I had the best car buying experience here! I found a 4Runner I was interested in online and decided to come check it out. Stefonne was amazing through the whole process. He listened to my specifications and guided me through the whole process. I just want say that Rachelle from finance was incredible awesome. She helped us get the approval for my husband car loan. She made us feel welcomed and comfortable at the store. My husband being first time buyer was nervous but she did all possible and impossible to get his loan approved in less than 24 hours. I told her she was an angel and I still belive in that. We had a wonderful experience with the whole crew of Toyota of Tacoma! They were very patient and understanding and made sure we were taken care of till the very end. Special shout of to our Sales guy, Stefon. He was so amazing and helped us feel we made the perfect choice in our car and was very accommodating to all of our needs. Great experience, communication, and customer service by Joey Geraci and Zavia Frazier. I had originally been to several other Toyota dealerships looking for a 2021 trd pro lunar rock, and none of them had them in stock or could get their hands on one. I asked them if any other dealerships around the area had any in stock or on order and they all said no. I even left my email and phone number with them in case they found a used one, and I still havent heard from some of them even today, and that was more than a month ago. I looked online myself and saw that Toyota of Tacoma had one pop up that day, but not at the dealership. I immediately called and headed over to meet Joey. Joey is a professional at what he does, is very personable, and is truly there for the customer. I can say the same about Zavia as well. The two both made the car buying experience very smooth. I plan on purchasing a 4 runner for my wife in the future, and I will definitely be coming back to this dealership to do so.

I’ve had my Camry for 3 years loved it every year I’ve had it I was wanting to trade it in so I came to south Tacoma like I always do, I usually have a great experience when I’m here, not this time around, from the moment I got there I felt the feeling of sales associate not wanting to help me in my questions, I had someone named ocean, seemed new and also didn’t know how to retain info or make suggestions on cars that might be if Interest to me it felt like I had to lead the conversation or else is was not gonna go anywhere, and the manager wasn’t that much of help either not sure if he was management or not but if he was it would have been poor management, will be taking my business elsewhere from now on

I just bought a car and was greeted by Aaron Hanson who was very helpful and patient with me due to me not knowing what I was looking for yet. On March 31, 2021 I went to the Larson Toyota dealership to trade in my 2019 Rav 4 for a 2021 Highlander. Paul Harden helped me throughout the process. I am very grateful for his patience and working with me. He took the time to know what I was exactly looking for and I appreciate that because he did not waste my time showing me cars, that I would not be interested in. When he showed me the one with all the features that I needed and wanted to have on my new vehicle, I was very happy. He also answered all my questions. I also liked the fact that he did not went back and forth playing with the numbers like I had experienced before in other dealerships. Paul took the time to explain all the features of my new vehicle and also even helped me to get the Toyota app on my phone and showed me all I can do from the app. This is the second time I buy at Larson Toyota and would definitely keep coming back. Me and my wife were shopping for our dream cars on the hottest day on record here in the Pacific North West and the GMC dealership where my wife was looking for a Denali was closed due to the heat wave. I persuaded her to take me to Larson Toyota so I can check the truck of my dream. Reluctantly we ended at Larson and before we get out of our cars came Sales person Tamer Ibrahim. The welcome we got from him really made us want to buy the truck but I couldn’t before we got the Denali for my wife. He promised he can get the Denali we were looking for and he sure did from Larson Cadillac in Fife. He drove us there and closed the deal before they closed and by the time we were coming back to Larson in Tacoma most employees had gone home. He made a few phone calls to call them back and the dealership was open for us past 0900pm for us to get my truck. It was past Mid night when everything went through and we have become the most happiest customers of Larson Toyota of Tacoma due to this one sales person Tamer Ibrahim. We definitely recommend anyone looking for any type of car to give Larson a visit and specifically look for Tamer! Thanks

Long story short, I just bought a brand new 2021 Toyota Sienna LE and so far everything works fine.I would like to thank sales rep Felipe and Ocean, they both are really young, full of energy and ready to answer your questions at all times. Felipe impressed me a lot on his knowledge on this car when we had a test drive. Without their help and feedbacks, I cannot get this car within a week, in addition, their kindness and follow up on my driving experience or issues also make me feel so grateful. Also, I want to thank finance manager Darren who put a lot of effort to help me get the loan taken care of and get everything straight. I really appreciate it.The reason I dont give a 5 star review right now is that I want to evaluate their service for later on to see if it is consistent, I still dont get my license plate and other paperwork, I will leave a final review when everything is by hand.

My son recently bought a brand new 2021 Tacoma from Toyota of Tacoma. Jim Rakich our salesmen and GM Bobby Lynn where absolutely amazing walking my son through the process. Even as I was there for support they spoke to both my son and I with honesty and respect. Jim really took his time to help my husband and my son find just that right truck during the day and for us to come back in the evening to purchase a truck. After paperwork was done Jim was great at walking us through all the features and making sure all of the devices and services were set up even well after the show room closed we never felt rushed or felt that anything was missed, hes even made a few follow up calls and helped with recent tire upgrades. Hands down amazing service, easy and fast. We appreciate Jim and Toyota of Tacoma. We will certainly be reaching out when we decide to make another vehicle purchase.

This is my 4th time buying a car and is by far my best experience. Tamer Ibrahim helped me out and he was awesome! so helpful, direct and encouraging without being a salesman. Tamer made the process very easy.David who takes over when it comes to paying/financing was also awesome. So personable and gives you all the info you need to make your decision.My new car was not in when i purchased it but the dealership was good about follow up post appointment. BUYER BEWARE.We started our car purchase through the Costco website and were referred to Toyota of Tacoma. They didnt have the vehicle we wanted in stock, but notified us when they had one coming in.I put $500 down on that vehicle, and the price given on the paperwork was the Costco price. When I came to pick up the car once it arrived, the dealer told me that the model had been dropped from the Costco program and they couldnt offer me that pricing anymore, though they still had it on other vehicle models.I later found out that the dealer had to have requested they be dropped from the Costco program. So, it looks like they took my money, promising me the Costco price and then requested they be dropped from the program, leaving me with a non-refundable deposit and an inflated price.I like my car, but Id never recommend this dealer.Red Flags:1. Not holding the original purchase price/appearing to have dropped themselves from the Costco program for just my model, even though theyd taken a non-refundable deposit from me is of course, the major pain point.2. Putting dealership modifications on my car without asking me, though theyd noted this vehicle as sold-incoming due to my deposit. They put Theft Deterrent ($339.15) and Brake Plus ($339.15) on my car and charged them to me on top of the car purchase price.3. Additionally, they tried to add an insurance policy to the Brake Plus. When they said theyd put it on my car, it was Dont worry, you got the Costco discount, its only $339.15. But when I reviewed my buyers order, there was a duplicate line item at the same price. When I questioned it, I was told that was the wrap policy, e.g. an additional insurance policy that I didnt ask for or need. So, instead of Brake Plus costing the $339.15 they said, they doubled the price adding insurance ($678 total) without clearly disclosing it. I asked to have that removed and they complied, but what else did they try that I didnt catch or argue about?4. We were told the transaction would take 1 hour, maybe 2 at the dealer. (I asked because we had to haul our kids with us.) The total time in dealership? more than 4 1/2 hours. Most of this due to our salesperson disappearing throughout the transaction without explanation, though financing also took a solid hour and a half. It really felt like they forgot about us at times.I still love the Toyota vehicles, but Ill be looking elsewhere and hoping for a better experience next time I replace a vehicle.

Will never recommend my family or friends to this dealership. I am horrified at what my manager is going through at the moment. He dropped his car off in front of the dealership after hours and dropped his keys at the drop box for service. Someone broke in and took the keys and stole his car. Toyota of Tacoma is not taking responsibility and not reporting the vandalism to the police. They are willing to let this crime past and replace the drop box like nothing happened. This dealership is sketchy and not worth coming too. I have a 2020 tundra I love so much. This is disgusting.

Spent $77K on a car today here. I asked for 2 specific things to be done as part of the deal we had to haggle over a week to come to... (even walked out today when we couldnt come to an agreement to have them come outside after us and say ok). The things we asked for were a detail job, and the tire pressure on all the tires to be made the same because they were all over the map from 31 to 38 psi. The detail job was needed because there was milk (obviously from a kid) on the back of the drivers seat, little kids toy parts in the car and lots of carpet staining and crud between the seats. We were told the detail job was done and, get this, only one tech in the whole place has a compressor, and he wasnt there today, a Saturday! B.S. They didnt want to do the extra work they had agreed to do, that we SIGNED on. Then, they push extra warranty options with essentially fear tactics. Disappointing.What this was is a typical car buying experience that makes people not want to buy from dealers. And I used to work at a name brand dealership. Our next $80k+ truck will NOT be bought from here.

I’ve never been so insulted car shopping. I took my vehicle in for a KBB instant cash offer and you guys tried to give me $5,000 less then the offer for a car without a single blemish. Your young salesman was so condescending and I literally heard him and the manager laughing at my wife and I saying we weren’t going to buy a car. It’s a good thing the employees at Titus Will were way more professional and were willing to help us, because of that they gained about $70,000 worth of business.

I spent 44k on a Prius plus service package here. My car started having issues I wanted looked at before they became a serious problem.I left a voicemail to set an appt because they dont answer the phone. 2 weeks, no returned call.I call them again, leave similar voicemail, and again, 2 weeks, no returned call.I go to the service dept, and apparently internet is out over the entire business that day. Okay, stuff happens. Desk jockey takes my info and says they will call me in the next two days. A week goes by, no call.I again go down there only to be told they cant do anything for me, unless I just leave my car there. I get told they have no loaner vehicles, which my service plan covers, yet the person in front of me is given one. Strange how nothing is available to me, but is for everyone else.So, after getting the shaft for over a month, here I am. Dont buy from this company. They dont care about you.

We recently purchased a 2021 GR Supra. We were looking in February 2021 and found the perfect one at this dealership; however, it was not currently in stock. We were told it could take 6 weeks. It ended up taking 12 weeks! Obviously, this was not the fault of the dealership as we were still in the midst of the COVID and the vehicle still needed to be shipped.During these 12 weeks is what counted. We were working with Paul Harden and he ensured that we were always updated on the status of the car. At one point, he was contacting us to let us know of another used Supra that had come in. That is when we told him that we are not interested in any other vehicle, so he respected our wishes and didnt relay information of that type any longer. Whenever we had a question, I sent a simple text and he always immediately answered.Again, keeping us up to date with the status consistently for 3 months made us feel valued. When the car finally arrived, Paul took care of us. Even while waiting for Finance to prepare, he gave us a tour of the facility and explained how and where to take the vehicle in for maintenance.When that was completed, he gave us a tour of the car and explained all the options thoroughly. He ensured the vehicle was hand washed and dried. We came in a few days later to have the Cilajet applied. He saw our vehicle drive in and he went out of his way to greet us and ask us how everything was going.We would definitely refer this dealership to friends and family. We would definitely refer Paul to assist with any purchase.

IMPORTANT. PLEASE READ.I don’t typically write reviews but I felt it necessary this time. Long story short I placed a hefty deposit down on a vehicle that wasn’t on the lot yet (awaiting delivery) and was told I would receive a call once it arrived. They sold it out from underneath me and never told me. More details below:1. The call never came after I waited for three weeks.2. I called the dealership multiple times asking for answers. The front desk picked up once and forwarded me to sales. Sales said they would call me back with info and they never did.3. At this point I kept calling the front desk multiple days in a row. They never answered and I almost felt like I was put on a blacklist (more on this to follow).4. I decided to go in person to address the issue. That was when the dealer that sold me the vehicle recognized me and asked “Did Nathan call you?”. With hopes high, I was expecting the best case scenario was that my car was delivered but they forgot to call.5. In reality, they “forgot” to call me to tell me that they had sold the car that I placed a security deposit down on to someone else.So I guess my questions are:If you knew that the car was sold and that Nathan was supposed to call me why didn’t I receive that phone call?Why wasn’t anyone answering my phone calls when I tried to get in touch with the dealership and the dealer? Was it because they aware of their “accidental mistake” and didn’t want to have to deal with me?Here is what I think happened:They found a buyer who would pay more for the vehicle so they sold it to them instead even though I signed paper work, had my credit ran, put a security deposit down and applied for financing.They didn’t want to have to tell me the news or give me my money back so they blacklisted my phone number and we’re avoiding calling me altogether.Don’t go to this shady dealership. Especially don’t do business with Nathan Carbone or Tamer Ibrahim.

Theyre not interested in selling new vehicles at the moment. I understand there are supply chain issues and Im willing to wait. If the sales people think youre looking for a used car then they respond. As soon as you mention new everyone just stops responding. Including the General Manager who sends a follow up email. Told him I was ready to order but no one was responding. Took him 8 days to just simply respond asking me to come in. Why would I spend my time coming in when no one cares?

NATE CARBONE…I am over the moon about my new vehicle. I called Toyota in search of options for my circumstance. Nate weighted all my options out for me. Because I was unsure on what exactly I wanted to do. We met on numerous occasions in person as well as over the phone. Terrible experience, i w referred by Costco auto, and I called to set up an appointment with s Costco auto rep. I was told by 3 different people over the phone that they would have an appointment for me with the Costco Rep. Turns out the one of the people who told me that was the one who I was scheduled to meet with. I drove over an hour out of my way, and was lied to by 3 different people. When I got there a person claiming to be the manager told me that they dont participate in Costco Auto and they were incredibly rude to me in the process. When someone claiming to be the general manager ( who wasnt, since the GM was not working that day at all) told me they didnt need to use anything like Costco because they dont need to even try for customers.I requested that the GM call me and was told they would today. No call, and when I tried to leave a voicemail someone from sales actually hung up on me. Larson Auto Group clearly doesnt care about customer service in the slightest.

My wife and I went to Toyota of Tacoma to look at a used car, after wandering around for approximately 10 minutes a gentleman named Tamer approached us. He started out by saying you dont want that car, you will pay more in maintenance before you make your first payment than you paid for the car. In the same breathe he said have you thought about a Toyota? I told him my budget then he said lets go for a test drive, no obligation...of course. After the test drive he ran some numbers, I did not agree with the price and I pointed out the various reasons. He seemed to agree some then said lets go talk with the sales manager (Fish) and see what he can do. After a few minutes, Tamer came back with good news and a lot better deal than I had anticipated. I thanked both for actually listen to the customer. I would highly recommend Tamer as the salesperson to go to, thats if you want someone working for you who actually cares and wants you to leave happy. I went in for a service appointment that took 3 hours long. The staff did not notify me that the service would take an unusually long amount of time. The scheduled service time was 45 minutes. When inquiring about when my vehicle would be done, I was told 15 minutes only to wait over an hour again. The staff told me that I should have not waited at the dealership if I was in a rush. No reasonable oil change takes 3 hours to complete after scheduling an appointment to avoid ridiculously long wait times.

Got good deal and financing was good. Did not get car clean like sale person said he would. Dog hair in the back compartment, tires not dress and not vacuum inside. The people was polite and professional. My wife and I buys most of our cars here. The purchase of the Sorento today was a good experience being a senior citizen couple. The finance person was outstanding explaining all part and talked us through the process. He understood that my wife was on a budget and we both was retired and on a fixed income. We both being from down south, being made comfortable is the key to good business and keeping your word. I 5 star would be given if the car was clean as said. Not upset but disappointed. We didnt look because we trust that it would done.

Todd Slavick is the guy you wanna see. I bought my car here, not from him, and the experience was good, but not review worthy. I recently needed help finding some paperwork for the car I bought 2 years ago and he went above and beyond to make sure i got what I needed. I thought I was gonna need to bug them a bunch and it would take a ton of effort but he handled it all and was so pleasant. Honestly I’m impressed. If I buy a car again, I’m coming here because they help you out even after the purchase. Not just when there’s financial incentive.

I recently picked up a low mileage 2012 Toyota Tacoma from Larson Toyota of Tacoma. This was my first big vehicle purchase so I went in pretty nervous and weary but I was pleasantly surprised. I was approached by Patrick who was polite and very personable. Going into this I expecting to not be taken seriously and be targeted for my younger age. Instead I was treated with full respect as a serious buyer. They where very patient and helpful throughout the process and made buying my first vehicle less intimidating. They literally went the extra mile when I realized I forgot my check book, Patrick offered to come out and pick it up so I would be able to drive my new Tacoma home, thanks Patrick! I did a lot of research on the Tundra, so I knew what I wanted before I walked in the door. Bowman was extremely knowledgeable on the the Tundra platform and even showed me features I had not known about. I am RIGHTFULLY owed over $2400 after cancelling an extended warranty policy within 10 days after purchasing- well within their deadline and MY money is not being returned to me. I have only had unanswered calls, unanswered emails, no response. I can’t imagine dealing with an ACTUAL dispute because this is straight up withholding MY own money - there’s nothing unclear about it. Disgusting.

Ooh boy, this place. Im going to start off with the only good thing about this dealership, which was their larger stock of vehicles, but thats where the satisfaction ends. Ive been to a few dealerships and this was by far the worst one in regards to customer service. We first had a younger salesman (who others have also apparently complained about) talk to my boyfriend and I very rudely. After telling him we had been to other dealerships, he started questioning why we were even at their location looking at cars. Not only were we extremely uncomfortable with his interrogation but we were also hearing another salesman across the room on the verge of yelling at his customer. We werent sure if we should walk out or confront the other salesman for being horribly rude to his buyer. At that point, our young salesman was replaced with another one who was better, but we had a hard time trusting anything they were saying. Negotiations were painful and frustrating but we finally agreed to a buyer price. If I could avoid dealing with the salesmen again, I could probably tolerate this place. Lets hope the car services are far better than the sales personnel

Decent location friendly staff. Waiting areas pretty chill, no beverages due to COVID. Everything about the place is pretty generic, nothing really stands out one way or another. Sales people are a bit pushy but thats expected at any dealership. Shop is still open and the parts store.

Nice people. Got my fiancé into a 2015 Audi A5 and we were really happy until we took it to a detail shop... Dealership said they “detailed” it but there was literally mold and rust under the seats that they hid from me! They will talk your ear off and talk about the “Larson Difference” and the limited power train warranty but how can this dealership take this car in and not even attempt to clean up the interior! Super disappointed with this. Was happy at first but now feel like it was all smoke and mirrors! Upset.

Its been 17 years since I last bought a car, and I have to say I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Eddy spent A LOT of time helping me find the right car and talking me through the process. His friendliness, directness, and patience were like no other sales experience I have had before. Again, David could not have been more friendly or patient as we waded through a lot of fine print. I loved the service I received while purchasing my car. But now whenever I have to go in for service I make an appointment. Once Im there I wait 15 minutes just to get checked in, then told its going to be 1.5 to 2 hours for an oil change. There are 4 techs standing around and the service advisor moves so slow. Definitely dont care about customer service in the actual service department.

My mother and I went into look at a Prius and ended up buying one she is very happy with! I would highly recommend coming here if you’re looking to buy a Toyota. The sales staff was helpful, particularly Tamer, who personally helped us with the process. He was patient, knowledgeable and very attentive. Leon, the finance manager was also very polite and helpful. Across the board I did not feel a glimmer of the pushy vibe that you often expect when going to a dealership.It was a surprisingly pleasant day! If you’re looking for a Toyota this is the spot. I have been going to Larson Toyota for about 2 years now. Typically, they have provided adequate service, but recently, their customer service has been terrible. I called to schedule a service appointment, and picked a time that worked best for my busy schedule (resident physician) after they informed me that the appointment would take an hour. When I arrived to drop off my car, I got a different estimate that the service would require at least 2 hours, so I had to reschedule--rather than an apology, the service person just blamed the scheduler and stated, our schedulers dont know what they are talking about. After rescheduling my appointment, I dropped off my car and after 2 hours had passed without a phone call, I attempted to call the service department multiple times. I reached a front desk member who told me they would leave a message for the service department to call me back. I did not receive a return call, so I called again and nobody ever picked up. At this point it had been over 3 hours after my appointment. My wife dropped me off at the service department and I waited patiently in line for 20 minutes while they were attempting to locate my car. Ultimately, they said they had forgotten about my car and that they hadnt even started on it. They apologized and told me it would get done in an hour, but at that time, I had already waited enough and told them I had to pick it up the next day. The next day I arrived, I did not receive any sort of credit or form of amends. To top it off, the complimentary car wash I was offered was likely not completed--I wouldve rather had them not offer it in the first place if they were just going to forget. When I called the dealership to voice my feedback, they told me I needed to follow a survey link in my service follow-up email (this link did not exist in the email). I called back and while the person placed me on hold to find the link, they hung up on me. I am very dissatisfied by the recent events at this dealership and dont think I will be returning.

I have been a loyal Toyota customer since 1979, and bought all my cars in California - until yesterday. The negotiating process in California is generally long and arduous. A lot of back and forth. But not so in Washington not at Toyota of Tacoma.The process at Larson Toyota was very straightforward, to the point, and relatively pleasing. I worked with Carmen Leota and she was definitely one of a kind.Carmen is a kind and decent woman. Not your typical in-your-face kind of sales person. Youll like her a lot.The car is great. The price was great. The atmosphere of friendship was great. Give them a try the next time you are looking to buy or lease a car. I think youll like them too.Unlike some dealerships where the customer usually feels like they have been overcharged and neglected, this one is different. I guess thats why they are called Look Larson and “Larson Difference” - because you will never “LOOK” anywhere else once you leave because you just had a different experience compare to the many dealership you’ve visited. When we arrived, we waited for about an hour before they told us one had sold (understandable) and they had lost the keys to the other one. If you want someone who is clear, direct, and cares about a happy customer, see Chuck Milligan at this dealership. I’ve negotiated many deals but rarely a new car. We checked out several dealerships and eventually the Costco auto program sent us here.Chuck responded very promptly to our emails with questions, which meant we didn’t have to trek through traffic any more than necessary.Chuck negotiated fairly and honestly. He didn’t try to slip anything by us and answered my (obnoxiously detailed) questions respectfully, when a lot of other folks take a look at me and talk down to me.When our car did arrive, Chuck made sure we knew what all the fancy buttons and settings meant and were set up correctly. He also made sure that if anyone else dropped the ball, we were still going to get taken care of as quickly as possible.Rachelle Ericsson took care of the financing. She was very kind, explained the process in a common sense way, and when I told her I was STARVING she fed us and quickly got us through the paperwork.I feel good about our experience here and will send family here when they need a Toyota because I know the customers get treated fairly and the customer service is outstanding.

I was on the hunt for a new car. I found Larson and saw that they had the vehicle I wanted and only one left. I looked at the discounts, see photo, and immediately emailed and offered to put a deposit down on this vehicle. I am from Portland, OR and was prepared to make the trek up to Tacoma for this vehicle. I received a few emails from a salesman named Rob Miller. I attempted to clarify the price and was told that the price on the website was for local buyers only. This was not posted anywhere on the website nor is it legal to do that. My mother interfered and called Rob to question him about this as she is a finance manager at a dealership near Larson. Robs response was that his manager told him to tell me that and that he didnt want to get fired... Well rob called me back and proceeded to tell me that the extra cost is because something was added to the vehicle. We set a time to meet, 10a Saturday morning April 24th. I arrived, after driving 3 hours in heavy rain to get there. I met with Rob and was informed that the vehicle I had driven to see and most likely buy was sold. If this car was sold Rob should have informed me of such to save me the trip. I was able to test drive a similar vehicle and was passed to a wonderful saleswoman, Marya I think her name was. She took me on a wonderful test drive. Then upon returning Rob came back and attempted to get me to buy a vehicle that was going to arrive the following week... I apologized to the sales woman and told her my frustrations. I insisted I had to leave and headed back home. Very disappointed in the sales department at Larson. They claim all over the dealership and their website that they are honest dealers and that you can buy with confidence but I felt anything but the only thing I felt confident in is that I was going to be screwed over. Car buying is not as much fun as it should be but this was ridiculous. Word to the wise, watch out for Rob and make sure you get the deal you want from this dealer.
