I love this industry for the reason that you put $$$$ down pay off over time then it is yours, because for many people today have a hard time shelling out paid in full all at once.

I know nothing about gaming. But I didnt need to know anything about it when I go into the store for anything ( there are plenty of gamers in our family) the employees here are very knowledgeable about all of the systems they sell in the store and can help you with anything. Ive been very successful at Christmas and birthday parties because of this.

This used to my favorite GameStop but after this weekend, that is over. Not only did you sell me a refurbished PlayStation with a broken wireless receiver but when my boyfriend forgot to check it for a disc before packing it back up out of frustration - you stole my game and made zero offer of compensation or even explanation for my missing disc. Where did it go guys? Cause I am positive it was in that PlayStation when it got to you. 100% disappointed and never giving you my money again.

This is not only a convenient location; but my favorite gamestop location. The staff here seem to know everything about the games. I very vaguely described my dream game, and the woman helping me directed me to Slime Rancher. Which has been the perfect game for me. Ive never had a problem with anything Ive bought here. 100% recommend

The two star might be harsh since the staff is nice and helpful but I just cant forgive the practices of the company. They dont do army discounts on any of the used games which is a shame in it self. Then there are times where a new game will be cheaper than the used version. So many reasons to not like the company it self. Most of the time the employees are great just the company that needs help.

Bought a game and it didnt read in my system! Called back multiple times because they never have enough cashiers. They didnt have another copy so i had to waste time and money to find another gamestop that had it.

This is one of the friendliest Game Stops that I have visited. I wish I could remember the new guys name. Whatever. He helped me alot with suggestions for my 11 yr old grandson and helped save some serious coinage. Very refreshing attitude. If all Game Stop employees were like this they could double their business. Probably. Go check them out.

Orion and Erynn are so passionate about their jobs and so helpful. Last night during the premier of Pokémon Sword and Shield they just did such a good job of directing the lines and keeping people happy and moving. Its a prestige store for a reason. The staff are mostly friendly and helpful with the acception of someone having a off day.. Wide variety of games, attire, collectibles, and other cool stuff.If youre reading this wondering if its a good place for helpful advice on what to buy your grandchildren for their birthdays or Christmas, this Gamestop is the bees knees.

I dont particular like GameStop but this one is one of the worst I have ever been to. The guy working there will tack on the game warranty without asking you. He just automatically applies it and when you tell him you dont want it, he treats you like you are a giant nuisance. So if you go to this GameStop make sure to check your receipt before you leave.

Just like any other game stop. Only worth it if you have a membership otherwise I would recommend online shopping.

I kid you not I asked if they had any play station 4s in stock and they told me they can not answer that question, what? They can’t tell me if there’s a product I am looking to buy in stock? What are you car salesmen? I guess I will go to the next dime a dozen GameStop that told me they have some in stock. This store must be afraid of a sale or something. I guess if you like to be surprised by there inventory when you show up go ahead and spend your money here.

Simply the best. You cant find a better deal, service, or gaming supplies/support than Gamestop. I mean no one, internet or brick an mortar can do what they do. The staff is hospitable, patient and knows the business of gaming. You well be wasting your time and money shopping elsewhere.

Ive been with GameStop for 10 years and yet only thing I realize is that they are money hungry and theyre like a digital pawn shop I cant say that I really like them but being a pro members award is really kind of great. But gameinformer is really a stupid magazine

They never really have anything good, their prices suck and trying to sell anything to them is a rip-off as they will give you some measly amount and then turn around and resell it for about double or triple what they paid you.
