Aidan Goins was the Ferguson Showroom rep who helped us with our bathroom planning and ordering. He provided information about all the items from plumbing fixtures to shower plans and more. He prepared the orders and followed-up on shipping.He was great to work with. He helped on all aspects of the process.Thanks Aidan for a great customer service experience.
Great showroom with lots of choices for kitchen and bath made easy by the friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was helped by Marie, who understood my needs and limits and gave excellent technical and aesthetic advice.
Interesting selection of inventory. Not our style. Higher end products.They were very restricted in their covid policies.
Showroom is amazing, sales person did not know what frameless shower is and kept googling all my questions. I can do that myself at home.
We went there with our interior designer. Marie was the salesperson. We spent two hours picking everything and then Marie never emailed us the list. We emailed, called and even our designer did too. Only after we complained to the manager, Marie emailed the items we had picked, but still no pricing after three months. It was a total waste of hours of time. You may be better off buying somewhere else where there is price transparency and more responsive salesperson.
First, the store is top notch for showrooms and they have some of the best quality for bathroom and kitchen, the reception is very good and the store is immaculate. My wife and I are looking to remodel our master bath and then our kitchen so we set an appointment to go and meet with a representative there in the middle of December, the morning of the 18th. We explained what we were looking for, what we had to have as features for instance for the tub (I am 6/ 4 and want a large tub), what my wife wanted in terms of shower heads etc. and got some good ideas. The salesperson said he would be in touch and would populate the build site for our project as no later than Tuesday December 22nd. He emphasized that we would see things in the project but when he was finished he would send an email and again no later than Tuesday since Saturday is walk ins and he is off Sun and Mon. Well here we are February 2021 and still no word. Apparently our business is just unnecessary.
If I could give 0 stars I would. The showroom salespeople were helpful as we were looking however it went down hill after that! After purchasing several thousand dollars worth of products our delivery was rescheduled making it necessary for me to pick up the sinks. They then cancelled the rest of our delivery making it necessary for me to reschedule once again. Had I not called to find out why the rest of our delivery didnt happen I would never have known this was the case. Apparently when they cancelled my delivery they didnt think I needed to know. The driver then failed to deliver all our products most noticeably the bathtub. When I asked he informed me he rarely if ever makes mistakes so I should check on it. Turns out he chose not to load it or deliver it even thought it was on the delivery order...I ordered some light fixtures later and while I had been charged they hadnt been delivered for several weeks. So I again called - which is in & of itself is a challenge as the showroom salespeople are rarely available & rarely return a call - and was informed after several attempts that one of my items was backordered. Again, had I not called I would not have known. When my items were finally delivered (after numerous calls regarding the fact I wanted them delivered but did not want to pick them up) one of light fixtures was wrong... So again many phone calls later they agreed to order the correct one and would eventually exchange it for me but I would need to pay for both in the meantime. The light fixture was to be delivered by Monday but by Wednesday & several calls later no light has been delivered. After a few calls Tuesday morning I finally spoke to an actual person and she assured me she was investigating where the light was & would call me back. Needless to say, several calls and over 24 hours later, no salespeople, no customer service representatives and no mangers have been available to speak with me. No surprise there. I say - go look & check it out BUT DO NOT ORDER FROM FERGUSON! Youll be sorry. I know I am..

This is my second review I have written about Ferguson Plumbing, the one located in Mid Tacoma. In my first review, I mentioned that I had received excellent personal service from Ferguson, thru Carrie Deines. She was always quick to respond, she had solid information on prices, finishes, availability, and - even better - she gave experienced recommendations on products. She was not trying to sell only the expensive products, she was honest and straightforward.Now, at the end of the remodel, we discovered that somehow, we were missing a sink. The countertop company had installed the wrong sink into a bathroom, ....but where was the correct sink? No one was sure whether it had been picked up, or not. However, there was no long, protracted discussion about this . Carrie said, we will get you the sink that you need replaced, immediately. I explained, that the smaller sink was ony $131, and I would pay the difference for the sink which was needed to replace it-- that one was around $265.Carrie was back to me within 2 days. She and the manager offered to replace the sink, without extra payment. They did not dicker back and forth about who paid what, and where was the mistake made. They said, sorry about that, we will take care of it for you.This is the kind of service, that will send me back to Ferguson over and over. Ask For Carrie Deines, shes great. .

We visited Fergusons showroom to look at appliances and lighting for an upcoming kitchen renovation. We ended up buying our induction range here, and the sales staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Nicole Nansel kept us updated on shipping information, especially as the Corona virus started locking down the state, and was very helpful in all aspects of the purchase. The delivery and installation team was courteous and professional and we had a very good experience. The prices were very competitive, and it is worth the drive to compare prices here with the box stores and other appliance stores. Very extensive displays to look at in the store as well.
These are the pros. This aint no hardware store or home despot. Im a looooong time tradesman, and when you want top quality fixtures n stuff, you hafta go where theyre stocked and sold. Ferguson has been in the business for a long time too, so they get my respect.Its pretty hard to get a 5 outta 5 stars from me, and Im not gonna say this place is perfect,,, but Id give em 9 outta 10!The stuff youll be seeing at this Ferggy location is a variety of stylish, top quality plumbing fixtures (sinks, toilets, tubs, etc) and the light fixtures appropriate for those items and locations. Their prices are right for what youre getting. Their service and people are professional, they know what theyre doing and get it done.
