This is my first and hopefully not last experience at this particular Starbucks. Both the cashier and the guy that made my drink had exceptional customer service skills, were very friendly and most importantly greeted me when I walked in. The tall gentleman cashier was very fast at processing my order and the Caribbean or African man that made my drink help me with my app and showed me how to load more funds to my Starbucks account. I appreciate good service and this was a great experience.Great work guys keep it up.

My go to for morning coffee. Great spot, often overlooked by those traveling on new Hampshire. Very fast service.

I went to this Starbucks early morning, and usually I have a great experience. This time around, there was one particular barista -the one who kind of looks like Anthony Davis-, who was just very short with me about getting a cup of water, even though I paid for something. I didn’t appreciate this at all, considering it was 95 degrees outside this day. Furthermore, when I was about to leave I noticed he was wearing slippers, which is just a safety hazard and unprofessional.

Really clean, quick service location. Limited seating for only parties of 2. Google internet is provided here. Location great for people watching

Ran out of the new Strawberry Funnel Cake frappuccinos. Bummer. But my caramel ribbon crunch was yummy.

I just went their few min ago I got the the worst treatment from a young girl Africa American worst place with worst treatment offended me Need batter Costumes servers cuz sales come from us and treating them like that it gone make you guy lose people this store is 2986 don’t want go to that place ever again

I just left this Starbucks. (7690 store) There were two women and older and younger one. The older women took my order (after she turned her eyes to the ceiling) my order she couldn’t hear me (mask 🙄) then she says what as if I’m bothering her so i lift my mask up and proceed with my order. Her whole demeanor is unprofessional. I’m waiting for about a minute and half after i pay by the register she says you a receipt i shake my head no and she says you’ll drink will be down there and continues what she was doing which was not much of nothing i was the only one in the store. Just a nasty old bitty

I was a customer at the Starbucks near pg mall and they were rude and disrespectful me many time. They looked so depression and meant; but the management never take an action so I decided to go difference one. I come to this Starbucks and they are very nice and very dedicated to my drink. People in this store are very humble, Especially Zee, she is very detail about my drink. Today she made a customize drink and it was tasty.. thank you team and Zee.

Update: I love coffee!!! I wanted to start by saying that. But one thing I have learn is that is the people that make a different. Every time I come here I always get a friendly welcome, with everything going on in the world is always nice to see a smile and a great attention to the little details. That make change someone’s day. Like I always say to my friends and family the Starbucks at Langley park “ that’s is my Starbucks”.

Dirty place! 6 dollars. For this place! Abs the worst tasting tea ever! You dont even taste the the chi!

There’s one older barista who always has a attitude taking peoples order. If you don’t want to work call out.

I got a great cup of coffee and a history lesson

A very small and crowded Starbucks. Intrigued by the advertisement popped up in Google Maps I ordered a cinnamon flavored coffee. The staff were nice and helpful, birthday almost $6 for coffee its off-putting. I am sure there are more comfortable at affordable places in the area.

The Starbucks is very small and not kept clean. There is little to no space to sit even when the shop is empty. Some work came out from the back, I think she was the manager and in a aggressive tone told me to get out my chair . The reason why is because the table had been moved but I was not disturbing anyone and when I did move she didn’t bother to move the table that was causing the issue so there no real point. It’s mainly the tone she used because I work in customer service and there’s a way to talk to people.

This Starbucks is terrible. It is tiny, in a really bad area, has nothing in stock and there was only one Barista working today. One. And she was doing everything. Hats off to her but poor management

Upon entering none of the staff speak to you unless you’re a police officer... otherwise they just ask “How May I help you?” with a straight face. I agree with other reviewers: no one is forcing them to work here so they could be more friendlier to ALL customers.

Ive been coming to this place for 5+ years but never took the time to write a review. Greatest staff, great service, very consistent always made my Wht Mocha right. I wish I could rate them 10 stars.

Very narrow place for a Starbucks. It doesn’t give enough space and seats for customers. It can be a good place for to-go but not for hanging out etc..

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The only nice one there was a the batista. Like its the customer fault that they are in a bad mood or not enjoying their job. I definitely wont go back to get a coffee from this Starbucks. Rather get it from McDonald (they actually say good morning and greet you with a smile not a whatchu want)

I came in today the lady had an attitude with everyone. So finally I get to the front o ask for a venti cup of ice and it was a whole problem that I wanted a large cup of ice. With an attitude she says you can have a tall cup. Any other Starbucks I go to I get my large cup of ice

Its nice place.

Small store, seating at a counter for about 5 people. But they still give you a free coffee when you buy an lb. of beans -- only store I know of in the area that has this generous deal.

Great place to get coffee on the go as well as a tasty brownie or pastry to eat.

I ordered a tall coffee and paid for it with my card. Afterwards, I realized I forgot to ask for caramel. I insisted on paying the difference, the barista who served me, pardoned me. The barista standing next to her, named Adam, said allowed I hate when they do that! Then walked in the back after I shot him a glare. Terrible people skills.

I ordered a pink drink and it had more ice than the actual drink.

Its my favorite tasty latte place I been drinking latte for six years at this place because its closer to my work place, especially morning customer service its incredible,friendly people,good service and nice attitude.For some reason I went my favorite place at evening time I found two bad mannered ladies, rude not helpful, I never seen this manner at customer service, both manager and the one coffee maker, theyve to get training how to work with customer or ..........
