This store used to be so clean & nicely stocked. Now it’s dirty with overload of merchandise and just looks crazy in here. No customer service what so ever and employees are so slow. This used to be the spot to get all the new trends, so sad to see it come to this.

Im a plus size woman and I needed to exchange a pair of boots for a size that would fit my legs. The woman told ne she couldnt exchange them because they werent in a box.....I didnt buy them in a box! So now Im stuck with a $60 pair of shoes that I can not wear? I spend a lot of money in this store, and not just for myself.....I have 3 daughters so the majority of my money goes towards Jordans, nikes, and other shoes that are very expensive. Very disappointed, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

You have some great policies for your store with directions for customers to wear masks and only a few people can go in at a time. A few of your employees have been wearing their masks as chin straps for about 45 minutes now, and counting.
Took grandson to get shoes he wanted. Was given many choices and gentleman was super helpful in helping my grandson choose a pair worth buying. I edited my review. Did not mean to hit one star meant 5. Sorry.
Bought a pair of $80 shoes here. Going to try and return them as they are falling apart from manufacturer defect! Id love to post a picture but apparently I cantUpdate: the store manager or I think he was the manager, Nacho was his name, was in and let us exchange the shoes for ones which are perfect. The lied about the price of there t-shirt and told me the price on the tag was incorrect so insisted on charging me more, there website said the price on the tag was correct but they refused to honor it. A bunch of thieves is what they are. Douche bags.😡
Started off wonderful, staff was very helpful. I ordered a pair of boots they didnt have my size in. They told me 14 days, not business days, just days. So I call 14 days later, the boots arent there, they say next week I call next week they say theyll be in in 3 days, so I go in 3 days later and get told people shouldnt have been saying that to you. No they arent here. I get told they will be there in another 3 days. So I finally get them 2 weeks later than I was suppose too. And I love them they are so cute... but Ive worn them for a month and the soles are coming off each boot. Horrible customer service, horrible quality, and horrible experience. :(
To be honest the quality of some of the sites arent the best. I bought boots from here and the heel became detached from the sole, same for the other side but not as bad. The price of all the shoes and clothing is ridiculous, but at least theyre all in style clothing and shoes.
The staff was awsome! The manager helped walk me thru the in store raffle and helped me to obtain the shoes I was after. It’s refreshing to go to a store that’s not just trying to have you spend a buck. Will definitely come back to this location again !!!
Overpriced boots you can get onlines at JustFab for 39.99 or at the B&I for 20.00. The shoes are cute but lets be honest, no one will pay for a boot that is overpriced when that same boot is at a different store for half that price. This store is a rip off. BTW their boots are made cheap...remind me of the Korean boots they the get on wholesale.
Staff didnt have a problem with helping me when i was pretty indecisive. Very helpful with deciding and gave me pros and cons about the shoes. Patient when needing to go back and forth to get sizes.

Worst shopping experience ever. First I decided to get my wife a gift card for her birthday. Huge mistake. When I brought her to the store they were adamant that I had already spent the money. After an hour of them holding the card not doing anything they told me to find the receipt and come back. I found the receipt and at this point I just want my money back it has been 30 minutes so far no end in sight. Never shop here if you do you are asking for a migraine. They are all incompetent 45 min mark.
This store has got to be the worst apparel store I have ever attempted to purchase shoes from. My wife and I visit them attempt to buy some adidas, when they inform us we are close. While the store girls are chatting up some guy. Telling him to “close the door next time so customers don’t come in”. Lost my business forever. When I asked for a size the woman actually took the shoes from my hands and replaced them on the self telling me they are closed. All the while the mall was more than an hour from closing! Ridiculous irritating frustrating must I go on. With business practices like this and not taking care of their customers needs they will be out of business soon. Good riddance. This happened on 12/01/17
Said I could use my gift card online, well no you cant. Called their customer service for help and she didnt know anything. She said all the information is online. According to the website you can buy gift cards but you cant use them...wth? You also cant see you balance or find out if they expire. This place steals, stay away!
Sheikh Shrek what’re this place is called. They must pride themselves on Terrible customer service, bad attitudes from the associates. One walked right by me at the counter where I was waiting to be rung up. No hello, one of us will be with you on a minute. As they were stocking product, which of course is WAY MORE IMPORTANT THAN A CUSTOMER! I work with the public too but at least I have common sense and respect to at least acknowledge my customers!!!Jazmine was very slow and acted like she just didn’t care. I didn’t catch the other associates name, the one that basically ignored me. Jazmine started to ring me up very slowly for one small item, failed to tell me what register she was going to be doing the transaction on. No hello either, then the unknown name associate,(she had no name tag) came up and they were talking about personal stuff during my transaction, I felt like I must have been a ghost ant they can’t see me???? Huh? Then we were finally done. I know is must have been so annoying that I came in and interrupted you. Remember I helped pay your wages. This is why you have job? Oh wait what if a secret shopper came in wow they would most likely get an F.Tips be friendly to your customers,say hello and smileMake sure customer found what they neededFor a start.This is what is sad it’s the texting and no interaction in this Gen Z. Worst retail shoe store I have ever been to! I would give it less than one star if possible. I purchased a pair of Adiddas with my younger sister, she wore them ONCE for a very short period of time and a big section of threads were falling out. Anyone that knows shoes should know that this shouldnt happen after wearing them once (just walking around). We returned to the store within just a few days of buying them and asked for a refund. They were obviously defective shoes. Upon returning to the store and asking for a refund we recieved quite a bit of attitude from the woman who was working. At first she said due to them being worn, there is nothing we can do about it. Well... After paying almost $90 for shoes I was not taking that for an answer. Came back the following day and the same woman was working, this time we recieved the same attitude and she went to the back to speak to the instore manager. She came back with, well. The manager said we will take these and replace them with the same shoe. this was then followed by We do not have them in stock and you would have to wait AT LEAST 14 business days to receive them. (so I paid almost $90 and would leave the store with NOTHING!) As we were to be leaving for vacation before those 14 days would even pass we decided that was not going to work. I asked to have the manager come out and speak to us face to face. (I was tired of the rubbing back and forth and not hearing the discussion.) The manager came out after several minutes with a funny smirk on her face and an attitude. We spoke for quite a while and she went on saying they have nothing but quality shoes and they were not going to refund it because they had already been worn. I in return told her that if they were confident in their quality product they would not have such a ridiculous policy. She shook her head and denied it. I asked for contact information of someone who is higher up in the company and she was quick to say fine. I will just call them right now. she made the call and needless to say, she did not come back out. The woman we had been talking to prior to the manager came out and took the receipt out of our hands and finally gave us a refund.Long story short, I would just save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere. You never know, you may get a faulty shoe and be stuck with it due to their terrible policy. If youre in the Tacoma Mall, smart choice would be going to Nordstroms, or another well known/better rated store.Terrible customer service, low quality, awful return policy. Would give it less than 1 star if it was possible.

Nykia assisted my daughter and I and she is amazing, her customer service is top notch and her memory of her customers surpassing 90% of sales people I have encountered. I will come back again due to her service.
Worst customer service by far firstly let me start off with what happened to me bought my wife a pair of boots for christmas took them home to wrap them opened the box and there where 2 different boots in the box -_-. Went back to get the correct pair of boots and they said no they cant do that. I had to speak to 3 different people before I could get the right boots on order. Placed my order 18 dec 2012 they said they will call me when my boots came in never got a call. My wife has called everyday or so gets a different story each time. Walked into the store they say my order was not placed till the 2nd of Jan 2013 and said her boots would be here today its now the 16th still no call and no boots. They dont or should I say wont give me a direct answer as to where the boots I paid for are. Let alone dont carry the size she wears in store ever size 8-8.5. They are extremely unorganized and quite frankly morons dont waste your time or money go to a different mall or just order on line...... FYI still waiting on her boots

Brittaney store manager has no customer service skills whats so ever went into the store to return two shirts which I was told at other location I would be able to with no problems she wouldnt gave me the customer service number and pretty much wouldnt even help me after this interaction with this location wouldnt suggestion buying anything from them worst services I had I. A long time.
