I had an amazing experience with Stefone, being 5 months pregnant with extreme nausea I was worried about having to wait around for hours, but he got us in and out! Gave me ice cold water and make sure I was more than comfortable during our short wait for paperwork . He was so knowledgeable about every single car I looked at and extremely patient and made sure I got “ the car”. Would recommend him 100%! Thank you so much
They were so kind, helpful, and honest! They had the perfect car for me, and really helped work with me to get it home with me. The salesman Adrian was so nice, let my boyfriend and I test drive it by ourselves, and helped figure out a monthly price I could afford. The guy in charge of finances was personable, cracking jokes, and helping break down a lot of the warranty packages and was also extremely helpful. Their facility is super clean, the staff is all super nice, and they give you free oil changes and car washes for the first two years! Definitely recommend this bunch 🎉
Went to Larson motors today, Hyundai on South Tacoma Way. Within 5 minutes I knew I would never be back. Im looking to buy a new SUV. Salesman acted like he was doing me a favor showing me a car because as he said they are in such high demand. You know what else is in high demand, serious customs with excellent credit. He was so uninterested and after he time all their cars have second stickers I just left. We were towards the back and he could not even offer a life to my car in the front. Horrible service

Im Very disappointed with the quality of customer service via the service department. My wife and I Purchased a 2015 Ford Focus SE on 3/22/2021 for $8700 cash. Within a week the radio went out making a Very loud popping sound then going to static. It has since been not working at all. I tried to contact your service department on several occasions leaving detailed information about our problem and no response. Now it has been just about 2 months since the problem happened and still no response. Im pretty upset I spent a bit of money to get a fully functional car and to for you guys to not even call me back is no right. I called my local ford dealership and they say the Sterio Unit is defective and needs replaced for about $1000 dollars. This is a lot of money for us being we just spent over 10k for the car with all fees. I sent an email to customer service as well about 3 weeks ago and still no response. Just very poor customer service.
No hassles? My daughter is buying a car for the first time and shes received NOTHING but hassles. This is how they treat MILITARY customers that put 12K down? Take my advice, shop somewhere else!
My fiancé and I drove over an hour and a half+ to see the vehicle that she did end up purchasing. Everything seemed to have gone pretty well until looking further into her paperwork once we arrived home. Before signing upon purchase of her vehicle my fiancé and I had said many times that we weren’t interested in the added $400 brake plus package but manager Steven fisher and salesman Roland brooks both argued that this vehicle was already equipped with this and that they won’t uninstall it. These people seemed to be pretty straightforward but unfortunately they were the definition of shady car salesmen. Inside the stack of paper work she had received was an after sale work order stating that she has to contact the service department and schedule a time within 30 days in order to get the brake plus package installed and if not this would be void and she would lose out on the $400 she paid… for the package she never wanted in the first place! Another piece of advice for anyone coming to this dealership; do not sign any papers before talking numbers. This guy has been a salesman for 30 years and he knows all the shady tricks of the trade and he will practice every one of them on you.

Very friendly, helpful attitude from the get and very patient with my somewhat difficult family members 😅 which I definitely appreciated! I went in July of this year to purchase my first car! I went to Larson because of the reviews on google. Let me tell you, I was dreading this experience because of past experiences at car places. I set-up an appointment online (super nice and easy) and when I got there the day of I was greeted by Bowan Jones who was going to assist me in looking at cars. He was so nice, personable, and not pushy whatsoever (which was a big deal for me). He thoughtfully answered my questions even the silly ones I had and honestly was a big part of why I wanted to purchase my car through Larson. I had another appoint that day for another dealership but I am so happy I choose to visit here first, it was the best decision I have made and I am obsessed with my car. If you are a first time car buyer or even a seasoned one I highly recommend this dealership there customer service is very hard to beat and I feel like they actually take care of their customers!!!!! Go here you wont regret it!

Buyer beware when you are financing at Larson. I thought I was a savvy buyer but fell victim to to loading packing of payment adding (hiding) $7,100 to my loan. I never agreed to anything other than the price of the car and thought that would be what I was paying. Checked the loan documents at a later date and now I am on the hook for a loan I didnt want. Go elsewhere if you can or make sure you look at every line and I mean every line on the paperwork before signing.
Good service up until the end. Had to wait and wait after the papers were signed.

Got in at 7:45am for an oil change, was ready by 8am. By that time other car/trucks were lining up for service. I see other reviews saying they had to wait 2+ hours. Maybe just get in their early enough to beat the rush. Cant be too mad about the wait if you have 3 cars ahead of you.
The whole process though takes for ever to get completed they need to have the ones over the sales reps to work faster. Almost 3 hours. Really? Common!!! Lets get the job done quickly people.....

If you miss any of these steps or didnt notice what they add, you lose a few hundred bucks. They just try to get you sign the paper ASAP and deny all responsibilities after that. This is what LookLarson does: making money from customers carelessness. I personally discourage people from going to their stores, but if you have to, tell the finance person you will leave immediately unless he discounts everything you dont want from the final bill.
Recently purchased a Ram 1500. Josh, the sales rep, was very funny and personable both during the test drives and the buying process. All the Larson Automotive employees were courteous and super helpful throughout the whole process. This is the second vehicle Ive bought through them and both times have been awesome and painless experiences. I just got my dream car this weekend and was treated so well by everyone who made it happen. But huuuuuuuuge shoutout to my sales guy Jason Grandstand. Without this guy it would never have happened. I was in SLC for work all week and I put a deposit down to hold the car and then requested powdered matte rims and he made it happen for when I showed up on Saturday to pick it up. Sales guy nice, finance not so much. snuck a theft deterrent charge of $1,500 when i verbally said no I dont want Gap, and argued about how i dont need warranty, lady was like a snake with her words. listen and look at all papers. she will be having a really nice convo about your life while throwing papers in front of you.
I found myself on the search for a new ride after a recent car wreck. I used my USAA car buying service and Elias reached out to me. He helped me find the perfect Camry and helped me meet my financial requirements! Not only was he an amazing sales rep for me, he helped my mom get into a new car as well!!!! Larson Toyota is a buyer beware dealership. In my experience with Larson, the salesman was friendly enough, but the antics behind the scene with their financing dept leaves me with the thought of unethical practices of packing. After negotiating the price of the truck we were purchasing, the salesman provided an estimated payment amount at a quoted interest rate that included maintenance contracts and GAP insurance that was not discussed or approved. During the finance signing, the finance specialist was distracting and did not explain each signature or review the paperwork. Once reviewed, after home, they had included over $6000 of maintenance contracts and GAP insurance that was not wanted, and even refused verbally. When reaching out to Larson to correct the situation, we were told they record all finance office interactions and would review if there was agreement. When in the office, the GAP insurance was offered for free, which we agreed to if it was not something included in the loan. Who refuses free. But when reviewing the documents, again, it was included in the overall loan. Their distraction practices, packing and loading the loan with the maintenance package included so the payment appears to be correct is completely deceitful. If you are about the selection, Larson provides, but be sure to review each and every line on your financing and all documents being signed closely. They will bait and switch and we will not be returning to this unethical organization.
Bought 2020 hyundsi elantra, 1st time buyer, the car is too small getting in and out. Its what the dealer wanted, not me. Less than 2 months, already has 3 issues. They sell a car and dont show you how to use it. Told by salesman that my phone would work with car blue tooth doesnt. Poor service.Going to a closer oly dealer. Better service. Dont buy from Larson!
I called Larson Motors and talked to Josh W and made an appointment to look at a Ram Rebel. Communication was great and the vehicle I called about was ready when we arrived. We ended up looking at three vehicles and made two trips to Sumner. Josh was patient and helpful. We are very pleased with the service we received from Josh and Paul S the sales manager. Very disappointed. I inquired about purchasing a new Hyundai. I even went to the Tacoma Way location, on July 3rd, 2020. I had initially spoke with Eric on the phone. Dana informed me, that someone would contact me, the next day, July 4th, between 12 and 5. I found out on Monday, that they were actually closed, for the holiday. Okay, thats understandable. But there was no follow up, whatsoever. I pretty much was given the runaround, and voice mail tag. I even received a generic email, from a Michael. For the life of me, I dont understand why nobody contacted me, in regards to purchasing a vehicle. Granted, customer service, is not what it used to be. But I am not accustomed to horrible treatment. Especially if I was going to trade my vehicle, and put cash down. This is not acceptable. I would not recommend this place, to my worst enemy. I dont know what kind of business, they are running. And I will not be changing my one star review. Your company is a perfect example, of not getting a second chance, to make a first impression.

I worked with Joshua Weingart and I can say I am 100% satisfied. He was very friendly, helpful and low-pressure. I took the Kia Rio to get inspected and it was in perfect condition. Their asking price was already reasonable, but I asked Joshua if I could get a great price on it instead of just a good one and he got it brought down by 700 bucks. When I came back to purchase it, the process was very easy and he topped off the gas for my drive. I would not hesitate to work with him again!

I came in looking for a newer car for my expanding family (first baby coming August!) and I had some pretty hard line needs to be met. Felipe was considerate, kind, and easy to work with and never pushed on any add-ons, extras, or a car I didnt want. Rather, he listened to me and what my needs were informing me of what I needed to know along the way. The entire sales team including Arsen sat down with me and truly gave the time and collaboration working with what I could do to get me into the car I wanted. I will undoubtedly be returning for future service needs and would be happy to recommend Larson automotive to any friends and family!

I have purchased two vehicles from Larson now and both have been terrible. The first time they took months to send the payoff which in turn forced me to pay two car notes for 3 months. They offered zero assistance and tried to push the blame off on another business. Second I bought a Grand Cherokee and we promised that it would be pre-wired for trailering (they stated they all are). Well I went to have a hitch installed only to be informed that the factory wire harness would be $300 plus 8 hours of labor. Over $1k, cool Larson you told me it was on there. I’ve purchased fleet vehicles for a previous company and if you’re in the market for a Dodge or Jeep. Go to Tacoma Dodge.

NOT IMPRESSED! Contacted this group (spoke with Larson Porsche) 2 days ago with an interest in a used vehicle. Spoke briefly with Larry, who was less-than-pleasant and borderline rude, and then was handed off to an assistant. The assistant took my email address and we exchanged an email or two regarding my interest and trade-in. That was over two days ago and now they have gone radio silent. The lack of response is inexcusable and is a reflection of very poor customer service.Went to another dealer nearby, who had an upgraded version of the model at Larson, received fast, reliable and incredible customer service, drove 5 hours there and back in a day and bought the car from the other dealership. Would NOT recommend Larson at all.
Not a fan of buying cars.... HOWEVER.... this was a whole new experience. From the moment we set up an appointment to test drive a Q3, to the moment we drove off the lot in a new Q5 the sales, tech, finance, lot attendant and management were literally at our beck and call to professionally answer our concerns, questions and give us unbelievable service. 4 Hours .... Michael Sierra was our Sales Professional. Low keyed, more concerned with us getting the right car at the right price then making a sale. He was unbelievable. Sales Manager was more interested in our decision of choosing the right vehicle then negotiating the last dollar out of us.At one point they had five different cars pulled up for us to look at just for color choice.I cannot recommend this organization highly enough. BTW, I am in the service sales profession and I am tough before I hand out high grades like this. They earned them and my respect. We are customers for life.

He was adamant about making sure our needs were met while never being pushy or like a salesman. He even stayed until nearly 11:30 PM to make sure everything was finalized before we headed home. He is genuinely an awesome person and we feel blessed to have been given the opportunity to work with him. We passed up two other Dodge dealerships because Larsons was the only dealership with a real selection of 3500s and we are so happy we did. My experience with Larson Toyota was a bit shaky at first but in the end they really came through and made things right. Our salesperson, Zavia Frazier did a great job and was very friendly no matter how many times he had to go back and forth during negotiations. I bought a 2019 Camry with the blackout package and was expecting to have to wait awhile to have the blackout done, but Kayla James was amazing and was able to get it done for me right away. Overall they did a fantastic job.

We spent 8 hours here because we simply could not make up our minds on what we wanted. There were so many vehicle options! I came in for an SUV and ended up driving away with a Sonata Sport. We were helped by Cat, and she was beyond patient with us. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the car buying process much less stressful than any other dealerships we had gone to. She let us test drive 4 cars, and worked with us to come to an agreement that we walked away happily with. We were also helped by the fleet manager, Jay Shin who was extremely kind and thoroughly explained the warranties to us.The only con of the whole process was the finance department. The gentleman that helped us was not very friendly and I found him very condescending. When a check that we wrote to the dealership was misplaced he blamed it on the sales department.All in all, I would go back to the dealership for future purchases if Cat is still there.
