I have an event that I needed an outfit for, though with it being my first lingerie party ever, I was overwhelmed! Thankfully, I was able to feel excited for the event after Lenas help.With a simple question, Lena responded with questions to furthermore understand what I wanted out of this outfit and showing their vast knowledge while being friendly. Sharing ideas from colors, to brands, to different styles, and giving helpful sizing tips. Lena also encouraged self confidence which is what you want when youre feeling exposed in more ways than one!I have Lena to thank for all of their help to make this event something Im looking forward to and showing off what I got!

Normally this is my go to store and I always get the best customer service. However today I was told I can not try anything on but I can exchange it within 30 days. They say if people exchange an item it sits in the back for 24 hours and we all know the virus lives on surfaces longer than that lol. So I asked if I buy it... can I try it on in the store even over my shirt? The woman told me no....so I went to my car and tried it on. Thankfully it fit.....but as far as customer service it was aweful and the manager probably hates her job.

I did find a couple of cute pieces of lingerie but they arent letting you exchange items. So even when the worker tells you that a robe is for a large male and it actually was for a female, you cant exchange it. I would have tried it on to see if i could tell but we werent allowed. So its kind of a buyer beware purchase.
