We were just at this great little shop. They make some awesome Tacoma themed products. Pat and Gail have been doing our shirts for us since we opened. They do an excellent job with screen printing and embroidery and have excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

This was the worst customer service experience I had ever had. My first day there, the gentleman was very nice. We went over my designs, I gave him pictures and told him what I wanted. He quoted me a price and a time frame from start to finish. After his quote I told my customers of the price of the shirts and began collecting money to afford the first batch. When I had enough for the shirts I went back and a lady took my order instead. I told her and the man the same designs and started the process. The time projection was about two weeks. After 3 weeks, no progress was made. I stayed in email contact and walked in to check and see if there was anything I could do to help the promise. She lied repeatedly giving me dates the shirts would be done, but after 6 weeks of phony time projections the shirts werent done. She said she put other customers ahead of me, and made the excuse that her team was sick and couldnt work on my shirts. That was BS because she admitted after that she hadnt even ordered my shirts (around the 5 week mark). On top of that, when she quoted me my price it was 50% more expensive than the original quote. I told her what the gentleman said, he was there at the time, and denied the quotes he gave me. After a few days I told emailed them telling them that my customers were waiting week after week for the product they paid for, and I asked they honor the first price they quoted me this once so I could afford it. They denied me. I also asked that even if it took 6 months to finish the shirts, they tell me the accurate time so I could tell my customers when theyd get their shirts. They told me lies and kept me waiting weeks after.When the shirts were done, not only were some of the sizes wrong, but the colors were wrong as well.I went there because everyone recommended them as the best around, but for some reason they decided to treat me like garbage. I checked their reviews and someone else wrote the same experience I have, so I guess they choose who they treat well and who they mistreat.Never have I been lied to and delayed so consistently. It was very hard to be patient, but they dropped the ball every chance they could.It seems theres a percentage chance of getting treated well here, but I lost out on the odds.The plus side is, that after checking other Tshirt shops in Tacoma I found many who honor their deals, and their starting price is about 60-70% of the cost of T Towns products.Do not shop here if customer service is important to you. Ive never been let down so hard and so consistently by any company.
