My husband and I both work in professions that require standing most of the day. After years of trying different inserts for our shoes we decided to go to The Good Feet Store. I had heard about the system from a friend and I knew it wasnt cheap. I was in constant pain from plantar fasciitis by the time I gave in and made an appointment. The difference is literally life changing. It will take awhile to get used to everything, and Im not completely free of pain yet, but its discomfort now, not debilitating. I can stand on both feet properly. I feel better mentally because I wont be stuck at home because it hurts too much to go anywhere. You dont have to get the entire system, so you can get what you can afford. Its absolutely worth it.

For the past two years Id been ageing in triple time and I no longer enjoyed my long walks. Very glad I stopped into the Tacoma store. I was greeted by Summer Lawrence who was very helpful. She set me up with the devices I needed to make it easier to walk. Also bought shoes while I was there. Ms Lawrence checked on me a week later to confirm the inserts were working correctly.I would highly recommend The Good Feet Store and Ms Lawrence.

Kari was the perfect tech to show me how the system works. After five days my hip pain is gone and knee pain is reduced by half of what it was. Everyday is a better day, as my body adjusts, I praise the Lord that we made the stop and met Kari.

The VA recommended that I go to The Good Feet Store due to my high arch and foot pain. As soon as I entered the store I was greeted by their wonderful staff and their amazing atmosphere. Barbie, the associate who assisted me during this endeavor was awesome!! I have never been to a place where I felt at home where everyone was heart-felt and honest. I felt instant relief with each of the 3 step arch supports, and I havent felt that way in over 20 years! The price is a little expensive, but you also get what you pay for. I would recommend this product to anyone and will definitely recommend this store in particular due to their amazing staff!

I went into this store with high hopes. I was in a lot of pain at work, and desperate to find something to change that for my feet. I was greeted by Barbie, who set me up with a sneaker, cushions, and of course the pricey arch system. Due to the pain I was in, and desperate for relief I felt like I was easily taken advantaged of. Only 2 out of the 3 part arch system and cushions will cost you roughly $700+ without sneakers. There was no mention of their NO REFUND policy at any point during my visit. Upon getting home and unpacking, I noticed a sticker added on to each box stating that they will not allow returns. At that point I did not even want to give this arch system a try. In dismay, and after the store had closed I was able to email corporate and explain the situation. Barbie, the sales associate that had helped me did reach out and ended up refunding me. For this, I will give credit to where credit is due. However a part of the conversation still sticks with me when she condescendingly mentioned “maybe you’re having buyers remorse”. I feel as a company, if you are so confident in your products, why wouldn’t there be a satisfaction or your money back guarantee for such an expensive product? Instead the buyer is just met with “we’ll keep resizing you” as a solution. These arch supports are NOT CUSTOM MADE. During your consultation they simply measure you- The “arch system” that costs hundreds is mere plastic or other inexpensive materials. A quick google search of this company will lead you to multiple doctors, podiatrists and other medical professionals denouncing the predatory nature of this company, and the nonexistent science behind their system as well. The customer is not protected at all after investing hundreds into their products, with there faulty policy. Not to mention this stores markups are astronomical. Turns out all I needed for some relief was a pair of Brooks tennis shoes. I kept the pair Barbie sold me, the real only benefit of my purchase and good find. Online however directly from Brooks, along with free 2 day shipping the same exact pair sells for $130 - in the Good Feet Store it is $180. That’s an almost 40% markup. I hate to think about what the margins are on the full 3 step $1100+ arch system. I highly suggest you learn from my experience/review and do thorough research, and consulting with your doctor before buying from this company, along with reading their BBB complaints.

Ive suffered back, hip and knee pain for a long time. Ive seen specialists to address my pain. Ive was fitted with custom made orthotics which I could not wear. Enter Good Feet. I entered the store hobbling on a cane. After assessing my needs, I was fitted with the arch supports. I tried them on and walked around the store in an upright position. Wow! Thanks to Good Feet Im able to resume some of my favorite activities Customer service was great. I was greeted with a smile and provided excellent service. I highly recommend and would refer friends and family.

I have suffered with foot pain for a long time. I’ve bought expensive shoes specifically designed for plantar fasciitis, adjusted my life style, used inserts, exercise balls, frozen water bottles etc. My feet continued to get worse. At Good Feet I was introduced to inserts that would help strengthen my feet to regain an ideal arch, one that would not be painful. They showed me the structure of my foot compared with the ideal and how the inserts would help my feet heal and regain their strength and dependability. There’s a light at the end of the tunnel for me now! There’s a way out of this awful foot pain. It’s a worthwhile investment!

The Good Feet Store in Tacoma was really clean and inviting. The ladies were really friendly, warm and listen to me about my long history with chronic pain. Barbie only wanted to help me feel better and I never felt pressured buy. The 3 system is definitely an investment $ But an valuable investment into my well being and health for the rest of my life. I was recently being diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and I constantly work on my feet. My pain level was extremely high and my quality of life has decreased a lot recently. My lovely lady and I went into the good feet store and qas not sure what to expect. I only knew it was spendy but if it truly would help then it could be worth it. We were greeted and helped by Summer (great personality too boot) as soon as we arrived. We did make an appointment cause the process may take awhile. Every step was explained and easily understood.By the time we found what was needed I was walking upfight w little to no back and ankle pain. This was amazing as well as impressive due to it still working and noticing the difference if you choose to walk without the inserts.Needless to say we had excellent customer service and so far great results. Barbie was wonderful explained everything that was going on and showed how the supports would help strengthen and maintain the arches, took the time to let me know that everything that was going on was related to the foot problem. WOW what a great experience we had! Barbie was extremely knowledgeable, patient with our questions and so very friendly. She took time to get to know our specific needs, answer our questions and made sure we felt comfortable with our insoles. She must have spent 2 hours with us! I had orthotic implants before. Very good customer service upon walking into the door. Be advised - about $1200 (after taxes) for the inserts (three pairs). Apparently they offer financing. I had (insurance) HSA to cover most of it. That and my debit cards got me out the door. Im happy to say that the pains I experiences were alleviated almost immediately. Now when these implants go bad, I was told only $20 to replace. What I paid was an investment on my feet and future. Planning a hiking trip soon, so I need this. So glad I listened to my wife and went in. You will be glad too!

Not worth my very hard-earned dollars. I believe this foot store preys on people who are in the enormous amount of pain with hope that things will get better but wearing these actually made my feet hurt so much worse.

I had surrendered myself to believing that it would never go away. After seeing the television ads for the Good Feet Store I decided to stop in. I was greeted by Summer, a very kind and helpful sales representative. Her amazing knowledge and skill quickly got me into new shoes and arch supports. I admit, I was very sceptical. Wow! Im so surprised how much difference it has made in just a couple of weeks. I feel like Ive found a miracle. I never thought Id feel this good. This place is awesome. Summer Lawrence was patient and thoroughly concerned about getting me the right fit. I had to go back to the store because something was just not right. The consultant Barbie was very friendly and informative, and just a week in I already feel less tension in my back from using the supports. The arch supports arent inexpensive, but certainly seem to be a great health investment.

The Good feet store appeared awesome until I realized after a $1265 purchase that customer service isnt there to help aid people of their pain but for the benefit of a sale. Manager Barbie explained they would follow up after 2 weeks to make sure the 3 step insoles were working out. After a month of no follow up from The Good Feet Store” people it is greatly upsetting that they are more in business for a sale than the service of people and aiding pain. I would recommend people to go to their podiatrist and spend $400 for what is properly needed, proper care and follow up for pain in their feet, seems to be a better deal if people are in business for upselling selling unnecessary products.To make it right, I would like a full refund for product’s that was unnecessary to purchase and I will gladly return them to “ The Good Feet Store”.

Barbie helped me ! My soles of feet were killing me. It felt like someone was stabbing my heels with a knife. I was in a lot of pain. I had to rest a lot and had tried Tylenol to take the pain away. I went in to the shop and got insoles for my shoes. The correction took the pressure off of my soles. I am here to say it has worked with taking the pain away in my soles of feet. Worth the cost and now I only have to get used to the insoles :-) I’m So glad I went to the store - try it if you have the same problem as me.

DO NOT BUY THESE !! ITS A SCAM!! CHECK THE BBB. Thanks for scamming my senior father into buying $1300 inserts that are garbage. Never trust a company that refuses refunds. SCAM!! SCAM!! SCAM!! filing a complaint with the better business bureau. SHAME ON YOU!!!! Lets not even talk about how you handwrite instructions on the products and dont provide any information or instructions. The products are all available in your local stores for less than $20 each.

My feet were hopeless. Couldnt walk anymore. As a last hope before I retired from pain, I went to the Good Feet Store. I had heard my father mention them. So off I went on crutches. Was greeted by the whole staff who picked out B arbi yo work with me. She was very helpful and we tried on a couple with out much help. But 3 times a charm. I put down my crutches ...paid for them and havent had a problem since. Thank you Good Feet for giving me my life back.

This is a big rip off I spent over $700 and it hasn’t done anything to make me feel any better Matter of fact it’s gotten worse. They tell you o it could take a week or years to work I call BS! Save your money you can spend less than a $100 for the same thing. O and they tell you they will be calling you in a couple of days to see how it is working never heard from them. I feel like a fool and ripped off.

I been having feet problems for many years..I have bought many shoes from good brands ..very expensive..feet will still hurt over and over ..buying shoes returning shoes...feet always hurting..workMic in a deli..Went to The Good Feet Store..went to see what they were all about...Michael Schaaf helped me at the Tacoma Store in Washington...of me going yeah! right hes gonna help my feet...bought the inserts walked around the mall afterwards..I was amazed..didnt even know I had the inserts in my boots..this is a true miracle for me...now the next step is to wear them at work for 8 hours...You have feet problems...go to The Good Feet Store...

It was the answer to my husbands prayers. It’s help significantly with his foot pain. I on the other hand suffer from fibromyalgia which I explained when I went in. At the store the clerk explained it takes time for your feet to adjust so we paid the over $2000 for the system and all it did for me was cause horrific unbareable pain. Seeing it’s non refundable product I wasted $1000 I can’t get back. Great for my husband horrible for me. I suggest you wear them around the store for a few hours before purchasing to see if it’s right for you because once they ring you up you can’t change you mind.
