The food was good but they never told us if we had leftovers or not. They never came to us (bride and groom) or family to let us know either way. Very disappointing! Also we had extra plates for the buffet that should of been set out if guests wanted to come back through the buffet line for a second time. That didn’t happen!!

Head of catering, Sandra hardly ever responded back to our phone calls & texts after booking & payment was made.I initially wasnt impressed with the sampling. Suggested to my daughter (the bride) & her groom to try another catering co. He insisted on this one... At reception, salmon wastoo dry. Chicken and salad was delicious. Groom didnt like chicken at reception..

We had The Vault cater our holiday party in hospital since we were unable to go out due to COVID. We ordered the Baked Potato bar with salad, vegetable tray and cookie platter. Everything was absolutely phenomenal. This is the first time our entire team was happy with the food and no one complained. The ingredients were extremely fresh and high quality. The food was delicious and the baked potatoes were perfectly roasted. They brought us everything we could need for our lunch. The food portions were huge as well! Everything was extremely affordable and we were delighted with the lunch. Will certainly be calling them again with future needs. Absolutely amazing and totally made our holiday party possible! Thank you Vault Catering Team!!!

I ordered the Christmas prime rib dinner that feeds 4-6. OMGosh! Everything was absolutely over the top. The meal was delivered on time with instruction on how to prepare. Everything was seasoned to perfection and the instructions make it a breeze. So much food. We were just ordering for two. The only thing I would change is to leave out the coarse salt in the butter. When the menu said Red Velvet cake I imagined maybe getting four pieces. We got a full size cake! It will all freeze well. The Vault will definitely be my go to for holiday meals. Such high quality food...I wonder if they are going to be doing something special for Valentines Day...

We used The Vault to cater my daughters wedding. The food was fresh, delicious and Sandra and her team were excellent to work with!

We purchased the Thanksgiving meal this year, after learning we couldn’t do our annual tradition of going out to eat at a nice restaurant. We absolutely loved our meal and had so many left overs!! It was delivered to our front door by a very nice gentleman, and I could tell it was packaged with care. They thought of everything. There was even whipped cream for the pumpkin pie. Yum!! Thank you so much!

We ordered the Prime Rib Christmas special. It was delicious and fed us for a few days! We will make this a monthly thing!

We were incredibly pleased with the Vault for our wedding! Throughout the whole process, Sandra was so helpful and easy to communicate with. The day of, the entire staff went above and beyond to make our day special, even helping us problem solve issues that arose and were unrelated to catering. Overall, the service team was fantastic and the food was amazing!! We ordered the Pacific NW buffet and everything was delicious. Our guests raved about how good the food was. Without a doubt, I would recommend the Vault to anyone!

I wish that there was a rating above 5 stars! Our team chose The Vault to cater lunch for 270 women for a Christmas lunch last weekend. The food was wonderful. The southwest chicken salad was crisp and fresh. The veggie lasagna was delicious. Sandra was great to work with from beginning to end and so patient with my many emails and requests. She always responded promptly and was helpful with choosing a menu for our large group. We will definitely be using them in the future!

Sandra and her team from The Vault were absolutely spectacular for our wedding day! Sandra was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions and emails we sent her way, and trust me we sent a lot! The food was DELICIOUS and our guests couldnt stop raving about it! Everything leading up to our wedding was smooth sailing, and The Vault service during our wedding was perfect. Im not even sure where to begin-working with Sandra and her team at the Vault was the best decision I ever made. From the moment we walked into our tasting I knew that I wanted to work with Sandra. She was so warm and helpful and full of great suggestions for how to take our love of Asian and Hawaiian food by creating a station style menu. Everything on my plate tasted amazing and the presentation was gorgeous. My guest were raving about the food! Sandra was also able to guide me in picking additional wedding vendors. She helped me find my florist and my Photo Booth. She also helped managed our wedding cake! It was like having a wedding planner! The staff was so helpful and friendly all day long! One of them even helped manage getting everyone down the aisle, got our entire bridal party beverages and took care of us all night long. 11/10, I would hire The Vault again and I look forward to our future events together!

Sandra and the team at The Vault are truly one of a kind. First off, our hats go off to the chef- the food was cooked to perfection, so delicious & everything we wanted in a dinner at our wedding. We have had nothing but raving reviews from our guests, even some of our engaged friends have been asking us for their info! So accommodating- living out of state, Sandra was nice enough to let my mom & grandma do the first tasting, and when I got into town I was able to have a second tasting to make my final decisions on the menu. She went above and beyond- she worked with my wedding planner to ensure the set up and flow of everything was to perfection & helped out wherever she could to make our day run smooth as possible. The bartenders & servers were fabulous as well! Anyone having a fall/winter wedding- the smores & hot cocoa bars are on absolute must- they turned out better than I could have imagined. We cant thank The Vault for contributing their amazing services to make our wedding day perfect!

One of my favorite catering companies to work with!Sandra is so accommodating and works to make sure every detail, beyond your menu, is perfect for her couples weddings. There food has such wonderful presentation and taste-you cannot go wrong with any of their menus!

The Vault catering provided food and beverage for our company Christmas party this past December. We had roughly 80 guests. The staff was attentive and professional, and the food was excellent. The charcuterie board was fantastic. For our main course we ordered the roasted chicken with Dijon cream sauce, and chef carved top sirloin. The chicken was moist and flavorful, while the top sirloin was tender and prepared perfectly. Our expectations were exceeded.

The Vault was amazing at our wedding! We worked with Sandra and her team and everything was perfect. Leading up to the wedding, we were able to taste test the meal we were leaning towards and it was amazing! Sandra also drew up a map of our venue (since she had been there so many times for events) and showed us her suggestions on where things like the DJ should go, the dessert table, the bartender, etc. We went with her plan an that worked out flawlessly. In addition, leading up to the event, I emailed Sandra a number of times about little things such as how much alcohol we should purchase, and she got back to us timely and with a pretty accurate number. The day of was great. The food and desserts not only looked good, but I am still getting text messages about how good it tasted from my guests. They even packed up the leftovers so my husband an myself have a few meals for ourselves! I would book with the Vault 10 times again!

I personally have not ordered from the Vault but the company I work for used to all the time. In the past few months their deilery driver with the mustache (huge creep) always made rude comments, stared at women as he was setting up our lunches and would take his sweet time! He was always late to top it off! Plus the food has just gone downhill. It used to be wonderful! But the past few times and very last time the food always tasted bland, or smelt and taste like straight rosemary, and the hot food would arrive cold! The food has made a change for the worst with their new Chef (the driver said its their third chef in the past few months, WOW!) I think its time they find a new chef already! Im very glad we are definitely not ordering from them ever again!!On a different noteOne of my wifes friends used the vault a few years ago for their wedding and everything was wonderful and their event coordinator Sandra is a really nice helpful person who truly loves her job. It just seems her new kitchen team has no idea what they are doing, sad.

I was so impressed with Sandra and her team! I had them cater my baby shower a few months ago and my friends are still raving about the brunch we enjoyed! My shower was held at their venue, the tacoma armory which is truly a hidden gem! I was so impressed with the Vaults food that I plan on hiring them to cater my wedding later this summer!

I have ordered through the Vault for both small and large events for work. Sandra is wonderful to work with, the food is always right on time and delicious! It is a great option and they make the meal run smoothly. There are so many great options on the menu that we keep coming back to work our way through it! There are always leftovers.I also have to note that the lunch boxes are great! We were not expecting to have so much in there, main item, fruit, chips, and cookie. I would recommend any day.

I was very pleased with the service. They are very creative with food presentation and Sandra was very easy to work with. I was able to dial in a very tasty menu for my event and I would highly recommend this catering company to anyone looking for a local caterer.

My sister had this catered at her wedding a few weeks ago at Kellys farms. It was flavorless and cold. For the price my parents paid (3000 - 3500) we were beyond disappointed as were multiple guests. This was not the same food we tasted months back prior to booking. Also, they failed to put out an entire sheet cake from the wedding cake and several people, including the bride (my sister), didnt get cake. Would not recommend at all ever. I feel my family is owed an apology as well as some compensation for this sad excuse for service and quality.

We used The Vault for our daughters wedding this year and we were so impressed! Sandra was a dream to work with, very professional and prompt in answering all our questions. Her team has everything covered from the beginning to the end of our event, and the food was DELICIOUS!

We are so happy with the service provided by Sandra from The Vault. We struggled somewhat to find a caterer we trusted to feed everyone for our wedding (good food was one of our top priorities for the reception). It seemed like many places we looked were either overly expensive, or the food just wasnt quite what we wanted.Even before we finalized our menu, we knew we wanted to work with Sandra and her team so we went ahead and booked her even though we didnt end up settling on our food until about a month prior.If youre going to use The Vault and happen to need a florist (or just need a florist in general), we cant speak highly enough about her daughter Jordan. The two of them worked fantastic as a team and they took so much of the stress off us. We knew they would ensure our reception was perfect. They did everything from picking up all the glassware, linens, table settings, etc from Court rentals, to setting tables, arranging flowers, and serving the food/alcohol. Having one person (Sandra) to oversee the whole food and beverage service and setup for the reception was awesome because we didnt have all these different vendors to deal with on our wedding day. Sandra and her team at the Vault and her daughter Jordan handled everything. We are very pleased with their work and we have nothing negative to say.We chose to do the Southwest menu with chicken and beef which was delicious (used to live in San Antonio so we know a thing or two about good Mexican food). Our families and guests all loved the food as well. The beef was most popular but the chicken was also great. We chose to hire a bartender from The Vault and he was fantastic. Very professional and his service was on point. Several of my family members complimented us on the bartender and asked if we hired a friend or how we had found him. One nice and appreciated touch was that Sandra packed Bre and my food to go. Youll find that you dont eat much at your wedding, and having something to eat later on is a very appreciated and thoughtful gesture.All in all, Sandra, the whole team at The Vault, and her daughter Jordan went above and beyond to make our reception perfect.
