Do not do business with this guy he’s a shyster. The only good reviews he has he probably put them on himself he took my 85 bucks and that was it then came back and try to hold me up with high prices and a lot of BS about diagnostic stuff and he didn’t diagnose anything. Did that honor what he said he was going to do. However I did do some more checking and found a really good company and a professional honest I had a really good prices it’s called Ben’s appliance service Tacoma. They were great.

It is amazing that this con artist hasnt been arrrested (maybe he has?).Put aside the absolutle worst customer serivce you will ever receive, and the rudest person ever, nevermind his inability to actually repair broken applainces,...the fact that this guy has zero INTENTION to perform the work he is charging people to do is criminal (Its called FRAUD).Remember if a contractor in todays world will not take credit cards (not even with an added service fee for prosessing) there is a reason. The reason is that it is not possible to regain your money through a dispute resolution process like with a credit card payment. Once this guy gets some of your money (to buy parts allegedly), he just disappears. Shouldnt a proper business have an account with its parts vendors? Probably has stolen from them too.If he has your phone number and your money, you will never get him on the phone again. I had to use several different numbers to bypass his blocking attempt and when I finaly got him on the phone, he tried to scold me for not calling from my numberand was noticibly aggrivated that I tricked him into talking to me.Sadly I was one of the desprate ones who got invoved with this theif, trying to fix a problem quickly without going through the reviews like a modern, smart, consumer.

Came out and charged $85 and said he was ordering a drain repair kit and it should be here in a week (2 weeks ago) He never called back and never came back. Won’t return our calls. I understand waiting but no communication doesn’t make me feel as though he will ever come back

This place took my $ 500.00 and disappeared...owner has refused to follow through...DO NOT USE THIS PLACE !!!!!

Called to have my Speaker Bar looked at and said I hope it’s something simple since last used I unplugged moved and placed it carefully and plugged into my new place and it did not power up.But the man said we stay away from people that say I hope this is something simple.Needless to say he didn’t want o work on my speaker.I was bummed out since I’m from California and don’t know where to go around here in Tacoma.

First I called like 5 times hoping someone would answer, when someone finally did I was told to bring my TV in at 3:30 PM. When I brought it across town no body was there. I called & called, I knocked & knocked on the door but nothing! What kind of business does that to a customer willing to pay to get an item repaired? I feel duped! Thanks Mr. TV

Only place I could find that I could bring my appliance into have it fixed. They did a diagnosis of my microwave for $40. Took 2 weeks and cost $200 total. Still cheaper than having to buy a new one. I would use these guys again.

Terrible service. Don’t take your TV or anything to this person. Cannot express enough how terrible my experience was with this person
