Dont even think Id rate it a 1! Went in today at 10am trying to cash my TWENTY FIVE DOLLARR scratch ticket and the lady kept asking me if i was sure that was the amount(rudely) i kept saying yes and the last time she asked i asked her why she was being so rude to me i did nothing so she asked me to go somewhere else i said why? And she said ive had many people come in and tell me its one amount and then i end up not having enough! I proceeded to nice ask her to just cash it in for me and told her she needs to stop taking other peoples action out on me!!did i do it? No!!
