I was exceptionally pleased with action floors and the professional and efficiency where they put in my tile floors that look like wood. They were very respectful professional and precise in the cutting of the tile around my bar and my pillars.It actually looks like real wood. Action Floors has an excellent selection and very affordable pricing. I was able to pick my carpet out and schedule install in about 5 minutes. Jeff sent his guys out to install our carpet the same week and they did an awesome job. The guys on the installation team were super sweet and one of them even took the time to educate us on proper care so that our carpet would last even longer. I love the way Jeff does business on a handshake and will definitely be choosing them for our future flooring needs.

Action Floors is the best/cheapest flooring store in Northeastern OK! Went to a bunch of places in Tulsa before we tried this awesome local place! Price was a good $0.75 a square foot cheaper than the big stores for the SAME product! Would definitely recommend these guys for any of your flooring needs!!

Excellent service and work.

My husband and I have spent a lot of money at this place for carpets, flooring and such. My husband has a rental property that we decided that we wanted to put the same flooring down we used in our own home. My husband brought them th measurements and the staff ordered the flooring without a price which was not how it was discussed a price would be figured and a call would be made so that my husband could decide if he wanted to order some then order the rest. Once the flooring came in we paid for 1/4 if he flooring picked it up and started to put it down three boxes opened and over half of the flooring was coming apart. We pulled it up brought it back and explained it was defective. It took the owner over a week to contact my husband and told him he need a lesson on how to put the floor down. Now we have already put this floor down in our own house but we needed a lesson. They saw it was defective. My husband asked for his 1000.00 back and they told him they could not do that. He asked why and they told him that this was the cost to restock it. We will never do business with this place again. The service was worthless and they got 1000.00 for no merchandise. I am very unhappy.
