Used to be great here. Ive come here twice recently to buy a couple hundred dollars worth of bolts. Doors were locked at 8:30 am. Both times, an employee looked up at me from the counter and looked back down. Today I noticed a sign inside the store that said, Wholesale Accounts Only. $20 Purchase or more must be made. The company I work for has an account and theyre the closest spot for what we need (And we do go there alot). Not anymore. I dont know what sort of management strategy this is but its costing them money.

I work for Fastenal in Lakewood and I can say you can never go wrong going to a fastenal store for your handy needs. If its tools or supplies you need. This store has some amazing employesss. I guarantee if you need something the the GM Jordan she has you covered and will make sure you get what you need.

I needed a few bolts in a pinch and no one else seemed to have it. They were very fast and helpful. 10/10 would shop here again.
