The communication and service was very professional. The technician who worked on my pickup knew exactly what he was doing and it was fixed very quickly and at a reasonable price. I will return and highly recommend this shop and their crew!

2005 Duramax k3500 head gasket job. I have been very satisfied with the quality of work that the shop had performed on my truck. Would recommend this place and will use again. Got the job done in Nov. 2020.

Not impressed with the service I got here. While they did get my truck running almost $4000 later, there were indications of sloppy and incomplete work. Things done that didnt need to be done, and things not done that should have been done. Found numerous loose bolts on motor after taking home. Truck still overheated on way home too so they never even addressed that problem. They unnecessarily changed the water pump, and camshaft position sensor, installed new hood support struts, and a new ignition, which werent problems that I needed fixed. They had my truck for I think 3 weeks, and did get the truck back to a somewhat driveable condition. I appreciate them for that, but just wasnt impressed with the sloppy work that was done.

I wanted to take the time to write a review because I found them to be incredibly professional. Long story short, we got conned purchasing a vehicle, so we were going to tow it into Total Performance to have them do an inspection. Unfortunately due to a few factors we were unable to get it towed (no fault of Total Performance).... However despite them being unable to physically work on the vehicle, they went above and beyond to help us out in our unfortunate predicament. John was amazing and gave some insight and advice on what we should do moving forward and Tommy was kind enough to get us a carfax for the vehicle. We unfortunately were unable to use them this time around, however due to their generosity and genuine care without getting any benefit from us we will ABSOLUTELY use them in the future. Thank you for all of your help John!

My husband was looking for a new place to take our 09 Charger for work and oil changes as another local shop had put the rear belly pan back in with tywraps and incorrect hardware (it had the correct parts when we started using the other shop). A friend of ours had taken his 55 nomad here and recommended them. We are glad he did. While doing the oil change, Total Performance workers found that some of the body clips that hold the pan in place were gone (hence the tywraps). Total Performance stepped up and installed the correct hardware and clips so our car is back to factory conditions. We will now be bringing our other vehicles here for service too.

They forgot to put 2 quarts of oil in my car after an oil change. I dont know if they forgot how to count or were trying to be cheap because my car runs full synthetic. My car holds 4.5 quarts in all.

They did work on my husbands 2011 Chevy Camaro and the part that needed replaced required a very expensive tool to replace it. Instead of just ordering the tool and charging us, they were able to make the tool and replace the part. Good honest shops will try this stuff before just ordering an expensive item.I bought a 2019 Toyota Tacoma TRD Off Road with 16,500 miles from Toyota and something was very wrong with the brakes. The truck would nose dive when I would apply the brakes and I looked like a new driver, it was insane. I told Toyota something was wrong and their response was Every truck is different, including the brakes. I tried to explain the brakes were not working correctly and I was concerned Id have an accident if I had to slam on my brakes. Toyota looked at the truck 3 times and told me nothing was wrong with it and thats just how the truck is. I took it to John and the mechanic drove it and said he thought it was normal as well but hed inspect it for me to be sure which is what I asked Toyota to do. Lone and behold there was a bunch of brake dust in the drum brakes. They cleaned it up really well and my brakes are normal now. Im so happy they helped me because I was so stressed about brakes and the fact I just bought the truck with this problem. They are the best, up front about everything, honest and the prices are great!!

It was a Friday. I own an F350 diesel. I had the family, the truck and the trailer fully loaded and headed on vacation. In Tacoma our truck started having serious issues. I limped it to the nearest Ford dealer and went in and explained the emergency I was having. The service person told me he could make an appointment for me for Tuesday. I explained to him that I was currently broken down in his parking lot and wondered if someone could look at it and let me know if I could drive it home. He repeated that he could get me an appointment on Tuesday. I walked out beyond disappointed and frustrated and worried how I was going to get my fully loaded truck and trailer home and how that was going to work with my dog, 7 month pregnant wife and 2 year old.I pulled around the corner and googled diesel mechanics nearby. By a stroke of absolute luck I came across the guys at Total Performance Inc. I called them, explained my situation and asked if there was anything they could do to help me. Ill tell you right now it was the complete opposite of Ford. They told me to come on over and that it would be $100 to check it out. No problem be right there. They accommodated me and my trailer by allowing me to park in the alley. Me, my wife and my (sometimes annoying and growling) dog sat in their office for a while as the truck cooled and allowed them to assess the issues.They were able to determine that I was having an issue with a sensor in the transmission but assured me I could drive it home without damaging my truck. They also added a couple quarts to my transmission cause it was low. I thanked them profusely and got my wallet out to pay and they informed me that it was no charge.....WHAT?!!! That doesnt happen these days. I shoved a twenty at them so I could at least buy them lunch or something to drink. Of course they refused. But I didnt let them.So how can I recommend a shop that didnt repair my truck?? Quite easily. These guys were honest, knowledgeable and professional. The shop was very nice and extremely clean too. I will be forever thankful to the mechanics at Total Performance Inc. and I will not hesitate to go back or to recommend them to a friend.Thanks again guys!!!

All i wanted to know after an oil change was what I had on the vehicle that could also be looked at, they then did a full inspections and told me my options without the pressure of buying any further service with them. This is a fantastic place. It is hard to find a reliable car shop and that is also flexible if you need immediate work. These guys are the best, resonably priced, and extremely friendly. They don’t try to push uneeded repairs, but give you the information so you can make a sound decision.

This is my new favorite auto repair facility. I brought in my 1999 F250 with low power, low boost and high EGTs. I was lucky to get 8 lbs of boost and had difficulty pulling my 5th wheel up 7% grades. John called me to ask a bunch of questions before fixing several vacuum leaks and replacing some other worn components. He then checked with me again after making several test runs with the repaired vehicle. I just left and noticed that I was getting almost 20 lbs of boost and better fuel mileage. These folks go the extra mile and are really customer focused. I plan on taking all of my vehicles here in the future.
