Fast response time, and real people actually answer the phone when you call! Would definitely recommend. They used heavy commercial parts, and cleaned up after themselves.

I used Davis Door years ago when I worked in Olympia, and needed them today to get our overhead door repaired here at Olympic Moving and Storage in Federal Way. When I called, the woman on the phone was nice, and their serviceman was here within 2 hours. The door was repaired in less time than expected. He had the parts we needed with him in the service truck. 5-star!!
