Stopped in asking for an appointment to mount some new tires I had purchased online. They said drop it off next day. Fairly priced and ready when promised. Super easy and top notch service. Will only bring my bike(s) here from now on. They earned a lifelong customer. Its so easy! These guys are great. I had a blowout on the way to Aberdeen. I was in desperate need of tires. I just bought the bike and was riding it home to California. They got me in right away, got my tire done, and I was back on the road. I couldnt be happier!

Dont know of a whites but mpg max on the other hand is a joke. This guy tried to scam me out of a lot of money. Hes lucky I didnt punch him in his smug little face. Dont go to this guy. Stay away.

Very professional. Fair prices and easy to work with. Sent my bike in with a couple of stuck header bolts. Unfortunately they couldnt remove one of them but they were fair and fast with labor. They did everything in their power to remove it and gave me really good options to get it fixed.

The guys are quick and knowledgeable. Easy to work with and good communication. Takes a bit of time to get certain custom orders in, but nothing worth doing should be rushed.

Turned my wheels in for my new dual sport tires to be installed and I had them on the day after I turned them in for service (it was the end of the day). The lady that relayed info to me about the new inner tube I needed (because I had popped my previous one from trying to install it myself) was great, friendly, and professional. Whites motorcycle service is definitely a go to.

Dropped by to get a new rear tire mounted & balanced. Took about an hour and was the lowest price I could fine in Tacoma (at least without buying tires from the same place). Both the tire and rim were in good condition when I got it back. Would go back again.

My motorcycle was stolen and it was a genuine nightmare. When recovered it was absolutely trashed. These guys did a fantastic job getting my bike back together and running perfectly. They came and picked up my bike when I got it out of the impound lot. Fantastic work, good rates, I really appreciate all theyve done for me!

Wow let me say how disappointed I am. I truly liked this shop until I had to order a part well they told me it was on back order which is fine but 3 months later not contacting me to let me know my part is in was BS than when I finally do get ahold of them they tell me “Hey yeah it’s here” but don’t inform me that I should come pick it up that day because they will be out of town from the 25th to the 7th!? Okay fine so I wait and come on the 8th guess what closed so come the 9th and still closed I’m extremely disappointed in the owner when I tell him I already ordered another one because it’s been 3 months with absolutely no communication he wants to tell me “well I can’t refund you your money because it’s a special order part (right side peg and break mount) are you kidding me what a flipping joke never again will my friends or I use this shop due to the way the owner treated me and how unprofessional they were. Oh and by the way I ordered somewhere else got same part in a week not 3 months... what a joke! Not one message left phone doesn’t lie and no ones throwing a temper tantrum just informing people that you and your shop are a joke and that you basically stole money from me because you cant put a part on your shelf to make a customer happy. My buddy wanted to buy a chain from you so the only thing he was sizing up was your unprofessional customer service and you’re accusing someone of being a thief I’d watch your tongue. Isn’t it funny all these 1 star reviews and you got a response for them all maybe you should address your issues and stop pointing the finger don’t sound like a very good business owner to me hope you learn to train better and treat the people that pay your bills with more respect and professionalism smh

Worst decision I ever made my Harley was in 4 a complete tear down & they were suppose 2 redo the whole bike the bike was there 7mo the mechanic was so slow & unorganized I spent $3000 + & when I was told the bike was finished I went 2 go pick the bike up so I could ride it home half of the parts were Jimmie rigided I could even start the bike 2 begin with seat wasnt eve n attached the left grip came off with very little effort exhaust wasnt even on right they were suppose 2 replace parts I bought 4 that bike that werent even put on got a bunch of excuses from Matt white the owner why the bike I paid alot of money 2 have done wasnt done do not bring any work here 2 Matt Whites motorcycle service on 2725 s ash st in tacoma off of center street so now I have a 600 lbs paper weight

Very fair price. I got new tires put on. Took a few hours but I was happy with the end product. It would have been nice if they took advantage of the tires being off and washed the wheels a little bit. Its those little things that really make you want to recommend a place. I think he might have cleaned my chain though so thats cool! I think I found a new scratch but cant be sure if it happened there.

Good bike shop. Brought my cruiser in for carb work. The shop was fair about the work performed. The owner deals directly with the customers. He is an honest and fair guy with a good attitude. I would definitely go back for future issues.

Got some new tires mounted and balanced here yesterday and these guys are great. They were able to throw the tires on right away, no wait. The price was very good. Definitely would recommend this place!

Worst customer service. I brought my bike in and it never ran the same. Ended up loosing money and felt scammed.

Tire replacement torn sidewalk. No voicemail or call back. Luckily the tire was brand new and I got it replaced for free. Considering the damage on the tire, would have liked to get my $30 back for putting a hole in it. But I’ll cut my losses and not go back here and recommend the same.

If you want your bike back fast I wouldn’t go here. They bought parts without our knowledge of course we paid for it but a heads up would have been nice. Now the bike is missing a part that wasn’t missing before. Not going back!

Matt and his team are friendly and knowledgeable. The shop is small but well-equipped; you might notice the local vibe when pulling up to the shop, if not, you will certainly notice after speaking with the owner or any of the other techs on site. You can tell that they are sincere in what they do, and for that I have no concerns in referring Whites motorcycle shop to my friends and family.

Not happy with their service at all so they put a tire on my friends motorcycle two days after I put the tire on my friends motorcycle.Couple days later the timer flat obviously the mechanic and Im using that word loosely Prince the true band pop the two so instead of them guys honoring what happened they charged me for it another $40 for another inner tube.And then $60 for the labor so it turned out to be $100 again when it was their fault from the beginning.Okay so I pull up I asked a guy how long its going to take about an hour and a half I say he says yeah about an hour? hour-and-a-half!!So I asked is there a place that I can sit down and get a drink and some food tells me up to block I go up the block I drop the bike off at 12pm I come back at 2:48 and theyre just leaving to go get it in a tube for😣So I asked what time did I drop the bike off he says I wouldnt look at the time. I said I did long story short not happy with their customer service the guy charged me $80 but then the he went and talked to the owner owner told him to get back 20 bucks.He told him a hundred I was just about to walk over there and thank him😃 I only paid eighty bucks that went out the window quick cuz the guy came back and said give me that 20 bucks.

Going up the pacific coast and needed an oil change coming up. After another place canceled on me, he said I could bring it in the next day, and it only took an hour. Super cool dude, and real helpful.

I waited to write this review in hopes that things would be fixed.Brought in my bike with one leaking front fork. decided to go ahead and do both. Picked up my bike same day a few hours later. After the first time I got to ride it I noticed that now both front forks are leaking. Called him and he told me to stop by that same week so he can take a look. He then confirmed that now both are actually leaking and he scheduled to have me bring in the bike to replace the seals again. This time he has the bike for 2 days. He calls me to come get the bike. And nothing has changed. He says he will need to replace the bushings but he needs to order them. I drop off the bike again last Friday the 1st of june. He calls me on Tuesday and says its ready to pick up. When i get there I notice that there is still fork oil and he says that its just from reassembly. And that if its still leaking I will need to replace the fork tubes. Because now, these have vertical lines on the tubes. Which I know for a fact were not there before I dropped the bike off last friday since I never noticed in the last month but I noticed the leaking. I drive home 20 minutes away, not going over 40mph. And the leak has gradually got worse.ABSOLUTE waste of time and money. Now both forks are leaking and the tubes now have unmistakeable damage that I will have to pay more money to replace.

If you ever thinking to bike checked up on example like a full on espection. Never go this place, waste of time, money, gas and your brain. He talks like he knows his stuff and will go around things and say something else. These type of people just waste others time, and also he trys to take pictures of your bike and trys to grow his busniess. STICKLY RECCOMAND NOT TO GO TO THIS GUYS SHOP.
