize that it didnt even cover the cost of the fuel used to get to and from the workplace, and that did not count what gas I would have used if I hadnt been put on teams with others driving their own vehicles. The Kirby is a PHENOMENAL vacuum cleaner and I recommend it to EVERYONE who wants something that will clean their whole house and last a lifetime. However, there are ways to get the retail price lowered, such as military discounts and trading in old vacuums. Take advantage of as many discounts as you can get but do NOT get a refurbished Kirby from Amazon because it will not last.
I had to give a star just to give a review, they deserve no stars, they are rude and inconsiderate, trying to sell their vacuums in neighborhoods where there is a sign posted for no soliciting, rang my doorbell and pounded on the door! When I told them to leave the neighborhood they just ignored me and went on to the next house, next time I call the police for tresspassing
This employer has employees come and go all the time. I only worked there for about 3 weeks, honestly the people wear great, there is an opportunity in this job to make LOADS of money but its all COMMISSION and you dont have customers come to you. They make you go out an knock door to door and the legal time to stop knocking on doors is 9pm. So if you dont have any friends or family youd like to spend time with, then go for it. Literally you will be working about 12 hours a day, 6 days a week. The product is amazing, and there are a lot of bonuses and perks, but it is a LOT of hard work, and you gotta know how to be a sales person. Only left because I spent too much time away from my husband who is in the military so I already have limited time with him.
Terrible! They manage their employees horribly. You can get fired just from making one wrong move. They dont understand sick days or having to leave early for a doctors appointment.$3000+ for a vacuum. Its a great product but I seriously would rather not give money to a business that treats their employees like crap.
People seriously! Do not open your door for these folks this is NO distribution center! Its Kirby vaccum! The team lead was so disrespectful at my own house, he made me feel so unconfortable by arguing and almost obligating me to buy the stupid vaccum! $3,800 and they say theyll make it affordable for you with monthly payments. I am serious people DO NOT let them in! They were 4 hours inside my house trying to sell me the vacuum with a free Cleaning demonstration! Uggh worst decision I have ever made in my life just letting them in!
Id like 2 hours of my life back. And for them to clean the whole carpet not just 2 small demo spots.
I worked here 30 days . They are fake . They scam you to work and they get all the profit and you get practically nothing . The head boss threatened me . Never buy from them or work for them . They will waste your time . They lie to you and clients. They sell you used Kirbys. Its a scam. These morons owe me close to $2000 of pay and I dont have it.
They continually send theyre employees out to do sales calls at childrens bedtime. I dont know anyone who wants a demo of a noisy vacuum at 8 pm.
They sell kirbys door to door...
