This review is for the COLLISION CENTER. Amazing! After hitting a deer my front passenger side was destroyed. Took it to another center who sat on it for 2 weeks (then were mad when we took it back!). Titus took it, gave an estimate the next day and had it done as quick as possible (waiting on parts took the longest). Staff was excellent and had awesome communication. We always knew what was stage it was in. Car came back detailed as well. THANK YOU!

We took our 06 f350 in to check if the software was current and was quote 250 per module.to update so it would not throw false codes and shut down the truck.I dont even know how to digest this... If the software on the chips is has faults why would the customer have to pay for updates?Truck is basically undriveable for towing so that leaves us an f350 guttless truck.

They got my car in, changed the battery in the key fob,and fixed the recalls and changed out the speed sensors that were fouled out. Then got called a couple of hours later to pick up my vehicle. These guys were super fast and efficient! I was expecting to pick my car a day later, but these guys were on top of their game! Other dealership couldnt even get me in for a month!🙁If ever im gonna buy a vehicle it will be through these guys for sure, spot on!! Nice work!

I really want to like this place. The people are nice in gernal and the facilities are too notch. However, the keep recommending services that are Tens of thousands of miles ahead of what Ford recommends. Such as recommending to flush the brake and clutch fluid at 40k but Ford recommends 75k in the owners manual. Its things like this that give dealerships a bad name.
You know if I were getting an oil change or quick service I would have scored higher but I was going after parts which is right next to their quick service what drags the score down is lack of parking. There was no parking spots available anywhere close to the parts department. And there was only one of the person that entered the parts department when I was there.
I dropped off my truck to have a recall notice taken care of. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. They inspected my truck to see if any additional maintenance was needed. They kept me informed as the work progressed.

I tried to make an appointment for 9 am for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told that the only available time was 7:30.I arrived at 7:30. My car wasnt ready until 9. So does it normally take an hour and a half to complete an oil change and tire rotation?The car was not washed or vacuumed even though those services were marked completed on the invoice. Now I am concerned what other completed items were in fact not completed?

Ive been having my Toyota Tundra serviced here for a couple years and been very impressed.Ive been looking for a 3rd car for a while and noticed they had a car I was interested in. Went in for a test drive and was impressed with the car and the price. The entire purchase experience was pushy free and very professional. Im pretty picky, own my own business, and must say that these people really know how to run a car sales/service operation. Keep it up folks.

We dropped off our car for service on a Saturday and didnt get it back until the following Friday. Each day, we were called with another reason as to why nothing had been done that day. First, it was because there were so many other vehicles ahead of us. Okay, I can understand that. Then, it was because someone had to leave early. Then it was because a part had to be ordered and it was delivered late. Finally, Friday rolls around and we havent heard anything. I called and the lady who answered was busy and with other customers. She asked for my info so she could call me back. Totally understandable. A few hours pass and I never got a call back. My husband called again and, lo and behold, our car is ready but nobody ever called to tell us!We will definitely be finding another place for our service needs.
Titus Will Toyota is a great auto group in South Tacoma. Lots of cars to choose from, a great service station and even better collision center. If you need/want to buy a car, these guys are great. Not pushy, so if you just want to look, they wont hassle you. If you need your car fixed, make an appointment and relax inside on a clean couch with free coffee service and a snack. The collision center around the corner works amazing with insurance companies and will keep you updated on the work, return the rental car for you, and guarantee their work for the life of the car.
Ive been having my Toyotas serviced here (Titus-Will Toyota on Steele St, off 38th) since 1984! They are most honest, reputable service place Ive ever been. I cant say enough about them. Ive had to use services of Titus-Will Collision Center, also, and they are of same high quality, honesty and integrity. My husband was a die hard Ford man before I met him, and eventually has converted to Toyota because of service I received, and now he receives on his Sequoia. Cant praise them enough.

Normally you dont think of new car buying as a good experience. Dan Kerns at Titus-Will Toyota changed my mind. We went in pretty much knowing what we wanted. Dan helped us find it. 2020 RAV4 Hybrid had to be ordered from the factory. We got exactly what we wanted at a fair price. No pressure and no tactics. My wife said she enjoyed being there after we closed the sale. And thats after taking care of a 14 month old while we were finalizing paperwork work. Great job Titus-Will Toyota.

The main question is how did goggle know I was at the car dealer? I took my car to a local car repair shop and they drove it over to titus-will only my car went there not me. I had my phone with me so how does goggle known I was even there. I have been there myself at other times and all I woukd say is unless you know the town well use your GPS to get there. Its tricky.
Getting my car serviced and I am so impressed with the customer service! The staff is attentive and friendly. Connected to me on a personal level. The garage has great heaters even though it’s 34 degrees today. Inside they have a Concierge, I don’t remember seeing one of these at another car dealership. They have a coffee stand as well and the employees walk around asking if you need anything. So happy I stumbled across this gem!
We ended up purchasing a car elsewhere, but the selection, staff, and experience here was great. We were shopping pre-owned, and didnt find the exact car or else we definitely would have bought here. Its one of the only places we considered going back to, and we did find their warranty on pre-owned cars very comforting. Id definitely look here next time Im shopping.
Push warranties when they already include with the purchase. Great selection of used auction trucks imported from Canada. Mic at the Ford store will make it happen for you. Watch the fees and pushed extras that make no sense

I always thought authentic Ford parts were expensive. Turns out they were there same price or less than local stores. Ford Motorcraft Parts quality cannot be matched for your Ford vehicle. The guys at the parts counter are the best! Thanks Lenny & Jorge for taking care of me.

I brought a 2001 FORD E350 super duty Van in for an Oil change...my 1st as the new owner. I purchased this van from a friend who was fastidious about taking care of it. By the time I got out of there 2 1/2 hrs later (I had made an appointment 2 days earlier) I was given a list of all the things this van needed to be put right to the tune of over $3200.......do you all think I had a bulls eye painted on my chest? It sure felt like I had been put through the ringer....they were all sweetness, smiling and deferential all until I went to leave and I said NO to new tires ...then they all disappeared ....yep...had to climb in and out of that big van 5 times to adjust that mirror on my own as not a single soul was in sight.....yeah they gave the beast a wash but forgot to readjust the passenger side ...side mirror....the exercise for me was fine but just ironic that until they could ply me with sweetness til I said no....they all disappeared....just ironic!!!
I took my car there to fix the glove compartment. Over the phone I was quoted the cost to be about $145 before taxes and fees. I was delighted it was not going to cost an arm and a leg.The fix proved to be a 2 hour ordeal for them. The total cost after taxes and fees? Just under $300. Ouch! Good thing I happened to have the money because I was not prepared for anything above $200.Jenn was helping me and she was wonderful. Offered me a loaner car because mine was not repaired on time. I didnt need it because I had another car at the time. But the offer was super and her attitude was superb.The glove compartment is repaired, the people were wonderful. In the big picture, you really cant ask for more. Well, it would have been nice to pay less for it but there was only the labor cost with taxes. All people should be paid well and paid for their time. So I have no issues there. Just thankful I happened to have the extra $100 in my account.All in all, they do get all the stars because their employees made up for 1 who is new and gave a bad guesstimate. Life is good and I will return there.FYI: If the Lakewood Ford would have had such great employees, I would have gone there because its only a couple of miles from where I live. But I didnt like it there when I was there last year. It was worth the extra miles to go to Titus-Will Ford.

The Quick Lane service here is great; simply book your appointment time, bring your vehicle in and they do the rest. The lounge is great to wait in or rent a car from them if it takes longer.
The sales person was nice enough greeting us at the showroom, but when we told him we need it to look at the new Ford Escape as a company leased car his mood changed. He just send us to the car lot and in the wrong direction.

Still not impressed, they didnt install my radiator cap and I had to order a new one when I noticed it. Said they would vacuum the front of my truck and wash it.......Neither happened.....again.. Service person seemed kinda shady, and to top it off, was told they would let me know when my truck was done, never did, I waited 1/2 hour finally went back to the service desk and found that it had been parked and ready to go the entire time. I guess when its close to the end of the day they stop caring. I have had the same service issues with this place multiple times. I keep going back, as I keep hoping it will improve to the way it used to be, just does not seem to be happening.

Love them and the service they give, way better then the Hasselwood auto ship in Bremerton. And got a way better deal from Mike Carter for our new car it was just about three thousand dollors cheaper for our new car,then the Hasselwood group, its worth the trip to tacoma Titus Will Toyota. A better deal and they treat you like how Chuck Hasselwood treated people back when it was a good dealership, so if you want a good deal and really nice people without the pressure and are willing to deal fairly with you then consider going to see Mike Carter at Titus Toyota Tacoma.

The BEST dealership Ive worked at. GM and managers in the new Ford side are true professionals in my opinion... Was sadly disappointed of how different it was to work at dealerships here in AZ where you here the GM (part owners) yelling at managers in their glass office while customers can hear and see what is going on.

Not very happy about this visit. I had an appointment for 12:30PM and was told they were behind 30 min. Its not 3:36 and they just started working on the truck.It wouldve been nice if they told me a lot sooner that it was going to take longer than expected.Definitely frustrated right now!Service did end up making it right and compd my next oil changed. I was happy that they handled it professionally.

I brought my VMI converted Toyota Sienna van into Titus- Will Toyota of Tacoma for servicing, because the check engine light was on. They went over the van with a fine tooth comb. The codes indicated a failure in the system the controls gasoline vapors. They checked the gas cap. They put smoke through the system and found some abnormalities, but the conversion had changed the fuel lines to such an extent that they were unable to diagnose the problem. They did not charge me for the time they spent, which was considerable, though they could have, since it seemed to be due to the modification. And they have the van a free car wash! They were professional, explained the issues clearly, and were very helpful with my disability.
