So not only did I feel taken advantage of but now they are dodging me and won’t even make it right. I figured grown up in this town I keep it local hometown business they’ve been around a while they used to have quality work now I don’t know what you would call it. A sham?a hoax ?because not only am I about to lose my front end, my car is two-tone colored because they can’t paint match but that’s not really a big deal because the paint is coming off anyway. They didn’t put all the hardware back in I’ve already lost pieces off of it they said they would make it right within the week and that was over two months ago. I’m usually not one to do these but if I can save somebody from horrible work and a lot of money wasted then so be it.

Don’t go here reading all the reviews he doin everyone the same way insurance pays up front he takes 3 months or longer to do a job and never even finished . Greg is a liar and he scamming insurance company’s bad . First estimate was 3grand turned into 10,500. First time we dealt with him he was fast but also did the insurance company same way boosted up the estimate just enough so car not totaled. He needs to be audited and shut down period .

Driving to Tahlequah from Seminole, a larger bird (perigrine Falcon?) flew into my truck grill and was stuck. Upset and panicked, I pulled into the first body shop I saw in Tahlequah. Thank goodness I stopped at Port City! They were quick to help and got us back on the road within minutes! Super friendly folks, a wonderful representation of Tahlequah🤩

I have always used them because of their good reputation and positive past experiences but they have had my car for almost three months and it has been paid for and has barely moved. Every time I go in they say this week, and it is still sitting there. They told my insurance company it would be done today and hasnt moved. They had a hail storm and are taking care of all of these other cars instead of mine. I am really frustrated and need my car. I dont have a rental. I think the labor cost should be refunded....update...now 09/18 and still not done

Better have a second vehicle, been waiting for my truck to get fix for the past 3 month they keep telling me there going to have it in Monday guess Monday wasnt come around. Will never do business here again.

I’ve gone here twice in the past month because I’ve had the worst luck with my car, between getting rear ended and getting a scratch. They have done a great job both times and have really taken care of me and in getting my car fixed, they made it look like it was brand new, not to mention I needed to clean my car and they even did that for me! 10/10!

I just got to experience Port City for the fist time in a long time, and I cant say enough about them! Excellent work, excellent customer service, quick turnaround. They made the hassle of a car repair effortless. Quick and easy from start to finish--even for a female customer (Im sometimes intimidated by car stuff!). They made me feel completely at ease, and my car looks like brand new. Thanks Port City Body Shop!!!

Do not bring your vehicle here unless you want to go without one for 5 months (they still haven’t completed it). Nobody answers the phone and when we do get to talk to someone they say “It will be done Friday.” And have said that for the last 5 months. It has been a terrible experience.

Greg got my car in the same day that I asked for an estimate, found out I had ordered the wrong headlights so I had to reorder, shop was patient, the new lights came in, they finished the job and the three step paint process was perfect and I was very happy with the job

I Went to Port City after wrecking my truck. They got me right in and got the estimate right away. The truck was a total loss so Port City wasn’t even going to make a cent from my car, but they still helped me! They stored my wrecked car until the insurance company picked it up AND helped me strip the parts I wanted to keep. I was so impressed with their operation but more than that they were willing to help when I was in a tough situation. I think it says lots about a business and the people that own it when they still do their best to help even when they don’t stand to gain anything. This is the ONLY place to go if you want good work from good people.

So a year after repairs the paint is chipping everywhere. Clear coat on front bumper has spider cracked, diffe rent shade of silver used, and several corners cut. Their lifetime warranty consists of Eh, If it gets any worse well take care of itThere are several areas that they repaired that was not reinstalled correctly, areas that are inconspicuous to most people, Ive cone across missing hardware, incorrectly installed components, and unpainted pieces. Bottom line do not let them get your insurance job.

Took them nearly 3 months only to tell me my car was totaled. If I didn’t call, I don’t think they would have updated me at all.

Not only did they do a good fixing the side of my truck but it was clean two nice job

They were supposed to put a new bumper on my truck and fix where a guy ran down the side of my truck. I get my truck back the bumper is the same as when I took it in the scratches were fixed right. Took it back to them to fix the bumper and it came back the other side pulled out to matched the side that was pulled out and my black plastic bumper guard is now loose and wont stay down. Not happy at all....
