Asked a guy if they had a pair of Jordan 12s in size 12 and he got mad at me for asking and said no we only got size 8 and walked away immediately. Ive talked to some cool workers there but you have to go to them otherwise they will sit by the counter and talk to each other

Ive been here twice. Came in 5/19/18 and the shift was rude and very standoffish. Its like they didnt even want to be there or anyone else for that matter. However a few months ago, another shift expressed good customer service. I suppose the experience really depends on who services the store during the day.Anyways on my latest visit I went in looking to buy a couple pairs of shoes and they lost that sale because of their piss poor customer service and unwelcoming demeanor. Probably wont be back. There are many other shoe stores at the Tacoma Mall.

Do not shop here! Worst customer service on the mfn planet. Id rather buy my kicks from a homeless man off the street. Real talk. Nasty staff.
