Excellent service! Jim had quite the challenge getting special tires during the pandemic but he DID get them and was able to deliver the cart to my father by his birthday. The cart is fantastic!!Highly recommend!!

Very streamlined process - the Yamaha MT-03 I wanted was in their showroom, talked over the models in that class with Steve Amberg in sales and they got back to me right away when I had questions. Noah Stanley handled documents and finance, and I bet I was there only 30 minutes the day I signed documents until I was riding away on my new bike. Recommended.

Although I didn’t end up buying a E-mountain bike through Tacoma Motorsports, Chris and the rest of their crew members were extremely helpful with their customer service. Chris took the time to go in depth about what they had in stock and if they couldn’t find what I was looking for he was willing to search for that bike and order it for me. They were even able to build the bike for me the same day of purchasing. I Would not hesitate ordering an Ebike through them.

Im not one to write reviews but I felt that I had to in this case. The team over at TMS did such a great job on my ATV. Not only did they spend the extra time giving me a thorough walk through of what was wrong and how I could fix it myself (not the most savvy guy when it comes to powersports), they scheduled me in a timely manner, and explained to me in detail of what all was done! Definitely my go to shop. Specifically, I would like to give a shout out to Bill. The man definitely knows his stuff and is VERY helpful with getting people familiarized with their new toys. If youre on the fence about who to have work on your bikes, TAKE THEM HERE!!

I guess walking in this place in work clothes & $15,000 dollars cash in your pocket doesnt get you any attention. IF & there wont be a next time maybe I should wear a suit. No one even looked at me twice. Its OK though. I spent my money today somewhere else & got a GREAT deal on an R1. The way people may look sometimes doesnt reflect on who they are or what they want to buy.

I have now purchased two different bikes from the store in the last 2 years all times the staff was helpful answered my questions fairly well their parts department the guys can look things up via your bike but dont really know parts that seems to be pretty common nowadays unfortunately

Not a pleasant experience. The salesman guy we spoke to seemed like he wasn’t interested in helping/selling a bike. He was more interested in just sitting there trying to act cool at his desk. Didn’t even ask if i had any money to put down when i had a decent size down payment. In cash. It felt more like an inconvenience for him that I was there to buy a bike.

Amazing place to do business! I was able to secure a bike over the phone with a deposit quickly and easily, sales person Erin was prompt with follow up and made it very easy to pay for my bike via wire transfer from the comfort of my home, I got to walk in sign papers and get my new toy, the gentleman in the gear section was extremely knowledgeable and friendly! He even talked me into a better helmet not because he cared to sell a nice one but because of his knowledge and advocacy of helmet tech, they had full set of matching gear to match the bike as well, i had a wonderful experience here and it was worth the 4 hour drive, im a very picky and critical customer and had zero complaints!

The prices had a lot tacked on over MSRP. If you can just drive to Oregon.

Im repairing my Yamaha Waverunner and by no means am I an expert. However I can usually accomplish what I need to with a little help. Well I went in to Tacoma Motorsports to order a part and the lady behind the parts counter was rude and unwelcoming. I was made to feel like I was bothering her by coming in. And since I was a novice and didnt know the correct term used for the part I needed I was lectured by her. She was extremely condescending but did teach me one thing. Order online and avoid Tacoma Motorsports.

Steve in sales was great to work with and the whole process of purchasing a new bike was seamless. Highly recommend this shop for your motorsports needs in the greater Tacoma area.

Went there today 10 minutes before closing to buy a new street bike helmet? Ive never felt so rushed to pick 1 out & pay for it. They asked if I was paying cash at 4:56 pm as they were closing at 5. He got very put out they had to get cash out for change. If I really didnt need another helmet for my friend to ride with me I would have just walked out, but no one is open on a Sunday. After purchase he told me if its the wrong 1 only will they exchange it. I dont like this place. Very limited choices on helmet sizes.

Top notch service team. They completed every task I requested plus addressed a couple issues that came up during the service. They discovered a bad fuel pump and called me for approval before fixing.

Purchased my Husqvarna FE350 from Erin and she is seriously the best. Extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She made the process fast and easy. I wish I could remember the gals name in the parts department but man talk about a knowledgeable person!! She seriously knows her stuff and can answer any question you have. Its so awesome to see such wonderful and knowledgeable women in the industry as it can be intimidating sometimes talking to men. Plus they understand our short rider struggles 😅 would HIGHLY recommend this place for all your moto needs!

Just in the show room. Not a pleasant experience. Lack of options on street motorcycles. The salesman we spoke with was rude. We felt like he didn’t really want to sell anything, we more interested is playing on his computer. Would definitely recommend shopping elsewhere.

We had such a good experience when we purchased my wifes bike there we went back and got a new bike for me. Family-owned, excellent customer service and no pressure. It was a really pleasant buying experience. They have a great selection and competitive pricing. A huge shout out to Douglas and Nathan! I enjoy this store usually, but last few times I have been there, during the pandemic I find despite a sign on the door demanding masks, the sales staff is not wearing them, Today I sent in needing a tire, The fat one spotted me looking through the front window and as last time I demanded he put on his mask to talk to me he put it on before I entered the store, the other not, but as soon as I went past him to the parts department, he removed it again, I left the family in the car to lessen the risk but despite it all, I was too freaked out to buy the tire, I could just see the cloud of Covid 19 floating around that guys head, no mask. I came home and bought my tire online. I should add I have had real good service from parts and the service department, they all wear their masks too, Service has a special entrance U need not pass the sales showroom.

Helpful, fair prices and lots of models to choose from. Dont have your part on hand? Theyll order it for delivery as soon as possible. Have your mask ready.

Have purchased 9 motorcycles here over the last 15 years. Parts department is pretty complete and Carol behind the counter knows everything about dirt bike parts. Shes an encyclopedia, go ahead and pick her brain.

Helped me get replacement battery terminal nuts and bolts from recycled batteries at no cost since they dont stock them. Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Definitely headed back when I need anything else for my bike.

Hearts shes very knowledgeable. Shes been there forever and she rides a Yamaha to I dont know her name, but shes there every day.

I dropped my GSXR 750 off last week for a cracked oil pan. The staff scheduled me in at short notice with no problem, they’re very kind and told me they would squeeze my bike into the following week. Bike was completed less then a week and everyting was put back together better then i brought it. Jim and the staff at service were very helpful and i will take my bike back there for anything i run into.

I posted this same review on Yelp but really wanted to put in a good word for these guys at Tacoma Motorsports. It is the least I can do after such a great buying experience.I would honestly give this place 10 stars if I could!!!I recently bought a bike from this location and I could not be any happier! I got a killer deal on my Yamaha R3! Douglas went above and beyond to make this purchase a breeze and also honored everything he promised prior to going through with the purchase. Even the sticker price on the bike, that was incorrect and but still let me buy it at that price (which was a steal after doing some research.) I couldnt say no to such an amazing deal! Carol (in the parts department) did a stellar job helping me with upgrades for my bike (I want to clarify that this was not part of a sales tactic from this shop)... I asked for for help and she delivered!! I had done extensive research about upgrades I was planning on buying for my bike and she nailed every single one without me even telling her I had already planned on getting those items. She is very straight-forward and knowledgeable, so I will definitely be going back to her if I ever need any help with parts. Eric (manager) was very friendly and helped me with my paperwork. Buying this bike was the most stress-free experience (to my surprise) and would hands down recommend this place for anyone looking to purchase a new motorcycle/scooter/etc.

This is a very good dealer in the Tacoma area whom I have visited many times. They offer a military discount, the staff is friendly and helpful and their prices are competitive. Several years ago they helped a friend of mine from Japan who was traveling around the world on a 250 Honda rebuild his engine and got him back on the road without overcharging him.

Horrible service ... a salesman (older man ... grayish long hair) was willing to help until I told him my credit score was just above 650 ... he said he wouldn’t even waist his time ... so I decided today (about a year later) to go in there with cash in hand for a motorcycle (still wearing work cloths and safety vest) ... I was completely ignored maybe because it looked like I couldn’t afford it maybe so I asked if I could sit on a bike and the same salesman said “thank for asking” without even looking at me and when I asked if the price included tax and all fees ... he kinda made me feel dumb while explaining it ... and continued whatever he was doing ... so I just said have a good day and left ... I just want to let it be know that after the first time and second time (today) of being shunned by this place ... I drove down to NobleRush Motorcycle in auburn and bought 2 brand new motorcycle (one for each occurrence ) and without a doubt do they have the best customer service ever ... but this place is judge mental ... and low on options anyway ... I would not recommend it

Service department staff were friendly and seemed efficient. Repair cost were high and did not receive the discount that was promised. When I asked, they played dumb.

They have any motorcycle part for any make or model...if not, they can ordered.

Horrible customer service!!! Avoid Tacoma Motorsports unless you want to be talked down to and told to go away. I took in a Honda scooter key with the key code ***right on it*** as well as a luggage lock from the bike for good measure. They told said it was impossible to make a duplicate from it. They said they had no blanks, couldnt order them nor could they even make a duplicate from the existing one. They said go to a locksmith. I told them a Honda dealer back in Texas I used to deal with had no such problems on other makes of older Honda scooters such as this and the man at the parts desk said, and I quote: Well go back to the dealer in Texas and get a key made then. I left and went directly to South Bound Honda in Lakewood. They were able to make the key while I watched. Yes, they had the blanks and they were able to cut a key from the code. While there I also bought a quart of oil. Tacoma Motorsports has lost a customer for life because theyre too lazy and/or stupid to cut keys for the make of bikes they sell, treat you like youre stupid and tell you to go shop somewhere else. Fine by me!!

We shopped around and only Tacoma Motorsports gave us the customer service and price that we were looking for! Eric in sales was amazing, took care of everything even knowing that we had been shopping around, treated us as valued customers. The parts department was awesome also!!!! Helped me with some new gear and the transaction was smooth and super friendly!!! We will be return customers!!! Got everything that we wanted for a price that was better than expected!

A varied selection of bikes new and used. They have some clothing for on road and off road use and a limited number of helmets, tank bags and other accessories. They have a shop for bikes to be serviced and parts for bikes can be sourced here.

I am interested in purchasing a motorcycle but they do not deal with shippers. I live in another state and would like to buy the bike but not have to find a shipper, arrange pickup.... Their reason is because of shipping damage, well that is the shippers responsibility not the shops, as long as photos are taken the shipper would be responsible for damage. Quite disappointed in the lack of service.

Had a side by side and a quad that needed service, I spoke with Carl murano in sales and he set it all up. They made space for me and pointed out some things that I didn’t even know about on my own quad. I was so impressed with how friendly and nice Carl was that I asked some questions about a new Honda Side by side and had no pressure just answered all my questions and when I asked about a deal on one he spoke with the owner and I now own a 2020 unit that I love. Knowledgeable staff, willing to answer technical questions to keep my bike up and running. I did appreciate the fact it was low pressure and no one was trying to get me to bring my bike in for unnecessary mechanic work.

I have the pleasure of dealing with the parts department stand service department. Both of have been greet and given me good advice. They even saved me a trip into the service department by suggesting that I check a common problem. I highly recommend buying from Tacoma Motorsports. Eric was very professional and worked with me to get a very good price and financing on a Yamaha R6. I will be referring my friends and family to Eric for any new motorcycle purchases. I was in and out in just a few hours. Everyone there was very helpful and it was a great buying experience.

Nice place, decent sized building. Bought my 1st bike here while they were still called Tacoma Honda. Employees I met were friendly and helpful. Stock on certain models limited because they sell 3 different manufacturers (Honda, Suzuki, Yamaha).

We went into Tacoma Motorsports to get a beginner bike for our son. We went in with no motorcycle knowledge, but Douglas in sales was very patient with us. Over the course of several visits, he answered all of our questions. We never felt stupid and we never felt like he was trying to sell us any particular bike, or up sell us. Once we found a bike that was within our budget, Eric in finance got our paperwork ready and got us in and out. The person in the accessories department answered all of our questions about fit and safety. Sales, finance, and apparel sections were wonderful. First timers- this is a great place to have your questions answered without feeling like an idiot.

Carl sold me a Honda Grom, back in July, and gave me the best price. Really cool dude. We take our Groms in regularly for service and always have a great experience here.

I went in here to get something as simple as a clutch lever and was surprised at how fantastic the service was. Turns out I also needed a clutch perch and was amazed that they had it in stock. Dont know how many times I have gone into a dealer only for them to tell me they dont have the part in stock. (If I wanted to order it I wouldve gone online!). They even let me borrow some wrenches so I could put it on in the parking lot! Hope to do business with again!

If you are looking for help from a bunch of small membered boys look no further. They can’t even make a full sentence without being a scuff or eye roll. When I come in store to have them order me some parts for a vintage bike I expect professionalism, this place is a joke! You’re better off ordering from eBay or buying a bike off of OfferUp than dealing with the douches that work there!

Everytime I call the Olympia Yamaha for a part for my older 2006 TTR-250 they are out but go figure Tacoma Motorsports has it, lol. Drove up once to get the part then got smart and had them ship it. They were awesome shipped to my door the next day for less than the gas I would have spent round trip.

Ive walked in here a few times now and each time feels like the first, horrible, time. If there is anyone on the floor or at the counter at all, they are socializing with another employee like theyre at the local bar having drinks (ehich is really great they all seem to get along). When they decide to finally notice you, youre treated like youre talking through an amazing movie! So far, theyve all been the hurry up, stop asking questions, buy what you came here for so I can go back to having fun with my co-workers type. Nothing nice or fun about the experiences, unfortunately. I would love to see the service get better as theyre so close. I hate having to go so far to get something that can easily be provided here.
