Wow! Customer service at its utmost. Helluva price to get Samsung QN85 add soundbar, wallmount and extended 5Y warranty. Jenna sold it to me at a price far lower than any competitor and I shopped hard to compare (also shopping LG) for a month. Very impressed by all the customer service folks I interacted with. THEN …..When I picked it up today I asked Rick Potter is he might have an extra template for the wallmount kit. I’m prepping the wall with paint and removing mirrors and it’s a ;>—!! I wanted a template as a working copy that is likely to get all marked up and ugly as I learn how to route power and cables. RICK CAME THRU after searching for 10 minutes. He didn’t have to do that for me and could have shunned me off. NOT AT VIDEO ONLY WHERE IVE ALWAYS FOUND THE BEST PRICES for the past 35 years ! They even help carry your prayers to your car and load them.. if I could give 50 Stars I would.So far Ive bought every HDTV from them inducing the first projection units, DLP, 1080 lcd, then 1080 3D, and a bedroom TV for dirt. With the 3d tv, My large Sony amp didnt fit under my TV so I needed to unfortunately upgrade my stereo too but they dont have a restocking fee for 30 days on anything and thats the best thing they say take it home try it you got 30 days to return it for free get 100% of your money back as long as you dont damage it. I had to swap out the Blu-ray player for a Blu-ray stereo combo I just cant say enough great things about them! I went in to get an optical audio cable have me a good deal because he accidentally waited be the wing cost on the phone, but kept his word! Didnt even try to sell me on anything but I grabbed a sub n speakers piece matched both took my word on the price I saw online.Go they are great.

Ive heard the local commercials for Video Only on the radio for most of my life but always ended up getting my TVs at BestBuy or Costco since they were closer to where I live. MISTAKE.Charlie at Video Only hooked me up with a brand new LG C1 OLED 2021 model today for $250 less than BestBuys sale price (which they stated was already a $200 mark down) AND price matched Costco at the best price they ever offered on last years model (a price they even currently no longer offer in store, they hiked the price in time for Fathers day...)Price alone would be worth a HUGE recommendation for Video Only but I also have to shout out their staff for actually being knowledgeable. When I called in to price check the TV I was looking for I simply could not believe the price Charlie quoted me so I asked some very technical questions to be sure he was quoting me correctly and I could not stump Charlie so I was 100% confident to get in my car and make the drive and pick up the best deal Ive gotten on a new TV in my life.Having staff as knowledgeable as this helps me recommend Video Only confidently to others who may not be as tech savvy as the sales staff here will get you the right TV and/or additional equipment you need and nothing you dont.I dont write many reviews and I assure you I was never asked to write this one, I just had such a great experience and got such a great deal I felt absolutely compelled to give this review.

You will only get store credit for a return and it will only last a year.Not sure if they offer extended warranties because nothing is posted on their site about returns or warranties.Costco may be a little more but adds an automatic 2nd year of warranty plus an additional 2 years if you use their Citi credit. They also have a 90 day return policy, which Ive used a few times so I know its true.

This is by far the best place to get TV and Audio equipment, they have an amazing show floor, and audio sound test area, you can get some great stuff here also the customer service is top tier. When we entered we were greeted warmly and friendly. The managers as of April 2020 are amazing and I would highly recommend them to anyone. I got. Definitive Technology speakers, a center channel and amazing accessories from here. Omg never been happier especially with this covid 19 issue, Charles helped us find exactly what we needed and did not try to up sale us, we simply told him what we wanted and he matched us up perfectly with the right product. At home with this setup while writing this. I hope they continue with this exceptional service.

Good selection and the best prices around. They bring in high quality products, not the made to lower spec items of the box and warehouse club stores. You can see the difference. Employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. Ive bought things here for years with no issues. Ive never found anything lower priced after buying here. Their speaker selection could use some higher end brands. Their receiver selection is nice though. Do your research use the whole model number to find the source of the panel in your box store TV, or go to video only and know you are buying the real thing.

Can’t say enough good things about Alan! We stopped by Video Only to simply look around. The prices were the best from our “shopping around” for a replacement for our 55” mounted TV. We decided to purchase, and Alan was fabulous! He explained exactly what to expect from our new TV, answered all of our questions, gave some pointers, and carried it to the car. Never once did he pressure us to buy, or to get a “better” more expensive model. Got home and the TV looked great hanging in our wall, but looked too small. Called Alan who said pack it up and bring it back, no questions asked. Said we could return or exchange. We wound up selecting a 65” of the same model, and was given a great deal on it. Naturally we had problems hanging this huge TV, so Alan to the rescue! He told us what kind of mount we needed, but indicated we didn’t have to purchase it there, but we did. He also talked us through a sound system problem we were having. I’ll never buy a TV any place else and now recommend Video Only to all my friends and family. Alan is the best!!

I was in the market for a TV. As I walk into Costco I always see the TVs there so i asked some questions and they couldnt answer any of them, so i went to Best Buy and the same questions were answered but when I Googled those same questions there was discrepancies. on my way to work I heard a video Only commercial on the radio, decided to check them out, they were able to answer all of my questions and answer questions I didnt know I had. I was on a budget but wanted the best bang for my buck, after talking with Shayne at Tacoma video only, Im 100% confident I got the best deal for my budget.

Didnt actually think wed buy a TV there today- didnt think theyd have competitive prices, but we were very pleasantly surprised! We got exactly what we wanted at a better price than we expected (an LCD TV) and our sales guy (Erik) was super helpful without being pushy. Honestly dont have a single complaint, and actually we saved money (like half!) from Best Buy on the HDMI cable. More knowledgeable than when we talked to sales guy at Best Buy (where we planned on buying the TV). Worth stopping in, for sure. (Not dissing Best Buy, just using as comparison.)

Hello, Well I have bought a few electronic items from Video Only in Tacoma. I came in yesterday to look to buy a new 4k Uhdr10+ because my son tripped and broke my 4k Hdr10 Dolby Vision tv. J.J. was our salesperson and he was a great help picking out a new Samsung 55 Qled 4k Hdr10+.I highly recommend Video Only and J.J. but I feel anyone there would be as nice and helpful.

Had a significant failure on a TV purchased at this store 2.5 years ago. At the time of purchase no one really believes they will need an extended warranty, and adding any cost to a 75” tv seems unpleasant and unnecessary. The manufacturer stated they would not help me past a year unless I paid out of pocket, so I tried a few replacement parts off eBay, no success.Called Video Only and spoke with Chuck. From that point on, was able to get amazing customer support and a deal on a new TV. Chuck really knows his TVs and the selection at this store is of the best you can get!I HIGHLY recommend buying from Video Only and working with Chuck, or any of the excellent sales people at this site. And buy the 5 year extended warranty(you never would have heard those words out of my mouth prior to this experience.)

I want to start off by saying I didnt make a purchase at this location, yet. However, I spoke to Kyler about my Oled TV that I bought 4 years ago and it turned into a spectacle of information sharing that revamped my entire idea of what I need in my home theater area. Kyler is extremely knowledgeable and throughout our interaction made me feel like it wasnt about what I could afford, but rather what features in the TVs were valuable to my situation. No salesman has ever treated me quite that way and I hope that he becomes a manager soon if thats what he is looking to become. Funny enough, I assumed he already was one. We are a family on a budget, and I felt like they really put the customer first. We bought our bluray player there, our TV, and TV stand. My wife and I recently went to Video Only in Tacoma, Wa. I was looking for a 55 SMART 4K HD TV. After reviewing several models our sales agent Shane Showed us the OLED LG with the Magic Remote. Shane did a very good job of explaining the FABs and even though the TV was more than the others. I decided to purchase it due to his thorough explanation, professionalism and customer service initiative. I highly recommend Video Only this is the 3rd TV I have purchased from them, I would also give Hi Marks to Shane. He is a real asset to Video Only.

This is my second TV purchase at this location. Their prices as is are so low, then they have great specials on top of that. And they even beat Costco! Stellar costumer service.

I went in to buy a TV and they only had open box. That means its been returned because it doesnt work and just reboxed for the next customer. Most places call it refurbished and that is after they check it out. Unless you want to waste gas and be frustrated, this is the place to go. The prices are fantastic, but what is the use?

Tonight my daughter and I went to Video Only to look at televisions. I told my daughter that I wanted a really good TV. I had read a recent article that warned that many of the Black Friday deals on TVs that are advertised are often not the highest quality TVs. I felt that Video Only would be a good place to see top quality equipment. When we entered the store we met Alan, the manager of the store. He spent a significant amount of time with us and was very patient in explaining the pros and cons of various sizes and types of TVs. I hadnt intended to purchase a TV when we entered but after spending time with Allen I eventually settled on the one that I felt met our needs. The last set we bought from Video Only lasted over 12 yrs. I hope this new one will be around for awhile as well.
