It gets the job done for needing some sort of last minute costume. Theres been a growing trend with these stores feeling less atmospheric and more clinical. I cant blame the workers but the store I went to was absolutely torn to pieces. Random costumes hung in random spots, trash on the floor, etc. There was also zero effort to enforce a mask policy. Children and adults alike running around screaming with masks off, cramming shoulder to shoulder in line without any respect for personal distance, employees with masks below their mouths to talk over the noise. Its a shame to see what these pretty cool seasonal stores have become

The store manager was very knowledgeable about the animatronics and made my choices so much easier.

Store was pretty cleaned out for decorations and the employees on the floor got rude if you tired to look at things around them while they were putting back items. Ill just go to another store.

This has to be the most ridiculous location in the old pier one imports building it couldnt be more cramps. Have to wait in line to get in and it doesnt seem like they have the selection that they used to and people does running into each other And after all that Im just gonna purchase online, much easier.

We took back a costume that my step son wore for a birthday party. Didnt want to keep it. So, yeah.......they refunded our money no problem.

Decent little store with lots of stuff squeezed into a small space. Limit of 70 ppl in store. Severe lack of parking. Lines at the register are no too long. Very crowded inside even with the 70 person limit.

Didnt have a very big selection but the few things they did have were really cool.

They have alot of things but way to over priced! At 45 to 50 bucks a pop just for one costume. Add that to having to get them for my wife and myself and 3 kids...thats a redicules amount of money. And you havent even bought any things to accent the costumes! Id go elsewhere. Kool stuff but will break the bank if you are buying for more than one or 2 ppl. Especially in these times. Just shows its about making the most $ possible even during a pandemic

I went there yesterday. The first day they have opened. They have a great selection of returning decorations and new ones too. Will come back again!
