I seldom need help with my searches, but anytime I do the help and service given is always informed, attentive, and urgent. This is, quite literally, the best place I have ever been in my entire life. They had over a hundred oracle and tarot decks, they had dozens of journals, statues of deities, every culture in there is respectfully placed and seperated from each other. Everyone working there was so kind. The store is well lit, easy to spot from the outside, and clean both inside and out. They had information cards for every candle they sell too. Its so beautiful and Im going to be shopping here and Positive Vibes in Federal Way (they recommended this store actually).On a personal note, I really loved the selection of Greek deities. Im an exmormon and have a lot of religious trauma... It just felt really good to stand in your store and be able to say yeah, I belong here instead.

Jewerly, incense, teas, stones, amulets, gifts, fairies, gnomes, charms, dragons, even day of the dead pieces, kachina dolls and a zoltar machine! We take a dollar bills every time we go in. They even have a studio for tea brewed for you!

Very comfortable atmosphere and space for readings (tarot, astrology, intuitive, etc.), and a huge selection of gifts, knick-knacks, and a wide assortment of magic-related books and items. Tons of incense and candles, and a few massive dragon statues can be found here, as can a diverse array of sculptures of ancient gods and goddesses. Very helpful and kind staff, and seems quite family friendly.

Went there this weekend to support the artists at the Fairy festival. And what a delight. Many costumed vendors and attendees. Great booths and awesome creativity on display. Great weather didnt hurt either. Only on site food vendors could have made this free fest better. I took home a gorgeous painting and an artisanal loaf of cheese bread. The artwork inside and outside the building is worth a stop on its own.

I recently went to crescent moon for the first time to find some stones for good luck at my new job. I was helped by a very kind gentleman named Michael, whose knowledge of the stones was amazing. He explained how green is for luck and was able to recommend me the perfect stones. He also pointed me towards the candles (green for luck) and incense to complete my meditation ritual. I will definitely be back!

I don’t know why I waited so long to write about this but I’m going to now. Back in March 2019 I signed up for a fair to sell some of my stuff. Hoping that I could sell stuff through the store. This was also my first fair ever of me trying to be a vendor. I paid half of the deposit then they canceled it because of Covid. They didn’t offer to refund me my money just said that they would hold onto it until the next fair. Which at this point in the not being until another year later. And also I no longer live in the area. I will never come to the shop again and anyone who tries to talk about it I’m gonna tell him that you guys just rip people off. My experience with this was so terrible that I don’t know if I’ll ever sign up to do a fair again with anyone. This used to be one of my favorite stores. There response for not giving my money back, they are a small business and need all the help they could get. I was single struggle to support myself. All I had was 30$ a week for my own groceries….. you said it was an act of god that prevent me getting the refund back. Yet insurance companies and everything else in the world doesn’t consider it an act of god. Maybe if you’ll would have treated me better I wouldn’t have posted this.

I really loved all the stock that was in the store! I almost found all the herbs I was looking for, but I found the majority. Fantastic selection of cards, crystals, books, herbs and resins. Nearly any subject I wish to study, there are supplies.

A really good selection of metaphysical tools. Most the employees there have really good energy (which is very important) and intent and on-point suggestions and are knowledgeable about their items. I just wished they had a little more insight on stone and gem care. I prolly ruined my necklace and thats on me, but I got no answers on how to fix it or avoid the same problem in the future.

I really like this store but with all honesty I wish they had more latino and spanish items. The only things I could find were some dia de los Muertos items and Santa Muerte statues.

This is the biggest/best metaphysical shop there is! They have everything you need & more && super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful associates. I usually have to bring my toddler with me and they always help me find what I need quickly and will hold my items at the counter so I dont have to juggle them along with the stroller. Okay so first of all... i love this place & Im beyond impressed. This was my first experience here and was very surprised that i wasnt harassed by staff and being followed around. Its very offputting that most stores are like that. Anyway, i was later asked if i was finding everything I needed and then left alone to do my own thing which i very much appreciate.This place is huge and the selection is ridiculous. They have absolutely everything. I actually came in for a pendulum specifically but ended up leaving with a bag full of goodies. It was worth the drive and i will definitely be coming back!! Highly recommend!!!

Today was my first experience in the store with my 11 month old son and my boyfriend- and right off the bat they were all very friendly and eager to answer questions! I talked with one of the employees a little as well! I didnt look around the whole store as much as i would have liked, only because i sort of knew what i wanted going in there since i looked at their facebook. (They were not busy at all when we went in around 1ish) I didnt realize it while checking out, but im guessing since I mentioned that it was our first time in they gave me a 30% off discount! I cant thank you guys enough for that kind gesture i wasnt expecting! We will definitely be back as i want to check out every bit of the store!! Such a cool place and definitely could be in here for hours!!

I have watch this establishment grow from it’s smaller store on sixth Avenue to it’s now larger location. The people here are always nice, and you can really enjoy a nice cup of tea at the Tea-bar. I have received quality readings from several of their readers, and I always appreciate the clothing. I come back to the store every year when I visit the Tacoma area.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Beware, this place is all about getting you in and out as quickly as possible and really doesnt care about your experience there at all. Dont get me wrong, I understand that these are difficult times with COVID restrictions and I have been to several places that I am well prepared for the fact that I am going to have to stand in line when I get there. However, this place is the first that has ever made me feel like the wait in line was not worth it. I was visiting this store for the first time, 1/10/21, and my first experience to the place was having an egg timer shoved into my hand as I walked in the door and being told that I had 30 minutes. Not a good start. The vibes that I felt when I walked in were awful (which is pretty important for most customers of a metaphysical store). I now felt this stressful pressure to hurry with my 30 minutes counting down. The irony of all of this is that they only had about 3 employees (that I could see anyway), working the store. So getting anything done quickly, like looking at locked up items or checking out, is near to impossible. There was one working the egg timers at the door, one working the floor, and one working the register. So I had to wait 10-15 minutes just to get the rings out that I wanted to look at. The floor worker was busy at the knives section. I patiently waited, and as I finally got to look at the rings with her, my timer went off. The girl working the floor that got the rings for me was very polite and did not pressure me at all as I turned it off, however, and elderly lady (the one working the register) quickly approached me and told me that I had to wrap it up, that there was a large line out front....I was so shocked and angry at her approach that I was REALLY second guessing my purchase of the $80 jewelry that I had in my hand. If the ring hadnt been the perfect replacement of a lost birthday gift, I would have dropped everything and told them that they just lost a sale. After warring with myself as to whether to give them my money or not, I decided to just make it my last trip ever to this store. I then went and stood in a 15 minute checkout line!! I am not even kidding. There were roughly 10-15 people in line when I went to check out. So this lady actually took the time to come and be rude to me, cutting me off from shopping at the store in order to hurry me out the door, when there was a good 15-20 minute wait in line just to be able to leave. Unbelievable. They really need to rethink their strategy here. Remember that a customers experience affects whether or not they will ever come back (in this case NOT). The assembly line strategy is not a good one. There are plenty of businesses dealing with the challenges of lines for their clients with COVID restrictions and none of them have made me feel as angry or insulted as your egg timer, push them out even while looking, while not even providing the right amount of staff to even get them through in a timely manner strategy . I would work on this or you are likely to lose more than me as a customer.

I could live in this store. I have been in here several times and I still managed to spend an hour in there today looking at everything and flipping through Tarot books. The employees are very knowledgeable on their items. Crystals, books, talismans, cards etc. And so friendly! Definitely my favorite store!

I really wanted to like this shop. I heard so many great things about it but when I visited it wasnt as I expected. It seems like a lot of hobby items. And Im in the market for more specific items. They did have beautiful fairy and dragon figures.
