The Epic Industrial Team did a great job fitting my prototype hydraulic lift dolly with an integrated electric hydraulic system with a manual backup. They went above and beyond by doing stress/load testing of the prototype and adding some important safety features to make it stronger and safer. David, Patrick and Doug listened very carefully and asked key questions - then developed some very creative solutions to meet my requirements. Epic Industrial is now my go-to team for anything requiring hydraulics.

If I could give 10 stars I would! We are building a new business, DRIVEN Collision Centers, in downtown Puyallup. Last week someone broke into our construction site and stole our (new to us - only six hours) Hotsy pressure washer, amongst other items. We posted about it on our social media account to try and track it down.We received a really nice private message from Shannon Gregory of Epic Industrial asking us to share the serial number so that Epic could put an alert in their system if anyone tried to bring the stolen property in for service.Yesterday we received an email from the folks at Epic that they were going to give us some amazing pricing and help to replace our stolen items. COMPLETELY ABOVE AND BEYOND!They will have our business for life!!!!!

We needed help locating seals for our hydraulic press. We use the hydraulic press daily for some of the work that we do; and it was important that we complete the repair quickly so that we could continue to assist our customers. John at Epic Industrial went above and beyond to make sure that we got back to work quickly. We are grateful that there are people like him keeping customer service a top priority. We highly recommend them!

I was told by a factory service center, (based on the tests that they told me to perform), that the cutter wheel hydraulic motor on my stump grinder was bad. (Only $2800 for a new one). I pulled the motor and brought it to Epic Industrial. Dave, had doubts that the motor was bad, based on his experience and some quick and inexpensive tests that they had run. He advised to bring the whole machine in, which I did. He ran some tests and found this crazy mechanical linkage problem. The bill was like 1/6th of a new hydraulic motor, which would not have fixed the problem anyway! The hydraulic pump on the machine wasnt engaging fully and causing a loss of torque to the motor. Dave is a true technical troubleshooter and a hydraulics genius in my opinion. This whole crew is great, from the front desk to all in the shop! Epic Industrial comes highly recommended from THIS guy!!

I asked them for a quote to rebuild and upgrade controls for 3 100t presses. No response! They dont answer there phone and I have even been directly to there shop. I went to them because they are local. There web sight has no contact email address as well. Not sure how they stay in business.On the good note there quotes are much lower than other local companies.

Couldnt work on my air compressor but they took the time to help me find a place to call for service. Thank you for the great customer service.
