At the beginning of the pandemic we reached out to Burkart Practice Support Team. The feed back and reports given to us were customized for our office and our needs. The team brings their added training and knowledge from working in the dental field. I feel we were given more useful information in our first meeting for our office to make the changes we needed than we have ever been given with other practice managers, who we had paid for years.

Burkhart has been our local dental supply company for many, many years. My dentist (Dr. Carroll) told us why she does business with them. It goes back to the dental board exams of 1987. At that time, they were donating all dental supplies to the board candidates.....free! Fast-forward to our current times and this is what our team says about Burkhart: Our sales rep, Marlon has been wonderful. He knows his business. Hes very thorough with his follow up and is always looking for ways to help our dollar go further by paying attention to free goods or discounts with the products we normally buy. And when Dr. Carroll went to Cambodia to provide dental care at an orphanage, Marlon was quick to offer free products for the kids. No company is perfect but what we do know about Burkhart is that they care about the quality of their business.

We have been working with Burkart for many years and have had nothing short of excellence from customer service and repair services. They are always prompt, professional and go above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need!

Very friendly staff. However I had them out Feb 2nd to perform maintenance which was fine. June i asked them to come out to repair an oil leak on our pump which the tech said it was the hose clamps that needed to be tightened down and hoses replaced. Had that completed and it began leaking oil same day. I called within a weak of the repair and they said they will still need to charge again for a tech to come fix the item which was already suppose to be handled with no type of compensation or interest in honoring work that was already paid for a week prior. Also had a sales rep out to bid on a new pump to give our system a larger capacity. over 2 weeks went by without a word. I called a few times and finally got a text saying i would receive the quote that day. It has been another 2 days with no quote and no further communication. Friendly staff, bad service. Not worth the price or the headache of wondering if it will every be set right.

Dishonest, unreliable with an utterly incomprehesible billing/invoicing system. Did not keep their promises multiple times (8-10 times in 2 months) with me. Cut their reps off at the knees - the promises the reps make to you the company will break for sure. Do not do business with them no matter what they promise, unless you are ready to take them to court.
