I was having some communication issues with my order, it was taking a long time and things kept coming out wrong. I was very frustrated with the final product, but when I went in they were understanding and fixed it exactly the way I wanted. In the end, I dont need perfection from a business as long as they are willing to make it right. Jae, the designer, was very fast and got it just right once I was able to speak directly to her. I am very happy with the end result and I thank the staff for making sure I was happy with the product.

Always a pleasure working with the team as Tacoma Fast Signs. They have always been so responsive and were able to get my banner ready within my desired time. I do all my designs but they did all the hard work of printing and having it ready for pickup. Ive printed from them for a couple of years. Price is a plus!!

They messed up the Spelling on the work they did for me that I PAID FOR and they DO NOT have enough INTEGRITY to Correct THEIR MISTAKE. Stay far away from this Business because it will only result in Heartache. They DO NOT even deserve ONE STAR!

The sign quality is excellent, but the customer service is even better. There was a mix up on my signs, and I approved the design to be printed. Once they were delivered and I realized my mistake, they found a solution for me that they were able to deliver in 24 hours. Amazing!

Cinnamon and Jane are the most amazing people in the world me and my boyfriend wanted matching decals his and hers for our cars and they turned out perfect. Later I returned and got two other in loving memory of my brother and father and those were absolutely beautiful gorgeous and made me so happy. Cinnamon was amazing and extremely helpful at a time I needed it most. There wasn’t one local company willing to print a same day banner, but you guys were able to make two happen! I was needing help on a project and Kelly was extremely helpful. She followed up numerous times. I had solicited numerous quotes and she was the only one who followed through out of 3 businesses. She is truly an asset to this business.

Fast signs were a bit...messy. I worked with them 6 months ago and they did wonderful! Got my sign up within a day or two.Fast forward to now and I contact them to add another to a different area in my parking lot.1. Say they will get back to me. Never do. Practically a month goes by and still nothing. I have to hound them which isnt practical as a busy business owner.2. They say they cant find my design. That due to unorganized, previous staff members they no longer had it.... Say they found it.3. Dont want to get my sign up as fast as possible (keep in mind my time had already been wasted for almost a whole month). I have to remind them of this and the owner had to talk to her husband.4. Tell me theyre able to replace some bulbs. They dont do it. Dont call or leave me a message to tell me this.5. Owner has apparently left on vacation and now they have my bulbs and are going to see if they can come by and put them in tomorrow.They did not replace the bulbs they told me they would and I had to hire outside help, which is fine but I would have liked them to be straight up with me.Fast signs- get it together. Youre going to leave your clients hanging to go on vacation... I understand that this vacation was planned but it left me with a non functional sign.

Working with Kyle and Jackie at FastSigns has been a really great experience! They were helpful, responsive, and provided critical insight into the graphics we were installing at our business. It was very apparent that they have a depth of experience that was important to successfully print and install our logos and office graphics. Their eye for detail was comforting knowing that signs are properly located and level! I will definitely use them on any other sign or graphics needs.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE PLUS NO SERVICE AT ALLMy husband and I made a total of 3 visits to have a sign made for my store grand opening all weeks apart -I also Emailed my graphics and submitted all my stores information twice the 1st and 3rd visit and was promised twice that Jackie would come out to my location every time but No one ever came or called. I dont know if it was because of my race or not as I was very polite but No services were received sad because I still do not have a sign for my business but will Not go to this place ever again I do not recommend this location to anyone all you will get is a nice lady at the front desk that tried her best but her boss and other staff will not act or preform the services promised.

This company lied to us and didnt return our calls. We brought our company truck in on a Wednesday to have signs put on the sides. We asked if they would be done by the following Wednesday. They assured us they would. We were told we would receive the cost and proof the next day. By Friday we called about what was happening as we didnt receive a cost or a proof. We were told they sent an email. No email. If an email doesnt go through their email would have notified them and they could have called us. So they sent the email, we paid half by credit card and they said they would have the proof to us by 4:00. No proof, we called and they didnt have it. So it wasnt going to be done by Wednesday. We cancelled and ask to credit our credit card. A week later and still no credit or call when we called and left a message. Dont trust them.

FastSigns Tacoma is great! Not only are they FAST but theyre good at what they do. They helped me design a logo and made multiple signs and stickers for me. Shannon is always on the ball and Jackie created a great looking and quality product. They also worked with me in terms of pricing.Definitely check them out

Twice now, Ive used FASTSIGNS of Tacoma, WA. Both required fast turnaround. One job required a sign for a vehicle and the most recent required several files to be converted to eps format. In both cases, I was treated courteously and professionally by the FASTSIGNS staff, and they took personal responsibility for completing the job on time and for the quoted amount (very reasonable, by the way). I will continue to use their services as a loyal customer, and will recommend them highly.

I submitted a request on 6/12 for a quote and was told I would receive one next day. It never came. I called again last Wednesday, sent an email with information requesting a quote AGAIN and was told I would get the quote the next day Thursday. Again, never came. I emailed to follow up Friday, then again today and still have not received it. Such poor communication and awful customer service.

Kelly and Austin at the 38th Street location did an outstanding job creating our signage needs. They both showed a wonderful level of professionalism and caring. If I could, I would have rated this place with no stars. They are nearly impossible to get a hold of. Jackie came out nearly a month ago. There has been no follow up from any employee despite my numerous attempts to call, email and leave voicemails. Dont waste your time, breath or money on this ridiculous excuse of a business.

Had this company install lettering and my street address on my business door. The installer put the numbers up wrong for our street address and our Business name is Crooked. For 2 months Ive called and this is still not resolved. I even contacted their corporate office and theyve done NOTHING. I had to scrape of the incorrect numbers and the door looks ugly. VERY UNHAPPY!!

Great team and very helpful with getting my graphics correct! As a designer I am very particular about the details. The Tacoma location has a graphic designer on staff and that made all the difference!

Sent in my information to have a storefront sign made two months ago and they said they would get right on it. I called a week later and they couldnt find my drawing files I sent so I resent the requested files. Its been a month and a half now and not one word back.

1st day emailed them, no reply. Next day emailed them, got a reply at the end of the day. Next day never got a reply. Will never go to this place and will recommend others dont go!

Absolute terrible service. Paid for a rush job only to walk in for pick up and be told they couldnt find the artwork anywhere in the email system. Left me high and dry with an important event. If blown deadlines and excuses are part of your business model then by all means come here but if you take your business seriously dont come here.

They changed the order from white on red to just white letters. they just give me a red background with the white letters and said here put it on altogether your self and it’s going to bubble. Very disappointed with their service and their timeframe was not anything as to what they said it would be two weeks instead of a week I would not recommend going there and I will not go back
