**UPDATED**I went in to have a somewhat simple modification done on a $35 wrench that was a little too thick for the slots on the corresponding part.. There was some miscommunication about what I was wanting done and wasnt very satisfied with how it first turned out.. Initially I wrote 2-Star Review and admittedly I can be a bit of a pesky customer so I was probably a little harsh, because they reached out to me right away in order to make things right..I must say that this was simply a cosmetic issue and didnt have anything to do with its function.. Being a relatively cheap wrench I had already tried a couple others that had the same fitment issue, so I didnt want to buy an even more expensive one and end up to having it milled down too.. Well, long story short, I dropped it off the next day, we got all the details worked out, got the call around an hour later and now it works perfect, AND IT LOOKS GREAT!!I appreciate the them taking the job when it wasnt exactly their regular sort of thing, but I appreciated it even more they reached out right away in order to make it right.. He also offering a full refund, which he insisted, but I insisted he kept the money (because he did the work, and nothing is free), be he refused, so I split it 50/50 slapped it down on the machine and thanked him one more time as I waved goodbye.. And to me, THAT was a display of true customer service and integrity!. They took ownership of the situation and proved their commitment to a job well done.. So, if they are willing to take me on again as a customer in the future, and if I ever have another project of this sort then Ill be sure to bring it to them first.. so now I just need to remember to be a little more specific next time..

I needed some customized set scews, they did a nice job at a reasonable price. Exactly what I asked for.
