You think if you spend over $1400 worth on golf clubs they can at least give you a ball marker or a golf ball. Was not impressed seems like they just wanted to make a sale. Sadly disappointed. Probably will not be a returning customer.

My husband ordered new clubs a month ago. Was told they would arrive 2 weeks after the order. Last Saturday drove to Tacoma to pick up the last club that my husband called in advance and confirmed was in. When I arrived I was told it had not been delivered yet. When my husband went back today the club had been in there store room for the past two weeks. For the amount of money spent on these clubs i would expect better customer service.

Found some shirts, gloves and other little thing my friend needed.

Wide selection of everything golf, at reasonable prices. Would rate higher if they didnt try to sell me a used club at new-club prices the first time I was there...so watch for that. Or just go to a different one.

Great experience with this shop. I was looking for a specific set of Callaways, and not only did they have them in stock, they made a special call to their warehouse to get them on a delivery truck bound for the Tacoma location so that I could pick them up that same afternoon. Staff members are all very knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile to help. Excellent selection and very competitive prices!

After struggling with my new irons (initially thought it was just a learning curve) I thought I might need to trim the shafts 1/2 inch since I was fitted for 1/2 inch long. Spoke with Pro Golf Technician and after three swings he pointed out a problem with my grip (gripping to high on the club). Problem solved!

Very lage, well stocked store. Putter selection is excellent. Being a left handed golfer, most stores have very limited left handed selection to look at.. This store has much more than others.

Extremely helpful. Product knowledge was first class. No pushy sales people. Fair prices. And when I told my sales guy that I had lost my Calloway Rogue driver head cover he went in the back room and came out with a brand new one for me... no cost. Great experience.

They took an hour to assist me, and I had to ask a rep about their procedures for helping customers. Luckily, he let me hit 3 woods with about 45 balls... Ended up spending $350 for a 3 wood, luckily I needed it for tomorrow...

Great store for all your golf needs. The staff at the Tacoma store are friendly and will go all out for their customers. Id like to give a shout out Mack, one the sales associates in the Tacoma Store, he helped my wife exchange her defective GPS Watch and gave her some advice in another brand to replace it with. They also some sort of sales going on all the time.

Pro golf is the best golf store period. They have great prices and great selection. Brand new products and many close outs. Whenever i go there i always see something new that i have to have!

Stood around the store and the sales staff just looked at me finely after 30min. Someone finely asked if they could help I asked some questions and kind of got just kicked to the curb told me they dont like people trying there merchandise and thin going on line to get a better deal.

Staff were very cool and helpful. The less than 5 stars is a direct reflection of the company and not the staff at the store. They had a 150% trade in deal for old clubs. But that is based on the low end and when I did the math the value is around or even less than the high end of a trade in value. Anyhow I will not buy anything from Pro Golf ever again based on sheer principle. Golf is a game of integrity and I do not appreciate feeling like I am getting some sort of a deal that is really no deal at all

Im undating my 4 star review today to a 5 star review. I rarely go back and give a store higher marks but today they went above and beyond. I went into the store today for a new set of irons. My last fitting was 10 years ago and took forever but I felt like I had clubs for me. Today my initial visit I bought clubs but never felt satisfied that I had been fit for the clubs. I went back later in the day and had a detailed conversation as to why the same detailed fitting wasnt as necessary and what to expect from my news irons. They truly went above and beyond. Cant wait to get my grips on and play with the new clubs. Thank you guys.

I purchased a set of clubs and was given excellent service by Matt. The fitting showed me that the clubs I thought I wanted were not the clubs I needed.After a couple months one of the irons had an issue. I returned the club and they were able to get the manufacturer to authorize an exchange over the counter...no waiting for new clubs! Couldnt be happier!

Always have my lf handed clubs at a huge discount I got a whole driver set for about 100 bucks what a deal and as being a beginner it works great for me

Lots of options and excellent help for beginners and pros

Lost my wallet in the store about a week ago, it was full of cash cards and IDs... Over a week has passed and Friday got a call saying they found my wallet! Went down and picked up this afternoon and literally had the exact amount of cash and everything in tack.Although maybe not a shopping experience, it should give an idea about the type of management and employees the store has. They are trustworthy, honest and simply put, just good people.
