It was an awful experience. Ive been to many lids, and have had great experience! Today I went in to get custom hat done. The worker at the counter knew that the embroidery machine was messing up, and it seemed like he had no idea what was going on. So, instead of telling me the machine was down and he wasnt 100% on how to use it... he wasted 3 hours and kept telling me to come back. Finally after the 3rd hour he tells me he cant do it... I will not be going back to this location.

Best hat place, just it can get expensive fast.

I bought a Seattle Mariners hat for $10. It was a nice hat. Good condition. The same hat was $17 down the hallway at another store. This place will get my business every time!

Lids always has a lot of new hats. I picked up this Dope hat.

Quality caps and friendly staff. Bransen is the dude who helped me out and I appreciated the service. I ended up buying more caps than I planned. I dont know if Im upset or happy about that. 5 stars anyway!

The staff is nice, very knowledgeable on sports. They make sure that they get the embroiderys correct.

Really bad customer service. No one acknowledged me or asked if I needed help. Totally ignored. Decided not to waste my money if no one asked to help me. I would have bought something if there would have been any customer service. Guess they dont realize the customers are what give them their jobs.

Basko is the best. Even tho he is my dad. His daughter, Bransen, is a very hard worker and give much appreciation to this family business. Even cousin Kyle is great. I feel so welcome in their store. Love the experience everytime I go. Ive bought multiple of hats from them and accessories and I love the work they do when they embroider my hats.

Love the selection BUT their online shopping is terrible.went into go buy a hat and asked about my online order it was there.abd picked up the hat but not the hoodie.they said Id get a confirmation saying its ready for pick up.well for one,i never got the email for the hat and for 2 they gotta stretch out the full free day shipping MOST places Ive had shipped out got to me at least 3 to 4 days early.wont be doing business again.at least online that is.lets hope ill get my hoodie tomorrow if not then itll be outside that window and hopefully get something to compensate up for it and never got told either about since i ordered it on new years that it was 5 to 7 BUSISNESS DAYS.
