Great smoke shop. Probably my favorite in the Tacoma area. Its got a relatively wide selection of glass compared to local competition, and the prices are lower than anywhere else. A giant beaker for $40? Whaaaattt??! Quality glass too that has survived a couple chance meetings with the floor. Quite a few reasonably priced unique pieces too.Also, they dont hover and make me feel uncomfortable. They just let you browse and check in every so often (Im a slow browser). The staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and honest when you do have a question and they dont make me feel judged for anu reason.Cool place. Obviously I like it. The location is easy, sitting right on pac hwy close to 512, by Subway and Metro PCS. Getting out of there during traffic can be a bit of a pain but there is a turn lane so turning left isnt too bad.Go check it out. I highly doubt youll be disappointed. Unless youre expecting a repeat customer discount like some places do. Ive bought 5 rigs there without anything like that. But that makes sense with the low prices.

This place is great. Good selection of everything you go to a smoke shop for. Probably the best kratom prices Ive found anywhere south of Seattle. What stands above all else are the people. I have always had a great experience every time Ive gone there. Today I came in on crutches, first time Ive been out of bed in 2 months from a broken leg and when I totaled my order at checkout I was almost 3 bucks short of cash. Id left my wallet home and was disappointed Id have to crutch my way to the car and drive home for wallet, etc. I told the employee to put one of the items back and Id return, but he told me to just bring the 3 bucks next time I came in. He had no idea how much struggle and pain he had just saved me from. Its not often in todays world that people trust other people like that. He just earned my business for life.

So I walked into this store and asked for camel crush the lady gave me the wrong camel cigarette and she said I couldnt refund the pack to get what I really came to buy. I asked her to call her manger she said that her manger has better things to do than to entertain me for something like this.

Not sure how I feel about the new owners since I had built a good relationship with the old ones. The new owners changed a lot of things though and the store has a more modern feel now.

Never going here again. Just went in to buy 2 tall Boys of Natural Ice and the young guy wouldnt sell to me because my I.D didnt look like me, Even though i have been there a few times Before to get Tobacco and Beer. I have a New Mexico I.D and the only difference is i have fatter cheeks.

The shop is the nicest one that I have seen, which is even more compelling considering the area. I was looking for a titanium nail, and was also able to get some kratom too. They have a great selection of glass and hookahs, with the best prices; and the workers are friendly too.

This place is clean, and cozy and she carries a lot of different products. Including top notch, name brand kratom.I buy my kratom here and have been very impressed with the owners help and knowledge of the different strains. She is picky about the brands of kratom she sells, and even uses it herself for back pain.She only sells tested, prepackaged kratom. So there is never any Employees nasty hands ever touching the raw product! Like some other smoke shops.Ive been very happy with the kratom Ive gotten here and its helped my chronic back, nerve and arthritis pain! The Whole Herbs by kona labs is what Ive been using and it is a very very fine powder. Im trying a couple other brands as well today (see my pics).This is a great place and owner. The WORST!!!! Bought a vape and oil here not only did they sell me oil that was EXPIRED at full price they also sold me a vape that leaks everywhere I took into consideration that they probably didn’t know so when I reached out to them the next day they were into refunding or exchanging it when they called me when the owners were in it was to late for me to leave being that I’m a new mom and live acrossed town I came in 3 times after they were never there even when they said they would be the 4th time I came showed him it was leakin from the sides and the vents he asks for my box and my coil to fix the problem..... I have had plenty of vapes leakage from where mine leak is not the coil especially when it has been changed and still leaks.... whatever u do don’t buy any vapes from here

Dude didn’t sell to me also because I didn’t look like my ID even though I had bought items from the exact same worker about 4 other times. Glad they employ the blind but maybe get a card scanner if you wanna play detective as a smoke shop owner.
